Two bedroom apartment for up to 4 people. This apartment is centrally located on Jesús del Gran Poder street, close to Seville's main sights and attractions. The Cathedral is just 10 minutes walk away.
The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom twin beds. Both rooms have a large wardrobe and ceiling fans. All windows look on to a quiet alley without car traffic.
The bathroom is accessed from the corridor. It has a washbasin, toilet and a shower.
The living room has two windows facing the courtyard of the house. There is a TV, a sofa and a dining table with 4 chairs. The separate kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, appliances include: fridge-freezer, microwave, vitroceramic stove, washing-machine-dryer.
Air-conditioning and free wi-fi internet access.
The apartment forms part of a residential building with a large courtyard. There is no car traffic, and the bedrooms are very quiet. Ground floor.

We recommend the Saba Plaza Concordia public car park, located 300m from the apartment.

San Vicente is a residential neighbourhood notable for its many squares and churches, located in the northwest of the historic centre. Minutes from the major sights and attractions, it makes an ideal base to explore an authentic part of the city and enjoy some of Seville's most renowned local tapas bars.
Historic churches worth visiting are San Vicente - a fine example of gothic-mudejár architecture built during the 15th century – and the Basilica del Gran Poder, home to one of the most revered and famous images of Christ in the city. The procession of the "Cristo del Gran Poder" is a quintessential part of Holy Week in Seville.
San Vicente is bordered on the west by the Guadalquivir River and the riverside is popular for walking, cycling and running. "Plaza de Armas" (also named Estación de Córdoba), formerly Seville's main railway station, is now a modern-day shopping centre yet still retains its 1901 neo-mudejar exterior and the steel architecture of its industrial past.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay in this enchanting city! The apartment is not only beautiful but also perfectly situated close to the city center. Deberían poner una tv mucho mas grande. La que habia, que se ve de lado por la ubicacion en el salon, es del tamaño de un monitor de pc. Muy insuficiente. Todo lo demás muy bien

Hübsche Wohnung im EG mit allem was man braucht und super Ausgangslage für jegliche Unternehmung. Dadurch dass die Whg. im EG ist, ist sie zwar etwas dunkel, aber im Urlaub verbringt man ja eh die meiste Zeit mit Unternehmungen und wenn man es wie die Sevillaner halten möchte und sich eine Siesta gönnen will, ist dafür ja zuviel Licht eher nicht förderlich. Also gerne immer wieder.

El piso cuenta con todo lo necesario para una cómoda, corta y/o larga estadía. Su ubicación es perfecta ya que se encuentra en el centro de Sevilla, a un par de minutos de la Alameda. En cuanto a la atención, tanto los agentes de Veoapartment, como los anfitriones son sumamente atentos a las necesidades de los huéspedes. Recomiendo ampliamente este piso.

Our stay here was too short! Everything we needed was provided. We were particularly impressed by the quality and comfort of the bed and bedding. Being so central we were able to see a lot of the attractions of the city, despite the fact that my husband could not walk very far. This is a first class apartment, and we'd readily come back. Mi valoración es muy buena, las habitaciones confortables y amplias. El cuarto de baño espacioso y la cocina independiente da mejor uso al salón. La atención personal prestada ha sido positiva. El apartamento contaba con una serie de detalles que son de agradecer, como complementos de aseo e higiene y de limpieza en cocina, y con algunos alimentos de primera necesidad (para la llegada..vienen muy bien.)

Terrific location - right in the center, walkable to lots of plazas for outdoor dining and coffee, yet with a quiet, residential feel. Fantastic for kids - the big gated patio meant they could go out the door and kick a soccer ball while they waited for us to pack up, instead of opening right up to a busy city street. There was even a high chair! The apartment Manager was lovely, checking in with us, making the timing for meeting convenient for us, and our entire Veo experience was smooth and courteous. I can't recommend it highly enough - so glad we found you!

Everything you could ever need is provided, the owner is charming and super helpful, the beds and furnishings are comfortable. But because the place never sees the sun, an advantage no doubt in summer, it tends to be a bit gloomy. Therefore some touches to lift the sombre atmosphere would be welcome. Veoapartment: Dear Michael, Thank you very much for your comments, which helped us to improve. For its characteristics and location, the apartment gets direct sun from March to October. The rest of the year it is also bright, as all the windows face the exterior. Since your comments, we added decoration and a big lamp in the living-room, to make it even more welcoming. Best regards.
