The apartment is distributed on 2 different levels. On the lower floor is the master bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200cm), living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower.
The upper floor also features a double bedroom (140 x 200cm) with direct access onto the private terrace. Plants and garden furniture, plus two deck chairs make this an ideal space for relaxing.
The property is situated in a narrow pedestrian street, which is quiet and peaceful. Just a few steps away are the city centre's most popular shopping streets: Sierpes and Tetuán.
Important: staircase to access the upper level not suitable for children or people with reduced mobility.

El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.
The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.
Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

The best thing about the apartment is its central location, minutes away from the Cathedral and shops/restaurants. Having a roof terrace was a real bonus although the stairs up to it (and the second bedroom) are not for those who are unsteady on their feet. Some aspects of the accommodation are slightly tired and there was a shortage of glasses in the cupboards. But we really enjoyed our stay, everything worked fine and we loved exploring this gorgeous city.

This apartment is all about the roof terrace. We loved it! Having a beer there among the pot plants after a long day's tramping around Seville was bliss. So peaceful as well, being hidden down an alley, yet you're still only 10 minutes walk from the cathedral. Comfortable beds too. Oddly located and windowless, the kitchen is a bit gloomy and doesn't have an oven but is absolutely fine if, like us, you only use it for breakfast and hot drinks. The floors are all stone which would make the rooms cooler in the summer. There are 37 steps to the apartment and another 17 to the upper bedroom and roof terrace. The friendly owner and agent showed us around and responded quickly to messages and calls. You can't leave luggage at the apartment but there are lockers just around the corner which you can hire for €10 for the day.

This is a great apartment in the middle of the old town centre. As it is so central, it's a bit noisy at night but that is the only negative that we were more than happy to live with as everything was walking distance. We didn't ever need to use public transports except for coming from and going to the airport. It has all the amenities that you need, comfortable beds, plenty of storage, air con that works a treat, and a cute little terrace on the roof. Highly recommend and we would come and stay here again.

Excellent location, walking distance to central attractions/areas. Apartment was clean and spacious and the roof terrace was lovely. Manuel gave us local recommendations upon check-in, and was extremely responsive to all messages including replacing a broken iron. The only downside was it was a bit noisy at night (I assume there are more Airbnb's in the building, and it was the weekend!) but earplugs solved this very easily.

Host was responsive to our concerns. Proactive in understanding and did provide resolution, however cleanliness should be top priority. Not an afterthought. Bee nest in planter in balcony was addressed but bees kept retuning. Some minor paint is needed to touch up spots that paint is pealing off. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars access the board was due to the cleanliness. Other than that. Nice place. Just needs a little TLC PS if you have children and/or seniors with you. Be warned. The stairs in the unit and stairs in common area are very slippery.

This is the sixth apartment that I have rented in Seville and offered the least. All previous ones provided certain things as standard and were cleaner. The owner declined to address most of these issues during my six week stay. Sending people to change sheets and towels weekly does not make up for it. Example: no paper towels, no laundry detergent, no kitchen sponge (requested and was given a scrubber), limited television channels, no dresser or drawers in closet.. Yes, dull knives replaced. Greasy light/fan over stove was moderately (not thoroughly) addressed. Light out over dining table burned out and not replaced. Generally dirty in corners, crevices of furniture and rooms. Crumbling grout. Sofa upholstery dirty. Dishes in cupboard not clean. Forget the second floor second bedroom. Dangerous steps.Wall water damage on second floor.

Ontzettend, prettig appartement. Jammer dat er geen lift aanwezig is. Zeer rustig gelegen, op loopafstand van allerlei activiteiten/bezienswaardigheden. Leuke restaurants zeer dichtbij. Appartement is een aanrader als je in Sevilla verblijft.

Tuvimos muy buena cominicaciom con el anfitrion. Muy centrico y agradable. Buena calefaccion. La terraza es un plus dificil de encontrar en el centro. La cocina funcional con todo lo necesario para uso cotidiano mas accesorios como tostador, cafetera, etc. Muy completo. Se agradece encontrar detalles como agua, chocolatinas y aderezos para cocinar, como aceite, vinagre, sal y demas condimentos. Todo ello muy necesario para un primer uso de cocina. Die Unterkunft ist super zentral, alles zu Fuss schnell erreichbar. Paula und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei Problemen habe sie direkt reagiert und diese schnell behoben. Für einen Langzeitaufenthalt ist die Wohnung super. Können wir nur empfehlen.

The apartment is situated in a short pedestrian zone.The entrance is secure, the apartment is two flights of stairs which was no problem. The first floor of the apartment is the main area, comfortable but limited space.The kitchen is relatively well equiped, the hob has two rings to cook on. As highlighted the stairs to the seconed level are steep, we are both active individuals but even so you have to take care, the prospect of carrying any food or drink while climbing stairs was not an option for us. The terrace was to us disappointing in that the photos are not a true reflection of actual space, we have rented in Seville several occasions and always look for functional outdoot space, I dont think the terrace was functional, really not a space we would spend any time in. Apart from the terrace the apartment was very clean plenty towels etc.Our stay was cut short due to personal situation in UK which was unfortunate. We have rented from VEO on 4 or 5 occasions and once again they gave an excellent service from booking to check in.To sum up I would say this apartment is about location and not about sun terrace.

Apartment was located in a perfect spot and had all the amenities we needed. The steep stairway to the second floor presented a challenge for carrying a baby and the outside noise at night was a concern. If the price were better we would consider staying again. Owner's reply: Thank you for your comments. When you stayed in the apartment it was the Feria de Abril in Seville and for this reason there were a lot of people in the city center, but I can ensure you that the rest of the year, the apartment is very quite and silent because the street where the apartment is located is a pedestrian street. Lovely third floor apartment ( we are much fitter now) with all those stairs. Small but perfectly adequate. Poor weather meant we could not use the roof top terrace but it was lovely. Would have benefitted from cushions for the chairs or sun beds.
