Terms and conditions on which VEOAPARTMENT S.L. offers you access to our site and services.

Reservation details

Reservation deposit: You are required to pay 20% of the total apartment rental to complete your booking.

Methods of payment: Payment of the reservation deposit is processed online via credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard). If you do not have an accepted credit card, please contact our customer service team in order to request to pay by bank transfer. Your request must be made at least one week in advance to the planned arrival date. We will put the apartment on hold for a maximum of 2 working days. Clients must send the receipt of the bank transfer by fax or e-mail. Bank transfer expenses are covered by the client.

Booking confirmation: After completion of the reservation form and payment of the reservation deposit, you will immediately receive your booking confirmation by e-mail. The e-mail includes the apartment address, information on the handing over of keys, arrival and departure instructions, and other details. (Please read this e-mail carefully, print it out, and bring it with you in your hand-luggage.)

Payment at the apartment: The remaining due balance of the apartment rental must be paid in CASH and in EUROS, upon arrival.

Refundable security deposit: For some apartments, a refundable security deposit is required during the check-in process. Please read under "conditions" in the apartment's description page for details.

Minimum stay: Most apartments have a minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights. For shorter periods, you will probably find very few options available.

Cancellations or change of date

All cancellations or changes to reservations must be made by e-mail. We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover you for unforeseen circumstances which may cause you to cancel.

Cancellation fees: Without exception, the 20% reservation deposit is completely non-refundable.

Arrival

Arrival time: Please notify the apartment manager in advance of your estimated arrival time in order to arrange a meeting time at the apartment.

Key pick-up: We always organise pick-up of keys directly at the apartment. In most cases, the apartments do not have a reception desk. Therefore, to ensure a smooth check-in, please confirm your arrival time as well as advise by phone of any possible delays.

Check-in time: The apartment is available for check-in from 15:00 to 20:00 pm.

Early check-in: If you arrive before 15:00 pm, please contact us in advance and we will try to accommodate you (depending on apartment availability).

Late arrival: If you arrive after 20:00 pm, please contact us in advance. In that case, there may be a charge for late check-in. Please read under "conditions" in the apartment's description page for details.

Departure

Check-out time: Standard check-out time is before 11:00 am.

Late check-out: Please request a late check-out prior to arrival and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Luggage storage: In most cases, our apartments do not have a reception area, however it may be possible to leave your luggage at the apartment without incurring an extra charge if the apartment is available and with the prior agreement of the apartment manager. You can also store your luggage at our Seville office during normal business opening hours.

Before leaving the apartment: Final cleaning is included in the rent. But please ensure you leave the apartment in a reasonable condition and that all lights, heating or air-conditioning are switched off.

During your stay

Occupants: The apartment may only be occupied by the number of guests as notified in the booking form, except for infants under two years of age.

Smoking: Smoking policy varies according to the accommodation. Please check under "characteristics" in the apartment's description page.

Pets: Pets are not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the apartment's "conditions".

Quiet time: The client is accountable for the proper and responsible behaviour of all guests staying at the apartment. It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to cause disturbances, have parties, or play loud music. In most cases, you are renting an apartment in a residential building with families and people who work on a daily basis, so please respect local quiet times: midday break "La Siesta" (15:00-17:00 pm); night time (22:00 pm - 10:00 am) and Sundays. In case of complaints, you will be evicted immediately without entitlement to any compensation and with the loss of the full rental amount paid, as well as the security deposit.

Utilities: Daily price ALWAYS includes utilities. But please check the apartment "conditions", as at some properties these will be an extra cost, particularly for long term stays.

Miscellaneous

Specific Apartment Conditions: Apart from the general conditions stated herein, please read the conditions for the each specific apartment regarding additional security deposits, cancellation policy, early/late check-in procedure, etc.

Photos, floor plan, videos and descriptions: We regularly visit each of our properties to provide you updated photos, detailed apartment floor plans, videos and accurate descriptions. However, we cannot take responsibility for any minor changes.

Double booking: Occasionally double bookings may occur if there are two simultaneous reservations from our website and other agency. In the unlikely case of such a development, veoapartment.com will take every step to provide you with alternative accommodation of the same standard or better, if available, or a full refund of your booking deposit.

Unforeseen unavailability: If the apartment becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances which make the property unsuitable for rental (damage to the apartment, building works, etc.), we will offer alternative accommodation of the same standard or better, if available, or a full refund of your booking deposit.

Complaints: The staff at veoapartment.com make every reasonable effort to ensure the quality and value of your accommodation. In the event of any problem with the state of the apartment, please contact the apartment manager directly and inform veoapartment.com. We will take all necessary steps to have the problem rectified as soon as possible.

Liability: Neither veoapartment.com nor the property owner are liable for any direct or indirect damages that may ocur during the stay of the client and guests at the apartment. We do not accept responsibility in any circumstances for any possible damages, loss or injury to any member of your party or any possessions.

Your continued use of this site and registration to use our services is contingent upon your agreement to be bound by the foregoing Terms and Conditions.
