Apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Located in the heart of the historic centre at Rioja street, just a few steps away from the most popular shopping streets (Velázquez, Sierpes and Tetuán), and 500 metres from the Cathedral.
The bright living room has 2 sofas, a central table and TV. Two windows allow plenty of light in. Next to the living room is the dining area with a large table and chairs. Galley kitchen in the entrance area well equipped with utensils and appliances for self-catering.
The master bedroom has a double bed (1,35x1,90m), a large wardrobe and two windows facing the pedestrian Rioja street. En-suite bathroom complete with shower. The second bedroom is just by the apartment entrance door and features two single beds (0,90x1,90m) placed together. Window to a quiet interior courtyard. There is a second bathroom available, with shower.
Other features: marble flooring, air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living-room, and free wireless internet. You will receive the access code on your arrival.
The apartment is on the third floor with elevator.
Our recommendation: The apartment offers an unusual amount of privacy for the two bedrooms: The bedroom which has the bathroom en-suite, has a second, independent entrance from the staircase of the building (see floorplan). At the same time, it is connected to rest of the apartment through the living room.

El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.
The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.
Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment was the perfect spot to experience Sevilla. Conveniently located in the chic and historic Santa Cruz neighborhood, everything you need is within easy walking distance (there is no need for a car). The apartment is on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator and the building is extremely safe and well appointed. The host met us on time and gave us many suggestions for food, drink, nightlife and shopping. The large french doors open up to a small balcony overlooking the street and keep the apartment very quiet when closed. The kitchen is small but with all the amazing cafes and restaurants nearby, there is very little reason to cook. We would stay here without hesitation should we return. Sevilla is an absolutely fabulous city and well worth the visit.

The apartment is on a pedestrian-only street, with lots of restaurants nearby. We found two grocery stores very close by, so we could eat in if we wanted. The apartment is spacious with beautiful big windows, looking out to the street, and also into an interior courtyard. Someone from the management company responded within the hour when I had a request. I have stayed in quite a few vacation apartments. This was one of the best.

Overall stay was great. Loved the spacious apt and location. Communication with host was prompt from booking to any questions or needs. A few recommendations: 1) add more shelving space in the bathrooms 2) ensure space is thoroughly dusted especially things like the blow dryer. 3) update worn table in ensuite bathroom For US folks, microwave and toaster are very different appliances????. Loved the food in Sevilla! Close to lots of shopping and restaurants and key sites.

Amazing place! Great location for being in the heart of Seville. Also the unit is perfect for 2 couples and really nicely spaced out. In fact one of the bedrooms (with an en suite) has a private entrance. Highly recommend.

This property is in an excellent location. All the shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores within 1-5 minutes walking distance. All the popular tourist attractions like Seville Cathedral and Real Alcazar (which are right next to each other) were within 5 minutes walk. Plaza de Espana was about 12-15 minutes walk. I recommend renting bikes to explore the city. The host and his partner were very responsive and super helpful. Seville is a beautiful city with some of the best restaurants, walking and biking spaces. The local people of Seville are very warm and welcoming to the foreign tourists. While the street on which this apartment is located can be noisy in the weekend nights , it is nevertheless an excellent location. If we get a chance to visit Seville again, I would rent this apartment again.

Appartement fantastique ! Spacieux, lumineux, aéré, avec un grand balcon, très agréable à vivre. L’emplacement est parfait : on peut aller partout en 10 - 15 minutes à pied, vraiment très pratique. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Séville dans cet appartement et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

The apartment is located right in the middle of all “must see” attractions in Seville. We even made time for a Day-Trip to Córdoba. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and had most amenities necessary for an enjoyable stay. The apartment is also nicely decorated. Be aware that the property is located in a pedestrian only street and you may have to walk some distance from the main road to obtain transportation. We were warned in advance by the host that the city would be mostly close on the day of our departure due to The Marathon. We walked from the apartment to the train station in less than 30 minutes. I would recommend the apartment and the Host to any travelers.

This was a great apartment for my family's stay in Seville. The beds were very comfortable and there was ample space to comfortably spread out. The location was excellent, walkable to everything we wanted to see and do. Communications with the host were responded to quickly, and they were very accommodating, meeting us at the apartment when we arrived very very late on a Friday night! The host was lovely and gave us great information to orient ourselves and to contact him and his partners if necessary (we didn't need to, but it was nice to know we had their cell numbers). As others have said, the master bedroom was facing the pedestrian street, and it was occasionally somewhat noisy. I don't think this would be an issue at all on a weekday, but we were there over a Friday and Saturday night. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we would rent this apartment again if we return to Seville.

El piso es fiel a las fotos que se muestran en el anuncio. Es espacioso. Las camas me han sido confortables, y digo las camas, por que dormí en las dos habitaciones. La ubicación es inmejorable ya que se encuentra al lado de todo el centro monumental de Sevilla y rodeado de bares y restaurantes. Está ubicado en una zona peatonal. El único pero es que ahora hay un hotel nuevo que tiene su terraza chill out justo encima y se oye todo, música, cante.....Poniendo ventanas nuevas probablemente se amortiguaría. Los sofás también necesitan un cambio.

Très bien, conforme à la description et aux photos et plans. La situation est parfaite. Seul petit problème, nous n'avons pas réussi à atteindre le 24 rue Rioja en voiture. Je pense qu'il faudrait conseiller de décharger les bagages à 20 m au début de la rue.

This 2-bedroom apartment has everything needed for a memorable stay in Sevilla. We especially liked the proximity to the supermarket at El Corte Ingles - so convenient! Estupendo, éramos un grupo de 9 personas y estuvimos en este y en el otro que tienen la planta de abajo. Muy limpio, con todo lo necesario y el entorno...., si es que más en el Centro de Sevilla no se puede estar!!. Especial mención a Mercedes (la propietaria, simpatiquísima) y la gente de Veoapartment, que sin ellos nos hubiéramos quedado sin vacaciones, gracias!!

Tres bien place dans une rue pietonne en plein centre de Seville. Tous les quartiers sont facilement accessibles a pied, que ce soit pour les aspects touristiques, les restaurants et les quartiers plus traditionels de la vie Sevillane, meme la gare se fait a 25mn a pied (ou 8 euros de taxi) et la gare routiere a 10mn. C'est parfait. L'appartement est tres propre, refait recemment, bien equipe. Deux SDB independantes, ideal pour deux couples. Notre hote nous a accueilli tres chaleureusement (Anglais ou Espagnol). Je vous conseille d'aller un soir manger au Mercado Gourmet Lonja Del Barranco... une halle un peu comme une foire ou chaque stand propose sa specialite... on regarde, on hume les odeurs, on achete une portion et on va tous manger ensemble si on trouve une place... comme toute bonne adresse, c'est souvent plein.
