Superior apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for up to 4 guests. It is centrally located on calle Angeles - a quiet pedestrian street in the very heart of Seville, just 1 minute walk from the Cathedral.

The interiors are of exceptional quality and finish and are decorated in an uncluttered, contemporary style. There is central air conditioning (hot/cold), double-glazing and under-floor heating. Free WIFI internet access.

The living room is furnished with a sofa, 2 armchairs, central table and TV. A large window faces the interior building courtyard. The adjacent dining area has a table with 4 chairs. Next to the dining room is the kitchen, which is fully equipped for self-catering. Appliances include an oven, dishwasher and washing-machine.

A corridor leads to the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has twin beds (90x190cm) placed together and a fitted wardrobe. En-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. Bedroom 2 has twin beds (90x190cm) and a fitted wardrobe. The second bathroom has bathtub with an overhead shower, and is next to bedroom 2.

The apartment is on the first floor of a contemporary residential building built in 2016, with elevator. Despite its central location next to the Cathedral, it is extremely quiet - without exterior noises.

El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.

The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.

Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

Great location! Only three minutes walk to Seville Cathedral and Real Alcazar. There are very many restaurants nearby so there are a lot of people at night as well. But the place we stayed is very quiet and we didn’t hear any noise from the street. The communication with the host office is very smooth too.

Lovely place directly in the heart of Sevilla. Apartment is quiet but surrounded by tons of yummy restaurants and many tourist attractions. It is located in pedestrian area so it requires a short walk on foot with luggage.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement . Il est idéalement situé tout est accessible à pieds ce qui est vraiment appréciable pour visiter cette belle ville . L’appartement était parfaitement propre , il ne manquait rien et très bien décoré . Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Ismaël à notre arrivée vers 20h . Lors de notre séjour les hôtes ont bien répondus à nos questions . Nous recommandons ce logement. Merci pour tout nous avons passé un excellent séjour .

Overall a very good stay for our family of 4 The best pro is its location: proximity to great restaurants right at your doorstep, the cathedral 2 Mts walk, a little grocery store right underneath. The location itself more than makes it up for the little cons elsewhere. The other pro for our family was having 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which made getting in and out easier.

The only things I would list that could be improved: better cleanliness, more prompt response from the host. I also wish the family room could somehow have better natural light.

The communication is brilliant from the minute you book the property and the property itself is in a great location and very clean, tidy and safe. We liked that it was set back from the busy streets within the apartment block and this made it so Quiet. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

The appartment is so central only a few steps away from the cathedral. We literally walked everywhere. The kitchen is well equipped which came in handy to rustle something up when travelling with kids. It’s very quiet, underfloor heating is great and it’s all around a nice, functional, central apartment. Communication has been great as well. Thank you.

Casa muy céntrica y tranquila, con muchos restaurantes y cafeterías en calles próximas. El anfitrión muy amable y nos estaba esperando para explicarnos las normas de la casa la cual se ajusta a la descripción del anuncio. En la limpieza se pueden esmerar un poco más pero por eso no quiere decir que sea un mal destino. Es recomendable 100%

Very nice place and great location. Communication was great, we led our key in and they were very quick to response and come to our rescue.Only one thing we noticed one of the showers was a bit moldy, other than that all good. We would stay there again for sure!

We had a very pleasant stay at this Airbnb. The location was excellent, making it convenient to get around. The space was roomy and the beds were comfortable. The property was overall clean and well-maintained. We also appreciated the host's flexibility with check-in, which made my arrival much easier.
