The apartment is distributed over two floors. On the lower level is the living area with 3 large windows facing the street. Furnishes include 2 sofas, armchair, coffee table and a dining table with chairs. High speed fiber optic internet connection, TV and air-conditioning with cooling and heating.
The kitchen is completely independent and well equipped with all main utensils and appliances. Oven, dishwasher and washing-machine included.
There is a small bathroom with bathtub and shower attachment by the staircase.
On the upper level are the 2 bedrooms, the second bathroom and the terrace. The master bedroom has a double bed (135x200cm) and a fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom has twin beds (90x200cm) and a fitted wardrobe. Both rooms are calm and quiet to sleep, with windows facing the courtyard of the house and skyline views.
The second bathroom has a bathtub also with shower, bidet, WC and washbasin.
For most of the year, the terrace is the place to be. It is furnished with table, chairs, canopy and plants. An ideal place to prepare a meal or breakfast outside, sunbathing and relaxing.
The apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a residential building, with elevator.
Free private parking garage is available. Height 2.00m, length 4.60m, width 2.00m. Important: parking space extremely narrow, suitable for SMALL vehicles only. If your car exceeds the parking space, you can use the public parking Plaza de la Concordia.

Lejligheden ligger perfekt i forhold til at kunne gå til centrum og alligevel roligt. Nemt at komme til - også i bil. Dog skal man lige være nøjagtig når man parkerer, men perfekt med gratis parkeringsplads. Vi nød tagterrassen rigtig meget. Dejligt med masser af lys og særdeles velegnet til et længere ophold uden for højsæsonen. Soveværelser er i rigtig flot stand. Køkkenet rummeligt og velfungerende med alt hvad man skal bruge. Badeværelserne er perfekte - det er rigtig godt at der er toilet på begge etager. Alt i alt en super oplevelse og vi kan anbefale lejligheden 100%.

We hebben een ontzettend fijne tijd gehad in dit appartement. Het lijkt onlangs gerenoveerd te zijn, want het is nog mooier/nieuwer dan op de foto’s. De host reageerde erg snel en was heel flexibel/gastvrij. Het dakterras was geweldig! De bedden lagen ook heerlijk en ideaal dat er 2 badkamers aanwezig zijn. Echt een aanrader dus!

Wonderful spacious apartment in a lively but mostly residential neighborhood. We loved the living room and outdoor space, kitchen was very well equipped for an Airbnb, and the host was very responsive and friendly. There’s a bar/tapas place, grocery store, fish monger, and pharmacy right downstairs, and the location is 2min from the river running and bike paths. The beds are ok, the double is a bit small for 2 tall adults. We had a toddler with us and while the space is not baby proof, it was easy enough to do it ourselves with a few purchases. Would recommend to anyone who wants to see Sevilla outside the tourist center.

Vriendelijk ontvangst. Het appartement is netjes, schoon en ruim. Vooral het dakterras en een tweede badkamer was erg fijn. Het ligt iets buiten het bruisende gedeelte van Sevilla, maar het is goed te lopen.

This was our second extended stay (50 days) in this apartment. The 2 best things about the apartment are its terrace and it's location. The location is perfect, near San Lorenzo square, and bars, restaurants, shops are all walking distance. The terrace is well appointed with table and chairs and loungers, and has the advantage of morning to midday sun. As for the apartment itself, it is spacious, bright and sunny, facing both a relatively quiet street and a very quiet courtyard. it is well appointed with comfortable beds and sofas, kitchen is decently equipped for extended stay and cooking in the apartment. The reason for not giving it a 5* rating is that the place shows its age and would benefit for some ongoing maintenance and upkeep, such as fresh paint, new bedding, cleaning of furniture etc. The place looks like it was when the owner last lived there, several years ago. Overall, decent value for the money, this is why we stayed here twice. The property management could be a little more attentive and provide more timely responses when issues are reported to them.

Sehr angenehme Gegend! Wir haben von hier aus alles zu Fuß besichtigt. Ordentliche Wohnung, schöne Dachterasse. Tiefgarage eng, wie beschrieben, aber mit den Tipps von Markus – und sicher auch denen der anderen – kommt man gut in die Lücke (Ford Focus, 183cm breit).

Not sure there's much I can add to all of the great reviews before me except to highlight how helpful Manuel and the rest of the Veoapartment team were in organising everything when I booked at very short notice. Something I haven't seen mentioned elsewhere is that there is a "Servici" bike rental station in the square outside which I found a great way to get around and explore the city.

This place is GORGEOUS! Location was a little hard to find and finding parking was definitely adventurous (we parked at the bottom of the hill along the river road), but overall it was a dream. Cave life means there could be a few bumps on the head if you’re taller (I’m 5’7) and going through a particular door, but the space feels spacious overall. The stairs are narrow and it feels a bit like a tree-house when navigating the different floor levels (there are 5 including the breathtaking rooftop balcony). The temperature was mild and perfect for sleeping, so no need for AC. Every door could also be a window and the result is a lot of light control. Bathroom access is off the courtyard or main cave bedroom - and the cave bedroom opens up to the kitchen and is separated by a lace curtain - so be aware that privacy isn’t super strong here. But again, it’s also very quite at night in the cave. Overall this was a house I could see myself living in if I wanted to live a boho-cottage life!

We are a family of four who stayed at this apartment (our kids are 20 & 23) and cannot recommend it highly enough. We stayed for 7 nights. We’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s over the years and this definitely ranks as one of the best. The location was perfect for us - everything was on the doorstep including supermarkets, shops and tapas bars ! Despite this, there was never any excessive noise. The walk to the main tourist centre was only 15/20 mins and we loved the little areas we passed on the way. Endless amounts of Tapas bars and restaurants in the city - spoiled for choice indeed ! We loved the fact that the apartment was on 2 levels - it felt very spacious. The living room was a generous size and the kitchen was really well appointed. We cooked there on a couple of nights. It was a real bonus to have 2 bathrooms too but the best part had to be the balcony - we used it so much during our stay. We will always remember our evenings spent there enjoying a glass of sangria !

Appartement charmant, bien aménagé, avec une belle terrasse. Bien situé, à distance de marche des attraction principales. Stationnement sécurisé, mais pour très petit véhicule de type Fiat 500. Commerces à proximité, dont une délicieuse crémerie en face du musée des beaux arts. Idéal pour vivre au rythme de la si jolie Séville. À choisir sans hésiter.

Great location, especially if you have a car. Markus did a great job orienting us to the apartment and neighborhood. Most everything is within a 15-25 minute walk. The apartment is more spacious and the terrace more inviting than the photos convey.

Gute Raumaufteilung über 2 Stockwerke, oben Schlafbereich mit super Terrasse. Im Dezember kann man hier die Sonne bis ca 15.30 genießen. In wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt, Carrefour gleich beim Apartment ist auch sonntags geöffnet. Sehr hohe, große Räume, Ausstattung top, alles sauber und bequem. Ruhige Lage und gute Verkehrsanbindung. Die eigene Garage ist sehr praktisch, aber sehr eng zum Parken, nur für kleineres Auto geeignet.

We had a wonderful stay here for a long weekend in Seville. The team were very accommodating with us as our previous rental cancelled on us with less that 24 hours notice. The apartment was clean and spacious for 3 of us. Kitchen was fully stocked (including a kettle) and everything was in perfect working order. Location was also great for walking pretty much anywhere in Sevilla. We would love to come again.

Die Lage des Apartments im Alamedaviertel ist hervorragend.Die Gegend ist nicht zu touristisch, es gibt in der direkten Nähe gute Bars, sehr gute Tapes-Restaurants, Supermärkte und man kann das spanische Leben beobachten in Kirchen oder auf den benachbarten Plätzen. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet, zweckmäßig , Küchengeräte, alles vorhanden. Die Bäder sind normaler Standard , es gibt aber nichts zu bemängeln. Was definitiv fehlt, sind Sonnenliegen auf der großen schönen Terrasse. dort befindet sich ein Esstisch und Stühle, was aber zum relaxen, nicht so bequem ist. Auch sah sich die Verwaltungsfirma außerstande Liegestühle nach anfrage zu besorgen. Der Empfang und die Einführung waren sehr freundlich und nett.Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.
