Apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private patio and shared terrace. It is located in the Triana neighbourhood near the vibrant Betis street, and a 15 minute walk from the centre.

This charming duplex apartment is characterised by contemporary and retro furnishings and artwork which blend with the original architectural features to create a stylish and comfortable space. With exposed brick walls, traditional floor tiles, antique doors and high ceilings up to 3.97 metres - providing a great sense of space.

The entrance to the apartment is through a private patio decorated with a table, chairs, fountain and plants. The patio is an ideal place to have breakfast or to eat some tapas, particularly during the hot summer months. There is an extendable canopy on the roof to give shade.

At the back of the patio, we come to a pleasant living-dining area, where you can breathe tranquility, freshness and quietness. There is a corner sofa, coffee table, armchair and TV. Dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all main utensils and appliances, oven and dishwasher included. There is a laundry room in the shared terrace with 2 washing machines.

On the upper level are the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen size double bed (160x200cm), wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two single beds (90x200cm) and a wardrobe. Both rooms are calm and quiet to sleep, with windows facing the central patio.

Next to bedroom 2 is the second bathroom, also with a walk-in shower.

Other features: air-conditioning, heating, underfloor heating, ceiling fans and a safe. High speed fiber optic internet connection is included.

The apartment building is made up of 3 holiday flats which share 2 terraces. The lower terrace is equipped and decorated with plants, parasol and lounge sofas. The upper terrace invites you to sunbathe and enjoy the exceptional rooftop views, including the Cathedral. With deckchairs, parasol, plants and an outdoor shower.

Triana is one of Seville´s authentic neighbourhoods. It´s located on the west bank of the Guadalquivir, a short walk across the river from the centre.

Historically the neighbourhood of craftsmen, sailors and dockworkers, today Triana still plays an important role in Seville's cultural heritage. It is one of the spiritual homes of flamenco culture, and home to the world renowned Triana pottery. Here you will find workshops and ateliers selling both traditional and modern ceramics.

Betis Street, which runs alongside the river, provides stunning views of the old city centre by day and night, and is a popular destination after hours with its wide range of restaurants, bars and clubs. At the far end of the street, by the Triana Bridge, is the 150 year old food market built over and beside the ruins of St. George's Castle - the Castillo San Jorge, once home of the infamous Inquisition.

¡Bonita casa en un barrio realmente genial! Acogedor, buena comida y flamenco. Buen punto de partida para todas las actividades de Sevilla. ¡Preciosa terraza en la azotea! Ubicado en una zona tranquila, pero con toda la comodidad a la vuelta de la esquina. La propiedad tiene todo lo necesario y estaba limpia. Éramos dos. Bonito espacio compartido, pero también un dormitorio y baño privados. ¡Hazlo!

Casa bien equipada y amueblada, muy característica porque está en un edificio antiguo. Limpio y con camas cómodas, puedes encontrar todo lo que necesitas en la cocina. Cuenta con dos baños, muy pequeños, pero completos con todo. La calefacción y el aire acondicionado también están bien. Puede ser incómodo porque los dormitorios y la cocina están en dos plantas con una escalera empinada. Y los dormitorios son un poco pequeños. A la hermosa terraza, compartida con los otros apartamentos, también se puede llegar solo por una escalera empinada. La casa es cómoda para moverse porque a pie se puede llegar a todos los lugares más bonitos de Sevilla y los taxis son baratos. Mi familia y yo lo pasamos bien, lo recomendamos. Pero definitivamente es más adecuado para estancias cortas, si quieres quedarte más de una semana puede ser incómodo porque los espacios son estrechos y están distribuidos en varios pisos. No pudieron proporcionarnos un servicio de almacenamiento de equipaje después de la salida.

Un apartamento estupendo adecuado para cuatro adultos. Los dormitorios y el baño son pequeños, pero por lo demás está limpio. Muy recomendable. Triana es un barrio lindo y animado. Sevilla es una ciudad de primera. El museo de bellas artes es gratuito y una de las principales atracciones. ¡De visita obligada!

Very nice apartment, fully equipped and has a nice (shared) roof terrace. Located in the lively Triana district and about 15 minutes walk to the old center of Seville. Very friendly and quick responding host. We had wonderful days.

We enjoyed our visit at Veoapartments property. The advance information was accurate and thorough - we only had a couple minor questions for the host (which were answered within a few hours). Check-in and check-out were easy. The apartment had all the amenities identified in the listing. The restaurant recommendations provided were great! All the main city attractions were within a 20-25 minute walk. Thank you for hosting us at your apartment; we would love to return someday!

Absolutely lovely flat filled with charming details. We were three people traveling together and it was a great space for our small group. There was generous space to chill and congregate from the cozy living room to the roof deck. Heated flooring was a nice bonus given this time of year. There are lots of artful touches including stacks of books scattered around the flat and some very nice art adorning the walls which contributed to the overall vibe. Unlike some “commercial” investment AirBnBs you really feel the personality of the owner. Location wise, the flat is tucked away just off a main street so it is very quiet at night but a short walk to everything you need and convenient to the sites. The flat was well stocked with towels, cutlery, dishware etc. VeoApartment were communicative and kind. Check in was a breeze with Joao there to greet us on arrival and show us the place. They provide a thorough guide to the flat and the neighborhood. 10 out of 10, a great experience.

Appartement is sfeervol, precies zoals omschreven. Fijne contacten met verhuurder. Rustig huis in levendige omgeving. Prachtig dakterras. Heerlijke restaurants op loopafstand. Prettige patio. Geen zicht op de straat waardoor het rustig was.

Tolle Altbauwohnung im Herzen von Triana! Das Apartment ist äußerst gemütlich und gut ausgestattet : Föhn, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen, großzügige Badetücher ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Eine Heizung und Klimaanlage sind auch vorhanden. Wundervolle Terrasse mit traumhafter Aussicht. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung besticht durch einen authentischen, artsy Stil, der sie zu etwas ganz Besonderem macht. Absolut empfehlenswert!

We loved this place, has a very funky layout and great style - lots of lovely art. Felt very comfortable and cozy. The roof terrace was a spectacular highlight, for the views, sunbathing and sunset watching!
