Singular 1-bedroom apartment belonging to a Sevillian courtyard house from the 18th century, completely restored for modern comfort while keeping the original charm.
The interiors have been treated carefully with a personal touch in order to create unique spaces, highlighting the existing traditional construction elements such as terracotta flooring, wooden floors, artistic locksmiths and others. The high ceilings offer a great feeling of space and comfort.
The living room is furnished with a sofa, armchair, coffee table and smart TV. High-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi internet and central air conditioning with cooling and heating. The thickness of the walls and double-glazed windows provide a natural acoustic and thermal insulation all year round, even in the coldest and hottest months.
The open-plan kitchen is well equipped with all main utensils and appliances: oven, dishwasher and washing machine with dryer included. Dining table and chairs.
A short corridor leads to the bathroom and bedroom. Bathroom equipped with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. The bedroom has a double bed of 150x200cm and a wardrobe. There is a supplmentary bed available, allowing the apartment to sleep up to 3.
All windows face the outside and the large Sevillian patio of the house. It is very quiet inside, without exterior noises - making this apartment a perfect oasis in the heart of the city centre.
Located at number 14 of Calle Cantabria, between Plaza de San Lorenzo and Plaza de la Gavidia, near La Campana, Alameda de Hércules and Metropol Parasol. You can find all type of international clothes stores, as well as pharmacies, banks, cafés, small supermarkets, and a multitude of restaurants and bars where you can taste traditional tapas.

El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.
The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.
Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

Emplacement très bien situé et bien aménagé. Situation à +/- 20 min de marche du centre, permettant la visite de la ville sans prendre de moyens de transport. Plusieurs commerces et restaurants à proximité. A noter que l'isolation acoustique n'est pas optimale et que l'on entend donc les bruits de l'appartement du dessus.

My wife and I spent 12 days in the apartment. Seville is well located and easy to go for day trips to Cadiz, Cordoba and other interesting places. The apartment itself is in a place from which you can walk to the old town in 15 minutes. There is a bakery and grocery stores in the area, there are many small restaurants. The apartment actually looks like in the picture, it is clean, equipped according to the description, everything works and is useful. Trouble-free check in and check out. The apartment is worth a recommendation.

Appartement beau, propre, très bien placé dans un super quartier du centre, mais pas envahi par les touristes, fréquenté par les locaux (on ne peut pas mieux faire !) Accueil par un salarié de la conciergerie qui nous a donné de bonnes adresses. Je recommande à 100%!

Stayed here for two weeks in June. Location is great - close to the sights and grocery store. Walked everywhere. Had the highest sleep scores in this bedroom ????. Blackout shutters, thick walls, A/C, and a very comfy bed.

Ma mère et ses sœurs ont occupé l’appartement pendant 1 semaine durant les fériés de Séville. Il était TRÈS accessible, notamment pour les personnes avec un déambulateur et personne PMR (ce qui était le cas de ma maman). Le cadre correspondait à l’ambiance typique de l’Andalousie que nous recherchions et il était placé de façon avantageuse pour nous permettre de visiter pendant toute la durée de notre séjour. Je recommande et remercie l’hôte pour son accueil !

We spent three weeks in this delightful, quiet, well-furnished and well-equipped apartment. The location was fantastic - we walked everywhere and ate in the most wonderful restaurants. All kinds of shops were nearby. People were friendly, even though our Spanish is somewhat limited. My only disappointment was the total lack of sunshine coming into the apartment through the windows, due to the rather high walls of the nearby surrounding buildings and the central patio, and to the very narrow streets. Otherwise, a wonderful place in a wonderful city!

Macarena was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam bij aankomst. Het appartement is super mooi, fijn bed, compleet ingerichte keuken en erg rustige ligging. Wij hebben 4 nachten genoten. Wel jammer dat er maar 1 grote en 1 kleine handdoek per persoon beschikbaar was. Dat vinden wij erg weinig voor 4 nachten. Gevraagd naar meer handdoeken, maar dat was niet mogelijk. We konden de handdoeken wel wassen...

Such a gorgeous apartment with colourful touches. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was welcomed during the very hot days at the end of April. We cannot wait to come back so we can explore this neighbourhood more! Loads of local bars, restaurants, and cafes.

We have stayed in many of Veo's apartments and really enjoyed this one because of the style and also the location. Having some simple instructions on a laminated card for fast wash on the machine and also for operating the television would be extremely helpful !

The apartment is at the ground floor and it is as described. Clean and very well equipped, with all you need (washing/dryer machine, dishwasher, iron with iron table, hairdryer…). Good WiFi. Great location just next to San Lorenzo and Gran Poder. Maybe a bit humid being on the ground floor.
