One bedroom loft apartment centrally located on Santa Clara street, near Alameda de Hércules, and 15 minutes walk from the Cathedral.
The interiors have been cleverly designed to create a stylish and comfortable space for living. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all main utensils and appliances for self-catering, including a washing machine-dryer and dishwasher. There is a dining table with four chairs. Adjacent to the dining area is the sitting area, which features a sofa, coffee table and a smart TV.
At the back of the apartment is the bedroom with a double bed and a large fitted wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, and there is a separate toilet with double access from the bathroom and living-dining area.
Santa Clara is a ground floor apartment with a surface area of 55sqm. It includes free wifi internet connection and air-conditioning with cooling and heating.

San Vicente is a residential neighbourhood notable for its many squares and churches, located in the northwest of the historic centre. Minutes from the major sights and attractions, it makes an ideal base to explore an authentic part of the city and enjoy some of Seville's most renowned local tapas bars.
Historic churches worth visiting are San Vicente - a fine example of gothic-mudejár architecture built during the 15th century – and the Basilica del Gran Poder, home to one of the most revered and famous images of Christ in the city. The procession of the "Cristo del Gran Poder" is a quintessential part of Holy Week in Seville.
San Vicente is bordered on the west by the Guadalquivir River and the riverside is popular for walking, cycling and running. "Plaza de Armas" (also named Estación de Córdoba), formerly Seville's main railway station, is now a modern-day shopping centre yet still retains its 1901 neo-mudejar exterior and the steel architecture of its industrial past.

Lovely, well-lit apartment in a prime location. The hosts were friendly and very accommodating. While some areas were slightly dusty and essentials like laundry detergent were missing, the overall experience was positive thanks to the welcoming host who made my stay comfortable

It was good. If I can be picky, I'd tell about dust shelves and decorations, absence of some minor stuff like dish sponge, etc. But generally it's a good apartment where you can feel that you have a lot space for 1-2 people. Great walkable surrounding and very delights small cafe just in front of the door. Great friendly host, that manage your requests, although not quick, because of a great number of appatments they handle.

The apartment is in a wonderful location and the space is beautiful and open. We stayed for almost a month while visiting the city. The team was very responsive to our requests and helpful. WiFi is strong enough for video calls which was great for work and keeping in touch with our friends. Large kitchen was great to cook in, too! I would recommend this for short term stays. Thanks to the hosts!

El apartamento en sí era encantador, con una decoración acogedora y con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia confortable. Situado a unos minutos a pie del centro histórico y los principales monumentos. La cama es cómoda, lo cual se agradece después de un largo día recorriendo la ciudad. Amabilidad en el check-in, proporcionándonos recomendaciones locales. Sin duda, recomendaría este apartamento a cualquiera que visite Sevilla.

L'équipe qui gère l'appartement est très réactif et professionnel. Malheureusement le logement est accolé à un gros chantier et à partir de 8h les camions, marteaux et ouvriers sont à l'œuvre, impossible de dormir au delà. Le logement souffre également d'un problème d'humidité du à une vmc dans la salle de bain peu efficace. Le logement reste néanmoins très bien placé et agréable.

It’s located perfectly in alameda, on walking distance from most of Sevillas musts. Our host has been very friendly and helpful during the whole stay. A big recommendation for a visit! We stayed 1 week in this apartment and overall we are happy. The wifi was ok for working from home. The location is good enough, the neighbourhood is nice and safe. There are some things to improve but not essential (I comunicated them to the owner). The apartment is not soundproofed and there are no non transparent curtains so not really suitable for light sleepers.

This apartment is really large and cozy，though it is extremely hot outside, the appartment remains cool somhow，even if you turn off the air conditioning. Damián was very friendly and quick in response，everything went smoothly.
