One-bedroom apartment centrally located in the heart of the old Santa Cruz quarter at calle Sta María de la Blanca. It is just a short walk away from some of Seville's main monuments and sights, such as: the famous Cathedral / La Giralda, the Alcazar Royal Palace, Murillo gardens and Maria Luisa Park / Plaza de España. Suitable for 2+1 guests.
The living room is furnished with a sofa, smart TV, dining table and chairs. The open-plan kitchen is small but well equipped with utensils for cooking and main appliances: washing machine included.
The bedroom has a double bed and a fitted wardrobe. There is an additional daybed for an extra guest, completing the apartment capacity to sleep up to 3 guests. Both the bedroom and living room are set around the courtyard of the house and therefore it is very quiet inside.
Full bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin and WC.

This apartment is on the second floor of a residential building, without elevator. There is a communal roof-terrace with lines to dry clothes. We provide a small table with 2 chairs to sit outside (without views).

Santa Cruz quarter is one of the most charming and colourful neighbourhoods of Seville, bordered by the Cathedral and the arab walls of the Alcázar Palace - Royal residence and stunning example of mudejar architecture.
With its labyrinth of narrow alleys, winding streets and pocket-sized squares, this picturesque neighbourhood transports us back to the time of its historical origins as the Jewish quarter of the city. In spring you will be delighted by the sweet smell of orange blossom in the air.
Find a wide variety of tapas bars, outdoor restaurants and souvenir shops, as you walk among lime-washed houses adorned with their traditional flower-filled balconies, and peer into the hidden courtyards which shade you from the hot Andalucian summer sun.

Ubicación excelente pero bastante sucio. En una ubicación excepcional, pero enturbiado porque nos encontramos el apartamento bastante sucio. Polvo y más polvo por donde mirases. Facturas de antiguos inquilinos encima de la estantería, vasos sucios y con restos de bebida. Suelo del baño sin fregar, con mampara de ducha sucia, y el colmo fue al meternos en la cama encontrarnos las sábanas con manchas de sangre… Total, llamada para quejarnos. Tuvimos que esperar a la mujer que limpia las sábanas, demostrar que estaban sucias, y demostrar que el piso estaba sucio, cosa que se ve a simple vista. Al verlo nos cambiaron las sábanas y pidieron disculpas, y nos ofrecieron como solución en que fueran a limpiarlo cuando pudiesen; solución que no arreglo mi frustacion. Primero porque se me había cobrado un dinero por limpieza no realizado, segundo porque conlleva invertir mi tiempo en la ciudad para hacer algo que ya tenían que haber hecho, y tercero porque yo no tengo que gestionar la limpieza.

The apartment and facilities were just as described and photographed. Everything you needed for your stay was provided. Manuel and Joao were very friendly, communicated well throughout our stay and gave us recommendations as to where to eat and things to visit. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment right in the centre of the Santa Cruz neighbourhood.

This apartment was the perfect place for a week in Seville ! Me and my partner were very happy with our stay. An important thing to note is this apartments location : it is quite possibly in the best location ever if you are in Seville for the amazing food, activities and historical visits. It is walking distance from all the amazing landmarks and has lovely restaurants all around. There is an electric scooter parking spot right around the corner and we used this to travel to most places so it was very handy ! The place was extremely clean with a very nice bathroom and comfy sofa (great TV too!). The only thing I would note is that there is a smell of cigarettes in the apartment which I assume is due to the shared courtyard where neighbours probably smoke but it wasn’t unbearable. Great stay overall, thank you!!
