Apartment with two bedrooms and free parking garage. It is centrally located next to calle Sierpes - a popular pedestrian shopping street, just 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Suitable for up to 3 guests.
The living room has a sofa, dining table and chairs. Open-plan kitchen equipped with all main utensils and appliances, washing machine included.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has a bunk bed. Bathroom with shower. Note the water heater has a capacity of 50 liters only, which is sufficient for 1-2 showers. When it is empty it will need approx. 1 hour to warm up again.
There is high speed fibre optic internet connection and air-conditioning with cooling and heating.
The apartment has a surface of 50 square metres. It is on the second floor of a residential building, with 2 elevators. There is a roof-top terrace, which is mainly used for drying the wash. Guests may use the roof-top to enjoy the views of the Cathedral - without outdoor furniture.

El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.
The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.
Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

Only positive - great location in the Cathedral area with free parking.
We didn't have a local phone hence communicated through Airbnb. On day of arrival we provided continuous updates but had to wait hours before Damian appeared to facilitate our check in.
Damian is pleasant and helpful and offered a later check out as the apartment was available on our last day.
The apartment had a terrible odor that we requested the hosts to address. They promised to have the cleaning crew look into it and keep us informed. Neither happened. We followed up and were told that they will get in touch with us but yet again no future responses. It was a long 4 night stay and our attempts to resolve the smell through venting, etc. were fruitless. The apartment is not well maintained - the main door lock does not open easily, the old pull out couch has a worn sheet covering it, the iron is older and stained, the bent bathroom door needs to be pushed hard to close, etc. We do not recommend this apartment.

Great location and host was super helpful in getting us to the apartment and free parking. He met us on the street near the apartment and personally guided us down to the nearby underground parking and to the apartment itself. Perfect location for exploring the old town.

The accompanying car parking is not for the faint hearted, accessibility wise. On reflection we shouldn't have hired a car. Other than that everything was absolutely perfect.

Google maps had a difficult time finding the location. Fortunately a gentleman walking by helped us. The cab could get us within a 5 minute walk but google was unclear where to guide us. We arrived maybe 10 minutes before our host so we were pretty stressed until he arrived. The apartment was ok but had death steps into bathroom and second bedroom, almost no lighting in second bedroom, you can’t take two showers back to back: not enough hot water That said the location is fantastic. But the price is high for what you get. And luckily the night guard was there to help us unlock the gate at 6:45 am so Ed could catch our train. The keys don’t really quite fit the locks

L'appartement est très confortable, même si la clim n'est pas dispo dans toutes les chambres, celle placée dans le séjour est suffisante pour tout l'appart. L'emplacement est idéal proche de tout à pied. La place au garage est un grand plus. Je recommande.

El apartamento en general está muy bien, tiene una ducha fantástica, la ubicación es muy buena y los anfitriones son bastante amables y están pendientes, la verdad muy contento con el servicio que ellos ofrecieron Como recomendación les diría que si llevan un coche grande procuren buscar otro parking mejor, pues el parking que ofrece el alojamiento es bastante complicado para coches grandes como camionetas y se corre el riesgo de causar daños al vehículo

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und ist super gelegen in der Einkaufsmeile. Da man zu Fuß alles sehr gut erreicht, kann man ruhig auf das Auto verzichten. Sollte man jedoch doch mit dem Auto anreisen, sind äußerst gute Parkkünste zu erwarten. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Trotz der zentralen Lage in der Einkaufsmeile, ist die Unterkunft jedoch sehr sicher, da man erstmal durch ein Tor muss, um in die Unterkunft zu gelangen.

Appartement situé en plein centre ce qui permi d'être au coeur des festivités et d'accéder à Séville à pied. (tout à moins de 20/30min à pied). station de bus proche, facilité à trouver un taxi... Ismael nous a accueilli, recommandé des restaurants et places pour sortir.
