Apartment with 2 bedrooms for up to four guests. It is centrally located in El Arenal - one of the most traditional neighbourhoods of Seville, by the bullring and just 10 minutes walking from the Cathedral.
The living area is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs and a smart TV. Two large windows face Pastor y Landero street and El Arenal traditional food market. The entrance hall of the apartment has a working desk and a sofa. There is high speed fibre optic internet connection.
A corridor leads to the interior side of the apartment. Kitchen has a dining table with four chairs and is well equipped with all main utensils and appliances. It includes oven, dishwasher and washing-machine. Hanging lines outside the kitchen window for drying clothes.
The master bedroom has a double bed and a fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom has twin beds and a fitted wardrobe. Full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
There is air-conditioning with cooling and heating in both bedrooms and living room.
The apartment has a surface of 110 square metres. It is on the first floor (one level above the ground floor) of a residential building, without elevator.

El Arenal is one of the most vibrant areas of Seville, centrally located between the palm-lined eastern shore of the Guadalquivir River and the historic district of Santa Cruz.
Here you will find many of Seville´s attractions - all at your doorstep. Catch a bullfight at the internationally renowned arena of La Maestranza, or a concert at the Maestranza Theatre. Visit the Naval History Museum of Seville, housed in the landmark Torre Del Oro (Tower of Gold), or take a city boat cruise on the Guadalquivir. The Cathedral of Seville and the Alcázar Royal Palace are in the neighbouring district of Santa Cruz and a short walk away.
Explore one of the most exciting areas for eating out. There are many terrace bars, traditional restaurants and popular family-run taverns, where you can try a wide selection of tapas dishes typical of Seville.

Nice place very well located, you can walk from there to any point of interest. It's on the first floor with no elevator but Damian helped us with the luggage so it was no big deal.

das Apartment liegt sehr gut, kurze Wege zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Kathedrale etc., viele Restaurants um die Ecke, gegenüber ist der Mercato del Arenal mit Bäcker and anderen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Tiefgarage vom Mercato ist ideal zum Parken. Nur 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Apartment. Wir haben beim Buchen des Apartments nicht erkannt, dass nur das Wohnzimmer Fenster ins " Freie " hat, hier die Straße ( nicht störend). Die anderen Zimmer haben lediglich Öffnungen zu zwei kleinen Innenhöfen, das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Bad sogar nur zu einem Lichtschacht. Diese Zimmer sind folglich dunkler. Auf den Fotos erschienen sie mir hell. Im Bad war das Equipment zum Putzen nur am Boden/Wand neben dem Regal mit den Handtüchern abgestellt. Die Lichtverhältnisse und die Putzsachen haben uns etwas gestört.Ein kleiner Schrenk für die Putzsachen wäre hilfreich. Ansonsten können wir das Apartment sehr empfehlen.
