One-bedroom apartment combining modern comfort with traditional architectural features. It is located in the Triana neighbourhood near the vibrant Betis street, and a 15 minute walk from the centre.
The apartment forms part of a "Casa Palacio" with a majestic patio decorated with a colonnade of arches.
To the left of the apartment entrance is the bedroom with twin beds. A window faces calle Valladares - a quiet pedestrian street without car traffic. There are 2 large fitted wardrobes with mirror doors and plenty of storage space. The bathroom is en-suite and has a bathtub with a shower attachment, washbasin, WC and bidet.
A corridor leads to the modern kitchen and living room. Kitchen equipped with the main utensils and appliances for self-catering. Washing machine with dryer and dishwasher included. There is a Nespresso coffee machine available.
The living space has 2 windows overlooking Fabié street. Furnishes include a sofa, armchair, coffee table and TV. There is a working desk and a dining table with four chairs.
Other features: marble flooring, dark wooden furniture and original art work. High wooden beam ceilings enhance the sense of space and comfort. Central air-conditioning, heating and free WIFI internet access.
Supplementary bed: There is an extra bed available for a child, allowing the apartment to sleep up to 3. (We consider this apartment unsuitable for 3 adults as the bathroom is inside the bedroom)
"Valladares" is a ground floor apartment which was fully refurbished in 2016, with a surface area of 70m². There is free parking in the apartment building.
Triana is one of Seville´s authentic neighbourhoods. It´s located on the west bank of the Guadalquivir, a short walk across the river from the centre.
Historically the neighbourhood of craftsmen, sailors and dockworkers, today Triana still plays an important role in Seville's cultural heritage. It is one of the spiritual homes of flamenco culture, and home to the world renowned Triana pottery. Here you will find workshops and ateliers selling both traditional and modern ceramics.
Betis Street, which runs alongside the river, provides stunning views of the old city centre by day and night, and is a popular destination after hours with its wide range of restaurants, bars and clubs. At the far end of the street, by the Triana Bridge, is the 150 year old food market built over and beside the ruins of St. George's Castle - the Castillo San Jorge, once home of the infamous Inquisition.

Overall this is a five star accomodation as location is so convenient and the parking garage is a big bonus. We drove extensively outside Seville and parking in Seville is difficult. The flat has ample + storage. The only area that could do with improvement is quality of bath and kitchen towels as they are well worn. The sheets, although clean, show signs of yellowing on pillow cases. The host was very timely to meet us upon arrival. We would stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was spotless when we arrived, and everything was fully equipped – from kitchen utensils to extra blankets, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, super close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. We could easily walk everywhere, which made exploring the area so convenient. The host was incredibly welcoming and gave us some wonderful recommendations for local spots to visit, which really enhanced our experience. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and ideally located place to stay!

Communication was excellent. We were met at the apartment to assist with parking our car which was so appreciated. We parked and left it in place as we explored Sevilla for 3 days. Super unique apartment in a perfect location for visiting all the top tourist spots, but was quiet for a good nights rest.

This appartment at Calle Valladares in the middle of Triana area is a wonderful place to discover the city. During the Feria de Abril it was a fantastic spot to avoid traffic at a walkable distance from the Center. The amenities are absolutely complete for everything you may need , beyond expectations. We appreciated the washing machine usage, saving us from great trouble. Highly recommendable place !

Sommes resté 15 jours dans cette appartement.Emplacement très agréable dans ce quartier animée de Triana. Toutes les visites peuvent se faire à pied ou en bus. Un bémol: appartement un peu sombre (il est au rez de chaussée) et froid (carrelage au sol très froid) en cette période de mars. Quelques dysfonctionnements avec les portes que nous avons signalé pour la maintenance.

First let me say that Manuel (presumably the owner) was very polite and allowed us to stay in the apartment until 3pm on departure day. The apartment was rather dingy. The bathroom door had come off its (sliding) runner, was very heavy and difficult to close/open. The washing machine worked but the dryer just seemed to bounce the clothes around but not actually dry them. There was, however, a drying rack, which leads me to think that this may have been a problem for some time. There were absolutely no toiletries, not even a bar of soap and since our (delayed) train only got us into Seville at 10pm we were totally without the first morning. There were no kitchen towels of any sort: paper or fabric and the freezer was in dire need of a defrost. There was no washing detergent. In the bedroom all the duvets and extra towels were just squished into the closet and I have no idea if they had been washed. The toilet needed some type of cleaner as the bottom was dirty.

First the property manager Marcus was helpful getting us into the parking space, and helping us get settled in. 2- the apartment is quite large, the pictures don’t do it justice 3- location is GREAT! Great restaurant a 1 minute walk away, a great flamenco show on the Triana side- just a flamenco show, and Saturday was a 5:30 matinee with a 1 hr show, so you’re not stuck eating a mediocre dinner. Excellent fresh market (Mercado de Triana) 2 minutes walk, fresh meat, fish, cheese, veggies, bread, bars- we used this and cooked in the apartment so we didn’t have to eat dinner at 8:30 at night, and breakfast in, and a lot less crowded and noisy with mobs of people walking past your door. Recommend 100%

This apartment is right over the bridge in Triana. It's close to lots of restaurants and the best ceramic shops in Sevilla. The bathroom and kitchen are very modern and new. Check in and out was very easy. I would return here in a minute.

appartement situé dans le superbe quartier de Triana berceau du flamenco et des potiers. L'appartement en rez-de-chaussée est très spacieux et très calme (et pourtant central). Celui-ci est situé dans une impasse, la chambre se trouve côté cour donc aucun bruit. Nous avons été accueillis par Esther, (merci pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité). L'appartement est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien, literie impeccable. Tout se fait à pied (visites, sorties) Le parking est situé sous la résidence. Nous nous rendons deux fois par an à Seville, et cet appartement est une belle découverte. Nous y reviendrons sans hésitation.

El apartamento es nuevo, creo lo hemos estrenado. Muy bonito y confortable. El diseño, tanto en arquitectura como en mobiliario es fantástico. Los accesorios son de calidad...Tiene bomba frío calor y radiador que proporcionan temperatura confortable. Está muy bien situado, se puede ir al centro de la ciudad andando perfectamente.
