Ático de dos dormitorios para 6 personas con amplia terraza privada. Está situado junto a la Plaza de la Encarnación, a pocos minutos a pie de los principales lugares de interés y monumentos.
Salón-comedor amueblado con sofá-cama doble, mesa extensible y sillas. La moderna cocina americana está equipada con los utensilios y electrodomesticos necesarios. Puertas correderas de cristal abren a la terraza - proporcionando la entrada de aire y luz natural. Terraza equipada con muebles de jardín y toldo - un lugar ideal para relajar y disfrutar de las vistas de la ciudad.
Un pasillo conduce al cuarto de baño y a la zona de descasnso. El dormitorio principal dispone de cama doble, ropero para guardar sus pertenencias y una pequeña ventana. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con dos camas individuales, armario y una ventana a la terraza.
Otras características: internet vía WIFI, aire acondicionado (frío/calor) en todas las habitaciones y televisión de pantalla plana.
"Laraña Terraza 3" está estratégicamente situado en el centro de Sevilla, justo al lado del nuevo Metropol Parasol: estructura contemporánea con 2 columnas de hormigón compuesta por una plaza de abastos (mercado), un museo arqueológico (Antiquarium) y un paseo-mirador.

El Centro es el núcleo geográfico de la Sevilla histórica. Junto a la impresionante Catedral, el centro empieza en la Plaza de San Francisco, donde se encuentra situado el ayuntamiento, edificio histórico que representa la arquitectura plateresca de Sevilla.
Desde el ayuntamiento llegará directamente a la principal zona comercial entre la Calle Sierpes, Tetuán y Velázquez. Aquí encontrará una gran oferta en tiendas de ropa, artículos de deporte, joyas o moda para la Feria de Abril: mantones, trajes de flamenca, castañuelas, abanicos... El Palacio de la Condesa de Lebrija, ubicado en una de las calles cercanas, destaca por su impresionante colección de mosaicos romanos.
En dirección noroeste se sitúa el Museo de Bellas Artes, segunda pinacoteca de España, después del Museo del Prado de Madrid.

Liked the apartment a lot, nice kitchen and comfortable beds. Great location between Plaza Hercules and the Cathedral and close to lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Didn't like the high step up and out to the balcony on both bedrooms. In the bathroom the shower head and holder need replacing. Overall it suited the 3 of us but an extra person would have made it seem crowded especially with only 1 bathroom.

This apartment is ideally located for easy access to the centre of Seville. It is well finished, comfortable and has all the items that you need to make your stay in Seville enjoyable. Check in was friendly and quick and we had no problems at all. Recommended!

Great 2 bedroom apartment with air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room- a must have in Seville in June heat !! The apartment is very comfortable and the views from the terrace were really lovely.Carlos met us at the apartment to check us in and he was very friendly and helpful - his office is on the first floor in the building so he was easily contactable. Due to the configuration of apartment 4 next door to ours , we found that there was a lot of noise from their bathroom and washing machine as they were on the other side of the walls in both our bedrooms !! Not much fun at 6.30am for 3 mornings in a row !! We think that the apartment owners would need to make tenants in apt 4 aware of this as it is very irritating.Overall we would recommend this apartment as it is very central - about 10 minutes walk from all the major sites.

Das Apartment war sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Aussicht über die Dächer von Sevilla mit der Kathedrale ist toll. Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht die Besichtigung der Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss. Feierlichkeiten auf dem benachbarten Platz an den Wochenendnächten waren hörbar, aber nicht sehr störend.

Appartement fonctionnel, chambre Parent un peu petite sans aération de l'extérieur. La position dans Seville permet de rayonner tres facilement. La terrasse est très agréable avec une vue superbe. Il y a peu d'insonorisation de l'appartement vs les appartements voisins ou le couloir, et nous participons aux rentrées tard, ou aux douches matinales des voisins.

Pleasant apartment with all you need for a break in Seville. The open plan arrangement allows a feeling of space, the balcony with awning enhances that feeling. Daniel was very helpful and friendly on arrival showing us the sites of Seville that can be seen from the apartment. Seville is easy to get around on foot - with many good bars and restaurants available within 5 minutes.

Considering we were there for Samana Santa, the location was perfect. Right in the heart of the city, with one of the first processions starting just outside our front door. The apartment was clean, bright and comfortable. The balcony was great for viewing the crowds from above when we had the chance. This was the first time we used apartments and not hotels and it was a great experience.

It was very nice to have coffee and toilet rolls already there as we arrived late in the evening. The view from the terrace was lovely and all the tourist attractions were extremely close. We could not have chosen a better apartment for our visit to Sevilla. The location was ideal, and the apartment itself was in great condition.
