Dúplex con 3 dormitorios, 2 baños y una fantástica terraza con piscina privada. El uso de la terraza y piscina está prohibido de 0:00-8:00 horas por el descanso de los vecinos. NO aceptamos reservas para grupos de jóvenes o despedidas de soltero.

Entrando encontramos el salón con sofá, mesa de centro, mesa comedor y sillas. Smart TV e internet wifi de alta velocidad por fibra óptica (100 Mbps). La cocina americana está equipada con todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos principales: microondas, horno y lavavajillas incluido. En la terraza, hay un lavadero con lavadora y zona para tender.

Un pasillo corto conduce a los dos primeros dormitorios y baño. Dormitorio 1 tiene dos camas individuales, y el dormitorio 2 una cama de matrimonio. Hay un cuarto de baño con ducha, entre ambas habitaciones.

Desde el salón, escaleras de caracol suben a la planta Ático, donde se encuentra el dormitorio 3 con cama de matrimonio, y el segundo cuarto de baño (en-suite) con ducha.

Saliendo encontramos la espaciosa y soleada terraza privada de 80 metros cuadrados. Terraza equipada y decorada con pérgola de madera en zona Chill Out, sofás y mesa, ducha exterior, tumbonas, plantas, y una piscina privada con 6 metros cuadrados de lámina de agua (disponible todo el año / no climatizada). Disfrute de un ambiente tranquilo y acogedor, ideal para tomar el sol, descansar, y relajarse.

El apartamento cuenta con aire acondicionado en todas sus estancias (con sistema mixto de refrigeración y calefacción). Está situado en la segunda planta y Ático de un edificio residencial de ambiente tranquilo, con ascensor.

San Lorenzo es uno de los barrios más demandados y deseados del Casco Antiguo de Sevilla, no sólo por su identidad, con arraigo y encanto propio, sino además por la cercanía y accesibilidad a todo tipo de servicios, monumentos, gastronomía, cultura, compras, ocio y transporte público.

San Vicente es un barrio conocido por sus numerosas plazas e iglesias. Está situado al noroeste del centro histórico, a pocos minutos a pie de los monumentos y atracciones más importantes de la ciudad. Una oportunidad para descubrir la Sevilla más auténtica.

La Iglesia de San Vicente es un claro ejemplo de arquitectura gótico-mudéjar construida en el s.XV. Junto a la Iglesia de San Lorenzo encontramos la Basílica del Gran Poder, hogar de una de las imágenes de Cristo más veneradas de la ciudad. La procesión del Cristo del Gran Poder es una de las más importantes de la Semana Santa sevillana.

El barrio de San Vicente está delimitado por el paseo del río Guadalquivir, un espacio que integra ciudad y naturaleza, ideal para andar tranquilamente, correr o montar en bicicleta. La antigua estación ferroviaria de Plaza de Armas (Estación de Córdoba), es hoy en día un moderno centro comercial que conserva la fachada y la estructura arquitectónica original de estilo neomudéjar de 1901.

Excellent apartment, modern and well equipped. We found the location excellent for touring the city. In a quiet residential area but with plazas close by for bars and restaurants. Lovely terrace with small pool. Space for sunbathing is limited, and the terrace is mostly shaded. Perhaps different in mid summer? Our only criticism is that the pool pump/filters were not operational. After heavy rain the pool was dirty with soil/algae from the adjacent plant pots and with no filtration to clean it. This was only apparent on our last few days, otherwise we would have discussed with agent. Overall, we would definitely recommend this apartment.

Nice apartment, big enough for four, close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Could walk to all the main attractions and easy taxi ride back if needed. Roof terrace was lovely, the pool was smaller than it looked but wonderful to sit with our feet in the water after a long days walking.

A lovely place in a quiet area only 20 min walk to major attractions, the highlight is the great outdoor space & lovely pool. One small comment, being a bit older it would be great if you upgraded the pillows as they were a bit uncomfortably.

Perfect location to walk to all the attractions. Near supermarkets and restaurants. Excellent to have a pool at the end of the day .

Great apartment with a wonderful terrace and small pool which were much appreciated! Situated in a good area with plenty of local restaurants, tapas bars and supermarkets. Cathedral, Real Alcazar, Jewish Quarter, Plaza de Espana and markets within a 20-25 mins walk. Aquarium approximately 35 min walk is well worth a visit. Would recommend the following restaurants: Al Solito Posto (Italian) Duo Tapas (Tapas) ÜAILLÓ Pizza Lab (Oizza) Nickel Burgers (Burgers) We loved our stay here and did not want to leave!

Beautiful apartment in a quiet area with everything that you would need for a great stay. The outside pool was perfect to cool off in the heat of Seville. Some lovely restaurants within walking distance and also a grocery store with all essentials. To visit the main attractions we used Uber as we felt it was too far to walk in the very high temperatures. Seville is a really beautiful city and our stay at this apartment was great I’d have no hesitation staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment - the small pool was a God-send & we loved the terrace for breakfast & nightcaps . The living space was slightly small for six people but as we spent so much time outside this wasn’t a problem.Our check in was seem less & we were given loads of good recommendations for restaurants ( the best of which was definitely Eslava- loved this restaurant & it’s so handy from the apartment) We felt a couple more sun chairs in the pool area would have been good , but otherwise, no complaints.

The unit is small, especially for a family of 4+ but we expected that. We spent most of our time touring Seville. The rooftop space is amazing. Our host was excellent. The home was clean and well outfitted. The location was very walkable to everything. The building itself does have a strange smell to it. And outside the unit the streets are dirty and smelled strongly of urine. But the hosts keep the house very clean and offered a lot of fragrance to help with the smell that is don't think is their fault. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Honestly pretty much perfect in every way. Great location and the terrace was even better than the pictures! Only minor issues were that there was a bit of a smell from the drains and the downstairs neighbour was a bit cranky. Wouldn’t let these things put you off though. Great value for money and a great place to stay.

We had a great stay here. The terrace and pool were such a highlight, perfect after a long day of walking the city. For six adults though we felt the place was a little small and the logistically a little difficult as the upstairs bedroom has no door and also is the access way to the terrace. Overall though a brilliant apartment and great value.

Alojamiento nuevo, bien situado y equipado . Es tal y como se ve en las fotos. Lo mejor es la terraza con la piscina de la parte superior. Recomendable .

Could not have been a better place to stay for our family. Spacious for our needs and everything we wanted to see and do was walkable from there. It's a very comfortable property with a fabulous roof terrace, which acts like an extra room. I will be going back there and have recommended it to some friends and family.

The apartment offered a great space for my family with a location nearby everything, but not too close to the busy city center. The terrace was our favorite part! Unfortunately, there was no hot water on our final day and a half, but the host has resolved this for future guests.

Veoapartment was perfectly situated for exploring Sevilla. The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Great to have the rooftop pool to be able to escape the heat. Amenable and responsive hosts. Would recommend.

We were a group of 5 friends and loved our stay here. Everything is walking distance which made it easy to explore and the private terrace area was great for chilling out during the daytime. The hosts were super helpful and responsive. The apartment had everything you would need especially the kitchen. Would 100% recommend.

Efficient use of space and nicely fit our group of 4 adults and 2 kids (5 yrs and 8 yrs). It was very clean with a new kitchen. The seating area out on the deck was lovely. The private pool is very tiny, the kids were happy to have it. there is a building pool also but not open during siesta. Good location to walk to plazas with great restaurants and bars nearby. Note, there is no coffee maker and the nearest coffee shop was about a 5 min walk.

Everything was great. Manuel was wonderful!! He explained everything so well. Spoke excellent English. Answered all our questions. Pool was fantastic!! Soaked our feet in it every night. Loved the terrace and loved the lights. Comfortable beds. Thanks Manuel. :)

Bel appartement dans une résidence très récente, appartement très propre, dans un quartier calme, à 15 20 minutes de marche du centre et tout près de restaurants et d'un marché local " la feria". Literie très confortable, mais effectivement, il vaut mieux peut être n'être qu'une seule personne dans le lit de la chambre mezzanine du haut. Séville est une ville magnifique. la terrasse est fantastique et elle est couverte. la météo n'était pas excellente en cette fin mai, donc nous n'avons pas pu trop utiliser la petite piscine, qui doit être bien rafraîchissante lorsqu'il fait chaud. Si vous êtes fatigués de vos visites à pieds de la journée, vous pouvez rentrer avec un taxi ou un Uber pour 5 à 6 EUR. Nous reviendrons. Merci

The apartment was great for our family of 4. It had everything we needed and the outdoor space was lovely. We could walk everywhere although by the end of a long day, we would take a quick taxi or Uber back because it was a bit too long to walk after walking all day. Great restaurants and tapas bars in the area and you can easily walk along the river. We loved it.

A fantastic little apartment, extremely well equipped with everything we needed as a family. Easy to walk to the main tourist sites, but also to the conference venue my husband was working at for the first half of our stay, as well as nice bars and restaurants and several play areas for our toddler.

Nous n'avons pas profité de la petite piscine car c'était en février.
Très correctement équipé même si la plaque de cuisson est un peu petite (2 feux).
Pièces lumineuses. Literie confortable même si le matelas de la chambre du haut peut être un peu désagéable à 2 si vous bougez beaucoup.
Très bon accueil de Damian. Très réactif et serviable.

Perfect apartment in a great location close to alameda de hercules and surrounding streets which are great for a relaxed, more local, time.

Very cute and well kept with a great rooftop to relax on. Several supermarkets dotted around to buy essentials like shampoo and body wash. Overall zero complaints here.

A very clean and modern apartment within 20-30 minutes walking distance to the Alcazar, the Flamenco Dance Museum and other Sevilla attractions. The terrace and the view from it are awesome. Joao was very friendly and helpful at check in. All around a great place to stay when visiting Sevilla and all it has to offer.

A great stay at San Lorenzo. We could easily walk to local restaurants, with some great recommendations from the Veoapartment’s team (Duo Tapas, El Rinconcillo). The pool and outdoor area was great (super clean) and we certainly enjoyed this on the sunny days during our visit. I’d happily recommend a stay.

Really lovely, modern place out of the town center/tourist spots. The pool is small (as advertised) but perfect for dipping in to get cool. The outdoor upstairs space is what makes this place, so beautiful and cool on hot afternoons. The shower is small, but very nice. Lovely, firm mattresses. My main criticisms are that parking is advertised as on site, but not actually available, and check in requires coordination. Based on their availability, not the guests.

Wonderful place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. This new apartment has everything you need to enjoy Seville. The location was near many restaurants and within walking distance to major attractions. We enjoyed a cool dip in the pool and especially relaxing in the outside rooftop shaded area. The beds were comfortable downstairs and bathrooms had plenty of space for your personal belongings. The apartment was safe and we liked that the location was away from tourists. Highly recommended.

L'appartement est propre, dans un quartier chouette. Peut être un peu "loin" de l'hyper centre, mais on s'y sent bien. L'espace intérieur est un peu petit pour 6 (notamment la cuisine et la table pour manger), les salles de bains suffisent, même si une troisième aurait été plus que parfait. La terrasse est vraiment son atout principal, elle est juste géniale avec sa piscine, idéale pour se rafraichir avec la chaleur ! Merci on a passé un super séjour !
