One-bedroom apartment with a private roof terrace, located in the traditional Triana quarter. The terrace provides wonderful views of the Maestranza Theatre, Golden tower and Giralda. All main monuments and sights are within walking distance.
The living area features a dining table with chairs, sofa and TV. Adjacent, with a separate entrance, is the well equipped kitchen - which on the side of the living area features a breakfast bar and bar stools.
Beyond the kitchen is the bathroom with shower and the bedroom with double bed (140 x 200cm), wardrobe and a window facing a quiet patio.
The access to the private roof-terrace is from the communal staircase of the building (NOT from the apartment itself). Terrace equipped with outdoor seating, two deck chairs and a canopy for the hot summer days. The terrace has partial views of the Maestranza Theatre and the Giralda tower.
The apartment is located by the picturesque calle Betis, an ideal spot for sightseeing with wonderful river views.
The Triana quarter is popular both by day and night, with bars and many traditional restaurants. All of the major monuments are within walking distance. The city centre is a 10 minute walk away, just across the Triana bridge.

Triana est l'un des quartiers les plus autentiques de Séville. C'était autrefois le quartier des pêcheurs, des marins et des artisans. Il se trouve à l'ouest du Guadalquivir. On y trouve les célèbres ateliers de céramique et de poterie de Séville. C'est aussi le berceau du flamenco.
Depuis la rue Betis, qui longe le fleuve, on peut profiter d'une vue magnifique sur le Guadalquivir et la vieille ville. Vous y trouverez aussi une grande variété de bars, de restaurants et de discothèques. À côté du pont de Triana se trouve un ancien marché aux produits frais, édifié il y a 150 ans sur une partie des ruines du Château de San Jorge, autrefois siège de l´Inquisition.

La comunicación con la anfitriona fue fantástica: super rápida, fiable y muy amable. La llegada fue absolutamente fluida y me sentà inmediatamente bienvenido. El apartamento en sà está magnÃficamente cortado, situado en la 3ª planta y es fácilmente accesible en ascensor. La ubicación en el barrio de Triana es ideal para explorar Sevilla a pie: en pocos minutos se puede llegar al casco antiguo y a muchos atractivos. Solo el colchón estaba un poco demasiado firme para mà personalmente. De lo contrario, ¡una recomendación clara!

Sehr gut gelegene Privatwohnung mit netter Eigentümerin. Die Wohnung ist ideal für einen mehrtätigen Aufenthalt. Die Dachterasse ist sehr nett, jedoch wohl nur kurze Zeit wirklich nutzbar, weil oft zu heiss ist und man noch eine Treppe hoch muss. Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen.

Staying at Veopartment‘s Airbnb was a good deal for a mixed work/leisure getaway. The apartment is neat and all the amenities that one could need for city trip are there. The internet speed is terrific. Happy to stay again.

Appartement très agréable. Situation géographique exceptionnelle pour séjourner à Seville. Accueil chaleureux par la proprietaire. Elle est adorable et très gentille. Des petites attentions à notre arrivée qui font bien plaisir. Une cafetière genre Nespresso serait bien utile pour améliorer l'équipement. Nous venons régulièrement à Seville, je n'hésiterai pas à relouer cet appartement qui est vraiment bien situé.

The location of this apartment is wonderful, everything can be reached on foot and there are plenty of places to eat and shops nearby. The apartment is functional and meets the description, but could do with a bit of maintenance. The bed is definitely in need of a new mattress. The terras on the roof was a nice bonus.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Triana with several bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Fantastic communication and good advice to where to go / eat and drink, with two Flamenco experiences nearby. Great bonus to have the rooftop terrace. Recommended. ????

Das war ein tolles Apartment!
Der Kontakt im Voraus war sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter haben immer schnell geantwortet.
Ich fand sehr nett, dass die Gastgeberin uns persönlich empfangen hat.
Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Apartment. Die Lage ist super schön, sehr ruhig und nicht weit vom historischen Zentrum. Der Zustand vom Bett und Badezimmer (was für mich persönlich sehr wichtig ist) war klasse. Möbel und allgemein die ganze Einrichtung sind sehr schön und ohne Gedöns.
Das Viertel Triana ist wirklich toll und es gibt schöne kleine Lokale. Man muss also nicht direkt im Zentrum wohnen. Hier hat man es ruhig und ist weg von der großen Menschenmenge. Wir werden bestimmt dieses Apartment buchen, wenn wir wieder in Sevilla sind.

Top locatie. Highlights allen beloopbaar of eenvoudig met bus te bereiken. In het appartement is al het brood nodige aanwezig. Heerlijk dakterras. Goede begeleiding indien nodig. Foto's zien er iets beter uit dan de werkelijkheid. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Prijs/kwaliteit is oké. Dank je wel hiervoor!

Estuvimos muy cómodos, el piso estaba en una muy buena zona y era muy tranquilo, pudimos descansar perfectamente. Además fueron muy agradables en la comunicación.

l'emplacement du logement est parfait m, il est très propre. il manque un eu de nécessaire pour cuisiner et pour faciliter comme je l'ai dit une Nespresso pour le café plus facile et rapide que faire du café à l'italienne..je viens à Séville très souvent au moins 2 fois par an.. l'appartement est un peu cher pour la prestation offerte il n'y a pas de petit plus. sinon l'entreprise est très réactive et arrangeante. j'ai apprécié mon séjour et le ménage en milieu de séjour, je n'ai pas eu le temps de profiter de la terrasse. bonne continuation !

This apartment is an excellent choise spending time in Sevilla. Beautiful bridges and Betis-street nearby. In the apartment there was everything we needed. We slept well thanks to good bed. Recomendable!

We loved the apartment it was clean and a great space with roof terrace. There was always great communication and we appreciated the local recommendations. Lovely apartment in the heart of Triana!! We felt immediately at home. Ideally located closed to great cafes and restaurants and of course calle Betis with amazing view of the review! The roof top was also nice to enjoy aperitivos with views of the city We felt in love with Sevilla!

Beautiful flat in perfect location. We enjoyed using the terrace and appreciate the sunbeds and sunshade. Triana is a great place to stay with great restaurants & city sights easily walkable. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

I had such a lovely time here! Perfect location (Triana is a quiet neigbourhood with lots of nice bars and restaurants and just a few minutes away from the river and Puente Isabel II). I had a warm welcome (arrived around 9pm but that was no problem) and the map with suggestions (supermarket, bars etc.) was a nice extra and helpful. I really enjoyed the sunny roof terrace! The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need for a short city trip. Would definetely recommend! Muchas gracias!

Fijn en net appartement in de mooie wijk Triana, net over de rivier, en 10 minuten lopen over de brug naar de kathedraal bijvoorbeeld. Rustige wijk om te verblijven. Complimenten voor Paula en Manuel en andere mensen voor alle goede zorgen! Mucho gracias!!

Buen apartamento bien ubicado. Nos encantó la terraza exterior para descansar o desayunar. Desde aquà se puede alcanzar el casco antiguo fácil y rápidamente. Gracias por la acogida.

The place is as described - except one of the bedroom walls that has been repainted and is no longer red. Check-in went smoothly with Markus from the agency. Great location, the apartment is very functional, good Wi-Fi and water pressure. Comfortable bed. The kitchen needs some decluttering, e.g. : the coffee maker with only the pot left. The terrace is a plus, although we barely used it (it's End of December, beginning of January, too cold). Good communication with the owner Paula.

They say when buying a house, the 3 important things are - location location location It’s exactly the same when renting a long term holiday apartment, as bd this one absolutely hits the mark. One row back from the river in Triana, 10 minute walk brings loads of good pubs & eating options, 10’minutes to the old town - its a great spot Owners ( or their agents). a pleasure to deal with. It’s maybe a little overdue a freshen up but we weren’t sitting around the apartment too much, we were enjoying all the attractions which are nearby. A really pleasant stay and would be happy to use again

Appartement très confortable et spacieux pour 2 personnes. bien équipé ( Wifi, climatisation, terrasse...) avec un environnement très calme. Proximité des commerces et accès au centre historique de Séville en un quart d'heure à pied.

We spent a really great four days here. Lovely, clean and well situated apartment with the bonus of a great private rooftop terrace. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly and pleasant to deal with. Wish we could have stayed longer. The Clarkes.

Great host, very helpful & responsive. Great location - historic Triana neighborhood, across the river from main attractions. There is a terrace on the roof. It's a separate space not directly linked to the apartment. The furniture etc. are a bit dated and there is little sunlight because the windows are very small. Otherwise, a reasonable place to stay for a week or so.

We really enjoyed Seville and the apartment. Triana is such a vibrant neighbourhood to be part of, with the beautiful church of Santa Anna across the road and plenty of little bars and restaurants. And then all the tourist areas were just 5 mins walk across the two bridges.

The apartment was comfortable for two people and was well equipped for a week's stay. The market and a supermarket were within easy walking distance. The bed was adequate and there was room to store clothing. The shower had plenty of hot water and pressure. The apartment also had high quality windows so street noise was almost nonexistent. The check in was trouble free. Would recommend to family and friends.

Très bien situé, l'appartement est confortable quoiqu'un peu sombre. La terrasse est bien agréable avec une très belle vue sur les toits de Santa Ana, dommage qu'elle ne soit pas en accés direct avec l'appartement . L'appartement est bien situé, proche des commerces de proximité, du Séville touristique. Il est bien équipé (matériel pour la petite cuisine quotidienne, rangement dans la salle de bains et dans la chambre) et sa terrasse, même en janvier, fut très appréciée car les températures étaient agréables (22° l'après midi). Il existe même un fil à linge sur la terrasse privative. Un appartement agréable et situé dans quartier calme.
