The apartment is on the first and second floors of a traditional Sevillian house (without elevator) and has a separate private entrance at street level.
The living room is on the first floor; as are three of the four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. There is a further room with a double bed, also with an en-suite and a twin room with beds placed together. There is also an additional, separate, bathroom with shower.
On the second floor is the fourth bedroom with twin beds and the fourth bathroom. There is a large separate dining room and a well-equipped kitchen, which includes a washing machine and dishwasher, and access to the terraces.
The main terrace feels like an extension to the kitchen, as a door leads directly onto it, and the top terrace is reached by a short flight of stairs. Furnished with sun-loungers, it makes a perfect spot for sunbathing.
The sizable private pool measures: length 6m, width 4m, depth 1.60m. Pool available all year round (unheated). There is also an inviting, plant-filled pergola with a table and chairs - a perfect place for a meal and to enjoy the sunset after a day spent visiting the city.

La Macarena est un quartier traditionnel authentique et plein de vie. Il se trouve au nord du centre historique de Séville. Partiellement délimité par les anciennes murailles de la ville, La Macarena est un quartier où a longtemps vécu la classe ouvrière, lui donnant le caractère vibrant dont vous pourrez profiter.

Appartement top pour notre semaine en famille à la découverte de Séville! Situé dans un quartier plein de bars et de restaus sympas, à 15 min à pieds de la cathédrale. Piscine très appréciée l'après midi et solarium idéal pour des apéros ambiance "rooftop". Chaque chambre dispose d'une douche. Equipe très dispo à l'accueil et pendant le séjour. Cuisine un peu vieillotte, mais tout fonctionne (machine à café type Nespresso).Très bonne adresse pour un séjour simple et familial.

We had a great stay at this apartment! In a quiet street in the middle of Macarena neighborhood with many nice local restaurants and bars. Our host gave us many good tips! We enjoyed the large roof terrace, the airconditioning and the swimming pool for those hot Seville days :)

This is a lovely apartment in a great location in central Seville. Unfortunately we coincided with a week of torrential rain, and we did experience some leaks. However, I understand that this is being addressed, and I would recommend this apartment to anybody looking for a well maintained and comfortable apartment. In particular the private swimming pool would be a tremendous facility when the normal hot and sunny conditions in Seville prevail.

Even though the kitchen is a bit older, I definitely recommend this place. We rented the appartment for 1 week with a group of 6 friends. Even though only February, the weather was amazing and the pool outside was great to have a fresh plunge in the morning. The terrace is so big and beautiful, we ate breakfast outside every day. Moreover, the views are actually insane! The beds are big enough and comfortable. There are enough bathrooms and they are clean and modern. I would definitely recommend this place. Thanks for having us.

La maison est parfaitement située, dans une rue assez calme. elle est spacieuse et très lumineuse. Malheureusement elle manque cruellement d'entretien: - la cuisine est une vraie ruine, réfrigérateur pourri, lave vaisselle dégoûtant et inopérant, le four cassé après la première utilisation, un grille pain répugnant, les placards cassés, vaisselle et couverts dépareillés et de mauvaise qualité - et propreté douteuse. - dans notre chambre, la paroi de douche tient avec du scotch gris - des qu'on ouvre un robinet, les canalisations vibrent beaucoup, a être réveillé la nuit a cause des coups de bélier - la piscine était sale, ligne d'eau marron, eau sale - canisses inexistantes sur la terrasse supérieure, démontées et laissées a même le sol - mobilier de jardin très ordinaire, vieux et sale J'en oublie certainement... Nous sommes restés 2 semaines complètes, et on doit pouvoir s'attendre à avoir un service de ménage au bout d'une semaine, cela n'a pas été proposé.

The apartment is in a quiet location, within a few minutes walk of a supermarket and plenty of bars and shops, and an easy walk to the centre of Seville. Having the pool is a real bonus after a hot day out and about. The host was really helpful and wanted to ensure we had a good stay. The apartment is a little tired, but overall a great place from which to explore Seville.

This is lovely house with a nice little pool, right in the heart of Sevilla. Our extended family of seven was there in a hot July but everthing a tourist would want was still within easy walking distance. I have one l small complaint, which I see has been raised by other guests. The cover on the top-floor terrace has still not been fixed. There are loungers and chairs there but no umbrellas or other shade, so in hot weather the terrace really cannot be used. But that is only a minor point. In general, this was an excellent place for a holiday in Sevilla.

What a gem... A spacious apartment with a roof top terracce and pool - located in the old and very local part of Seville with everything within walking distance. The apartment has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, a livingroom, a diningroom and a small kitchen. ...and not least a great rooftop terracce with a pool, a shaded space and a sundeck. Oh - and there is aircondition in every room, which is so nice in the summer heat. The location is in a narrow street in the old and local part of Seville. We loved the evening vibes on the square just around the corner - bars filled with locals enjoying a drink, a chat and some great tapas. We would happily return on our next trip to Seville.

This apartment is centrally located and east access to the beautiful city of Seville. The apartment was clean but definitely older. Walls were very dirty. There was construction across the street that started very early and two of our guests moved places due to lack Of sleep. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and the communication was average but slow. We never got the Wi-Fi to connect steadily. We stayed in five other places during our trip. This one was ok and in a great location but not the best. It needs to be updated and many hosts these days are extremely Quick to respond. There was also one towel on each bed and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom For 6 people and 5 days. It was ok and convenient but not top quality. It is also impossible to find parking so you can’t bring a car or have to pay 22 dollars a day to park it and walk. You cannot Drive up to the place. It would have been good to know there was construction right outside the window every Morning as well.

The apartment is in a great location and is very spacious with a great patio. Unfortunately there was no shade up on the roof as it needs repairing so we were unable to use the space. The neighborhood is great with good restaurants nearby and it's a lively area on a evening, however the apt is located on a quiet street, so you can escape the noise of the bars. The apt was very clean and felt homely with good amenities. We were happy with our stay

My daughter, 4 granddaughters and I spent a month at Miguel Terrace. This is a lovely home in a real Seville neighborhood. We all had great places to come together and plenty of space for privacy. We loved the pool and terrace areas. The kitchen is right off the terrace and very functional. We loved the Feria market for grocery shopping. I highly recommend Ramirez Jamoneria y Queseria and Isidore produce. There are tons of cute restaurants and bars nearby. The Alemada is also very close.We loved breakfast at Ottos. If you want a great massage, I highly recommend Masaje con Karma with David Sergio if you want an outstanding massage. Veoapartnents was very responsive when the air conditioning quit working. They had it up and runnng the next day. There are WiFi issues which the staff tried very hard to rectify. I think the owner needs to upgrade their WiFi system. The staff from Veoapartments who we dealt with, Paula, Pauline and Joao, were fantastic. I would definitely rent from you again. I would only rent this particular property if the WiFi is upgraded. Veoapartment reply: Dear Jennifer. Thank you very much for your detailed commentary, and apologize for the WiFi problems which you encountered. We contracted for a fiber-optic internet/wifi connection to be installed in the dining-room which we hope will eliminate future problems. Fiber-optic is the fastest and most reliable internet connection in Spain. Regards

We were 8 people there had 4 nights in the apartment. We loved the apartment. The terrace was excellent and big. The wifi worked, we got 2 set of keys, and the rest of it worked. The only thing was the swimmingpool could be more clean. The location was perfect close to everything. They recommended a taxi company where it was easy to book and they had some good drivers.

Problèmes d'humidité sur les murs dans certaines pièces, dûs à la piscine sur le toit visiblement, mais qui ne nous ont pas gêné.

Die Lage und der Grundriss der Wohnung war für unsere Gruppe genau richtig. Genug Platz für jeden, um sich zurückzuziehen und genug Platz, um zusammen zu sein. Ohne den Pool wäre es uns sicher oft zu heiß gewesen, aber so war es perfekt. Es war alles fußläufig erreichbar und unsere Teens haben die Stadt oft allein für sich erkundet. Die schönen Markthallen, das tolle Obst und die günstigen Lebenshaltungskosten haben uns überrascht. Wir können diese Stadt, diese Wohnung und den Service für einen Urlaub nur sehr empfehlen!!

La casa está muy bien en muchos aspectos. Pocos alojamientos pueden presumir de tener piscina en la cubierta y esas dos magníficas terrazas. Las habitaciones son amplias, los techos altos y el número de baños perfecto. Guardaremos un muy buen recuerdo de la estancia.

Ideaal verblijf voor 8 personen. Het appartement is echt zoals op de foto's te zien is. Zeer goede ligging : heerlijk rustig na een dag slenteren in het centrum. Bakkers, supermarkten etc. om de hoek. Ook het verfrissende zwembad is een luxe. Vriendelijk en gedienstig personeel van Veo apart. Niet twijfelen en huren !

Appartement très bien situé dans un quartier charmant un peu moins touristique et pourtant si proche du centre historique. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce magnifique appartement avec cette terrasse splendide... Les 4 chambres avec leur salle de bain nous ont permis d’être tous bien indépendants, parfait pour partir entre amis. Seul bémol le salon au premier étage un peu petit et qui en devient bien moins accueillant, mais la terrasse remplace tous les salons sauf quand il pleut!

Good value for money, the pool is too small for a good swim but ideal for a dip after a hot day. The apartment is well located for some excellent restaurants and is quiet as it is up a non motor lane. Lots of space and excellent air-con essential when it's 45c outside!
