My husband, adult daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights. It was easy to meet the manager for the keys and he showed us everything we needed to know. We thought the location was perfect! We walked everywhere! I really appreciated how well the apartment was laid out. The bedrooms were separated for maximum privacy.

Loved the location of this apartment in old town Sevilla. We were there 2 weeks and walked everywhere. Rooftop terrace was the highlight. The place didn’t feel very clean, especially the kitchen area. AC barely worked on main level and was very noisy. Glasses were a mixture of unmatched stuff and we was everything before using it. Overall just too much stuff everywhere.

Hi The property was ideally located just outside the centre and close to shops and restaurants. It was a place where there were more locals and fewer tourists. The heating is noisy but can be switch off at night and there are oil filled radiators. Marcus was excellent in sorting things out: we called and he came over with all the solutions. He gave us a mini tour of neighbourhood. The place is big, with its own roof terrace and the kitchen has everything we needed. Thank you

The apartment was clean and as advertised but the check in is with keys that must be handed over by the management company and this took time and phone calls to coordinate. The power went out one morning and although we notified them in the mornings (difficult since we had no WiFi with no power) they did not send anyone to check it until afternoon then had to scramble to find an electrician. We were not offered other accommodation so lost a day of seeing the sights not knowing if we needed to go to a hotel or not. It was repaired at 6 pm but no compensation for the time lost was given although we were told we would be credited for a day.

This apartment is in a great neighborhood, close to everything but on a very quiet street. It was pretty hot in Seville while we were there and the A/C works great. It is clean and comfortable - a couple things to be aware of - the master bed is more like a double than a king and the washing machine is in a room off the terrace (there is no dryer - but there is a clothes line and that worked fine for us). We loved this place and would definitely stay again.

This apartment is in a great location, we walked from here to all the major sights and, on ambitious days, across the river. The apartment is much cozier than the sterile apartments usually listed, it feels like a home. There were a few things less than perfect..the beds are pretty hard, the towels are rough and scratchy and, on weekend nights, a lot of street noise (bars are just around the corner). If you like firm mattresses and bring your ear plugs you'll be set. The kitchen is fully equipped, there were plenty of paper products for us, the property manager was helpful and responsive and the WIFI was strong and reliable. We had a wonderful stay!

We spent 4 days in Seville. We had a very good time. The property is very well located. We were looking for something with local style and enjoyed the place. Be careful with young kids there is a lot of stairs. The terrace was very nice as well. We can go back there for sure!

This property was perfect for 2 girlfriends and it could be 3 or 4 easily if each wants to share a room. Kitchen was compact but very well stocked. We loved the rooftop for happy hour and book reading. Manuel was so kind and very helpful. Answering our questions both before our arrival and during our stay. Shopping was awesome snd restaurants close by were great!

We were so pleased with Santa Catalina Terrace. The position was good within easy walk of a supermarket and Feria Market. All the main sights were easy to reach by foot. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen so well equipped. We sat on the roof terrace for apéros- wonderful. All the staff at the veoapartment office were so friendly and efficient. We would definitely recommend the company and apartment to friends.

Un appartement bien équipé, que ce soit pour la cuisine (tout pour cuisiner, prendre les repas), les chambres (confort), le chauffage, les salles de bains, la terrasse : nous avons eu la sensation d'un appartement prêté par un ami qui y vit régulièrement. La situation dans une impasse à deux pas du quartier de Sta Clarina était parfaite : calme tout en étant proche de tout (Gare, vie nocturne du quartier, veille ville Sta Cruz etc). Gracias por la confianza que han demostrado a sus inquilinos y que nos permitió vivir en un apartamento, bien equipado y muy agradable. We stayed for three weeks in December 2015 and had a great time. The apartment contributed enormously to this. It's situated close to all the major attractions and within a minutes walk of one of the most historic Tapas Bars in Sevilla - El Rinconcillio. There's a baker's shop very close by that seems to be open every day. It's an easy walk to the market on Feria and there are loads of smaller shops nearby. Wq It's spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with all you need for two possibly four people. It has a lovely roof terrace with a small area for hanging out washing. There is some street noise and light sleepers might find this problematic but on the plus side Calle Feijoo is car free. The owners have furnished the apartment well including lots of momentos from their travels with a well stocked book case and guides to Sevilla

The Apartment is positioned near the oldest Tapas bar in Seville (Rick Stein has featured it). Everything about it is satisfactory and the roof garden is a boon. Some of the equipment could do with updating. Walking is a pleasure in Seville but if you are unfit this apartment is a little away from the main attractions, but that give the advantage of being quieter than when we have stayed by the Cathedral - Sevillians chat into the early hours and their voices echo in the narrow streets

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sie erstreckt sich über drei Etagen, wodurch es einige Treppen gibt, was uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Matratzen sind in Ordnung. Sie liegt zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein Bäcker ist direkt um die Ecke, genau wie einige gute Restaurants und Tapasbars. Auch ein Supermarkt ist direkt in der Nähe. Die Dachterrasse ist super. Es war schön dort zu frühstücken oder den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Den Mietwagen mussten wir ins Parkhaus stellen, da es so gut wie unmöglich ist in Sevilla einen Parkplatz zu finden. Das Parkhaus ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt und kostet 60€ für 5 Tage. Die Organisation von Veoapartment war sehr gut und die Schlüsselübergabe klappte problemlos. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder mieten.

A beautiful apartment which was well situated. Everything you might need to make your stay comfortable and like home was in this apartment. As well, the art works and books were little treasures. While there was a problem with the air conditioning in the bedroom upstairs, the owner did everything possible to mitigate the problem. Had veo apartments and their representative, responded to my first email more promptly, the problem may have been rectified in the five weeks we were there. The owner did provide a good restitution to us because of the problem. Owner's reply: We are happy you enjoyed your stay in our apartment and sorry again for the air conditioning issue. It has been very difficult to arrange a meeting with the aire conditioning company, particularily busy in this period of the year. The problem is now solved. Thank you very much for your comments.

Apartment is excellent for 2 couples or a familj of four, with one bedroom one bath upstairs and a similar slightly smaller set downstairs at the kitchen/dining room level. Kitchen was well equipped and all appliances worked well. Apartment is a bit dark as all windows face another building in a narrow alley. Concequently, there's no car traffic outside, but human talk/laughter from the alley and some traffic noise from nearby streets filter in nonetheless. Location is excellent, just outside the central Santa Cruz area. Plenty of local bars and restaurants are around the corner. Only minor nuisance was getting in and out as apartment is behind three to four locks (you even had to open two doors with keys to get out).

Lovely apartment in a great location, with some fantastic tapas bars close by. Drainage system should be looked at as the bathroom shower could not be used and whilst the terraces are lovely could do with a good clean. Owner's reply: The drain of the upstairs' bathroom has been fixed - thank you for advising. Regarding the terraces, these are cleaned just before arrival. But the automatic plant watering and the dry leaves that fall down may require a daily maintenance. Anyway thank you for your feedback and as I said the bathroom's drain is already solved and we'll ensure that the terraces are always ready before arrival. Regards.

Great apartment for two couples ie 2 bathrooms . Good location and yet reasonably quiet. Very well equipped and obviously an apartment that is used by the owners which makes for a more cosy experience. The top floor terrace is spacious, making the whole apartment feel roomy. I would book again if in Seville, which i would plan to do one day as it is a fantastic city,
