Refurbished 2-bedroom apartment with a private terrace. It is centrally located close to Plaza Pilatos and just a short walk from the main sights and monuments.
This holiday home has two bedrooms set on different levels.
The lower floor features a bright living area with a sofa, central table and 2 windows facing the patio of the house. With a large dining table and chairs. Just off the living area, with a separate entrance, is the well equipped kitchen - with dishwasher and washing machine.
There is a twin bedroom also on the lower floor with an en-suite bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor is the master bedroom, with a double-bed (150 x 200cm) and also with an-ensuite bathroom with shower. The bedroom has large sliding doors which give direct access onto a private terrace with table and chairs.
Other amenities include flat-screen TV, central air-conditioning (hot/cold) and Wi-Fi internet access.
The apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a residential building, with elevator.

El Centro se trouve au coeur du centre historique de Séville. Il commence au niveau de la Plaza del Duque de la Victoria, en passant par la Plaza de San Francisco, puis la Plaza Nueva où se situe l'Hôtel de Ville - bâtiment historique à l´architecture remarquable -, jusqu'à la Cathédrale.
À côté de l´Hôtel de Ville se trouve la zone commerciale la plus importante de la ville, qui comprend les rues Sierpes, Tetuán et Velázquez. Vous y trouverez un grand choix de magasins de vêtements, d'articles de sport, de bijoux ou d'articles pour la Feria de Abril: châles, robes de flamenco, castagnettes et éventails. Vous pourrez aussi y découvrir le Palais de la comtesse de Lébrija, réputé pour sa collection de mosaïques romaines.
Dans la partie nord-ouest vous trouverez le Musée des Beaux Arts, la seconde collection la plus importante d'Espagne après le Musée du Prado à Madrid.

Das Appartement u.die Lage sind sehr schön. Anreise mit dem pkw "in" die sehr enge Straße nicht möglich. Da es sich um eine sehr kleine Straße handelt, war es etwas schwierig ohne weiteres dorthin zu finden. Ansonsten alles io

Appartement bien entretenu, très propre, idéalement situé entre le quartier Santa Cruz et le populaire quartier Macarena. Il manquerait juste 2 chaises longues pour profiter pleinement de la terrasse, et quelques accessoires comme une essoreuse à salade par exemple. Les produits de première nécessité sont fournis, c'est un plus très appréciable.

The location was great to explore Seville. Facilities were spotless and had many extras such as coffee maker and coffee as well as plenty of comfortable furniture and beds! Great outdoor terrace.

Notre séjour récent à Séville a été une réelle réussite. Veoapartement est une excellente agence. Nous envisageons, d'ailleurs, un séjour à Grenade en 2015. L'appartement correspond à la description faite. Très bon niveau de confort (équipement, calme, proche des commerces) Petites suggestions pour profiter encore plus de la terrasse : Avoir un grand parasol et deux transat Nous avons utilisé le service taxi pour notre retour vers l'aéroport. Muy silencioso, sólo se oyen las campanas. Muy nuevo pero la decoración muy justa y escaso de menaje. No apto para niños ni personas con alguna dificultad de movilidad porque la escalera es incomoda. La atención muy buena.

We have used veoaparment in the past to book our holiday aparments, and have always enjoyed the experience. This time we chose a two bedroom two bathroom apartment because there were three of us. The location is great, right in the centre of Sevilla but not in the tourist part. We could easily walk to the tourist sites such as the Cathedral and Alcazar, to the shopping district Calle Sierpes, to the museo de bellas artes, and to our favourite part of Sevilla: the metropol parasol, Calle Regina, Calle Feria and Calle San Luis. The apartment is well-laid out. The two level arrangement means we have more personal space between the two bedrooms. It is very clean and modern. The terrace, although doesn't offer the best view, is still a lovely bonus. It is a shame we didn't get a chance to use the terrace due to the weather. The apartment is on the top floor, and there is a lift in the building. It is located on one of the very quiet streets. All of these are exactly what we like. The apartment is also equipped with all the necessities including washing-up liquid, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, basic cooking seasoning and a range of tea and fresh coffee. Although it is very easy to walk to one of the local cafes, we found it a bonus to be able to make fresh tea and coffee every morning. We also used the airport pick up service this time, which we found very good, and professional. The apartment owner is also very nice to help us. The only down side of this apartment is that there seems to be limited capacity of the hot water tank. If you have a shower for too long (say, for a girl with very long hair to wash her hair), the hot water runs out and the shower becomes cold. We had to wait for about 20-30 minutes between each shower, and try not to stay in the shower for too long. This is the only inconvenience because after a long day of walking around in Sevilla, getting back from the restaurant nearly mid-night, the last thing we wanted was to wait around for hot water. In addition, the spiral staircase leading to the top floor is not easy for larger people or small children (luckily we are slim!). The upstairs bedroom also has a very high and sharp door sill which can be dangerous. My husband tripped over it when coming out of the bedroom once and nearly fell down the stairs.

The apartment was clean and spacious and perfect for two ladies who wanted their own room but with a living relaxing space during the day. We loved the roof terrace and ate breakfast there every morning and spent an hour before bedtime with a glass of wine. Daniel was charming, helpful and friendly. The taxi driver dumped us in a near by street at 10.30 pm and Daniel came and found us. Calle Imperial was not on our map.

Tout était parfait. L'appartement était super joli (parfaitement conforme aux photos), bien situé, très calme, la terrasse grande et sous le soleil tout le temps, les propriétaires incroyablement serviables et souriants...honnêtement c'est un sans faute pour l'hébergement. J'ai hâte de revenir à Séville! Et je repasserai forcément par Veoapartment parce que là aussi des questions initiales, au processus de réservation puis au suivi de notre dossier, c'est un sans faute! Mes interlocutrices ont toujours été charmantes, rapides et efficaces. J'adresse un remerciement sincère à tout le monde donc :)

This apartment is modern, clean, provided all the essentials - even coffee - and is in a central location, easy to find with the owner's directions provided. We appreciated the elevator and having 2 sets of keys. The terrace was private, a great spot for morning yoga, afternoon drinks, and a leisurely dinner. We would definitely this apartment.

Muy buena. Está en una buenísima ubicación, en lugar tranquilo pero muy céntrico y cerca, o prácticamente integrado en la zona más interesante de Sevilla. El apartamento está muy limpio, correctamente reformado y amueblado, y resulta muy cómodo en todos los sentidos, incluso permite una cierta independencia entre los compañeros de viaje. No hay nada negativo, únicamente advertiría que existe una escalera de caracol que quizá no sea adecuada para personas de cierta edad o con alguna limitación. Otra cosa: hace falta una escoba y una fregona. Ha sido todo cómodo y la información sobre el apartamento se ajustaba a la realidad

Nice newly renovated apartment close to many interesting sightseeings and good places to eat. Good for two couples because of two bathrooms and separate quiet bedrooms. Demanding for old people / people with bad legs because of the narrow stairs to the bedroom upstairs.
