The interiors are modern and bright. Parquet flooring and contemporary design furniture create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The apartment is distributed over 2 levels and overlooks the central patio of the house.
On the main floor is the living area with a sofa, armchair, central table and TV. Adjacent is the dining area with a table and 6 chairs. The modern kitchen, with separate entrance, is well equipped with all main utensils and appliances, oven and dishwasher included.
There is a toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine, next to the kitchen.
Stairs lead up to the 2 bedrooms, bathroom and private terrace. Bedroom 1 has twin beds (90 x 190cm) and a dressing room. Bedroom 2 has twin beds (90 x 190cm) and a fitted wardrobe. Between both rooms is the bathroom with a bathtub and shower head. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed for 2 children, completing the apartment capacity for up to 6 (4 adults + 2 children).
Large sliding doors give direct access onto the private terrace, from one of the bedrooms. Terrace with table, chairs and parasol.
The apartment is on the first / second floors of a contemporary building, with elevator. Despite being in the centre of the city, it is quiet and peaceful - perfect for getting away from it all.

This was our second time staying here because this place is incredible. Extremely safe area and a short walk from the bus stations. Scooters for rent right outside and there is a grocery store. The inside of the Airbnb is homey and unforgettable!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Séville. L'appartement était magnifique et très propre. L'hôte a été très gentil et a pris le temps de nous expliquer toutes les commodités du logement. Il nous a aussi conseillés sur les endroits à visiter. L'appartement était très bien situé. Nous avons été en mesure de visiter la ville à pieds. Il y a un super marché juste en bas du logement. Je donne une note parfaite! Je n'hésiterais pas à louer l'appartement de nouveau si je reviens à Séville.

Appartement spacieux et bien aménagé, literie confortable. La terrasse est un plus, nous avons pu y prendre tous les petits déjeuners. Il est également bien placé, nous avons fait toutes les visites à pied. L’équipe est sympathique et réactive.

We've spend in apartment 2 weeks with family with the kid and it was great location - nearby kids playground and a couple of parks around. Good design in flat and all needed stuff are available. We were walking to every historical location easily.

We, a retired couple, stayed at this apartment for 17 nights. It is as depicted in the photos. It’s bright, even though all its windows face an interior space. Its two bedrooms were similar in size and layout, both with two single beds configured as kings. The bedrooms and full bath are up a flight of stairs, but are easily accessible for anyone who can climb a flight of stairs. The kitchen is modern, complete and well-equipped (including dishwasher) with everything required to make meals, including a supply of spices. The compact dining room (set for 6) and the living room are comfortable and more than spacious enough for two people and could easily accommodate four, and perhaps 6. The unit is set back from an active small square and is completely silent at night, even during Holy Week, when processions often passed the exterior front door. Clothes washer and downstairs powder room were handy. There is a large MAS grocery store in the next building and lots of eating options. It’s barely outside the core tourist area in a friendly neighbourhood, only about 20 minutes walk from the Cathedral, even for a mature couple such as ourselves. The terrace was a nice addition, although we didn’t use it much. Initial access and support for any issues was always in the same efficient and friendly manner we have always experienced with Veo staff.

Location, location, location. Spacious room. Private entrances to both room and building. Safe and secure. Walking distances to plenty of shops, restaurants and local attractions. Host is friendly and provides great communication.

A spacious, tranquil, clean apartment in a nice neighborhood just beyond the more touristy center. The kitchen is unusually large and was well-stocked with cookware, dishes, and even things like spices. Comfortable beds with newer sheets and plenty of pillow choices. It's an easy walk from the apartment to Plaza de la Alfalfa (10 minutes) and the Giralda/Santa Cruz area (20 minutes), but also to Feria street with its excellent restaurants and to Santa Justa train station. Veo Apartments was very responsive and helpful, too. The stairs do have have a circular turn that might pose issues for someone with mobility challenges.

Great location yet very peaceful and quiet. The outdoor Terrace was a nice little place to sit and have a drink. The apartment is a good size. There were 4 of us staying and we had plenty of space. Very modern with comfy beds. Would highly recommend.

This is a fantastic place to stay and I wouldn't hesitate to repeat. Close to the train station, easy check-in, fast communication. It's a brand new modern apt in a brand new modern building. It's not in the middle of the touristic, noisy center but just a short, nice 10 min walk from it, which accounts for a quieter area and is exactly what we were looking for. Also, the Setas are less than a 5 min stroll away. There is a grocery store three doors down and many coffee shops and pharmacies around. The apartment is very well appointed, kitchen included. We cooked breakfasts and found they had everything we needed and more. The terrace is a great area to relax after a hot day. And mattresses, towels and linens were in great shape. If you are a party of four, as we were, this is a much better option than staying at any 4 (maybe 5) star hotel.
