Spacious 1-bedroom apartment with a private terrace and a solarium. It is centrally located at calle Alfaqueque, near the Fine's Art Museum and 5 minutes walk from the main shopping streets: Sierpes, Tetuán and Cuna. The Cathedral is just about 15 minutes away. Suitable for up to 3 guests.
The interiors are modern and bright. Marble flooring, contemporary design furniture and original art works create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. There is air-conditioning with cooling / heating and wi-fi internet connection. The apartment is distributed over 2 levels.
The open-spaced living area has a sofa, two armchairs and a desk (without TV). Dining table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with all main utensils and appliances, including oven and dishwasher.
There is a toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine, next to the kitchen.
Spiral stairs lead up to the double bedroom (150 x 200cm), bathroom and private terrace. There is an adjacent space to the bedroom with a sofa-bed, which completes the apartment capacity for up to 3 guests. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
The bedroom gives direct access onto the private terrace. It is equipped with a table, chairs and an outdoor shower. There is a second terrace available that works out as a solarium and viewpoint, with amazing views over Seville's rooftops. The solarium has 2 deck chairs and a pergola to give shade.
The apartment is on the first / second floors of a residential building, without elevator. Despite being in the centre of the city, it is in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood - perfect for getting away from it all.

San Vicente est un quartier résidentiel, reputé pour ses nombreuses places et églises. Au nord-ouest du centre ville et à quelques minutes des monuments et des sites les plus importants de la ville, il constitue une base idéale pour découvrir la Séville la plus authéntique et les bars à tapas les plus célèbres de la ville.
L´eglise de Saint Vincent est un exemple d´architecture gothique-mudéjar du Siècle XV. Nous pouvons aussi voir la basilique du Gran Poder, qui abrite l'une des images du Christ les plus vénérées de la ville. La procession du Christ du Gran Poder est l'une des plus importantes de la Semana Santa.
Le quartier est délimité par une allée qui longe le fleuve Guadalquivir, un espace où ville et nature se rencontrent, idéal pour marcher, courir ou se balader à vélo. Plaza de Armas est une ancienne gare qui a été transformée en centre commercial, mais sa façade et la structure architecturale d'origine néomudejar de 1901 ont été conservés.

The place is in a great location. There are grocery stores, cafes, and tapa bars around. Go to the alfakeke cafe down the street for breakfast. It’s a very easy walk to attractions in the city. It rained while we were there so we didn’t use the outdoor space. Overall, it’s a great place. The only problem is if you have a car, parking and unloading your luggage is quite cumbersome. The street is very very narrow (which is very typical of most streets in Seville) so you will blocked someone if you parked there to unload luggage. Parking was also quite expensive (37 euros a day). Also, the apartment lacks shampoo, body wash, soap, and dish washer detergent so you might want to bring some.

Prachtig, heel gezellig ingericht appartementje. Centrale ligging, alle bezienswaardigheden op wandelafstand. Gelegen in rustig gedeelte van Sevilla.

Great location, easy 20 minute walk to major attractions. Close to other great local areas with fantastic restaurants. Accommodation comfortable and spacious. The spiral staircase would be difficult for people with mobility issues ( or children).

Absolutely beautiful apartment, situated in a gorgeous neighbourhood. Very central but quiet and peaceful. The rooftop terrace was amazing, we spent a lot of our evenings there. I couldn’t say enough nice things about the staff at Veoapartment whom we rented from, Ismael was an absolute gentleman and went above and beyond to help and provide recommendations. Thank you for your hospitality and making our stay really lovely!

As advertised, good value, good location if you don’t mind walking 15-30 min to the local “attractions”. Beautiful cosmopolitan city! Easy check in/out, accommodating management representatives. Circular stair has dangerous edges/corners - watch your head. Could be an easy fix. Interesting unique decor, fresh air on roof top terrace, functional kitchen, dishwasher. Thank you!

Excellent flat in a great location - a very enjoyable place to stay. Kitchen could have been better equipped: there was no drying-up cloth, bread knife or small saucepan, for example and there were some minor issues with cleanliness. That said, I have to give the place a 5 star rating overall. Communication with the Veoapartments team was excellent.

Zum Wohlfühlen! Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern, alles war vorhanden, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das wichtigste für mich, es war wirklich ruhig von außen, aber auch innerhalb des Hauses, da es sonst nur eine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss gibt. Das absolute Highlight waren die beiden Terrassen, die ich sogar im Jänner nutzen konnte. Ich konnte alle Besichtigungen zu Fuß erledigen. Für mich war alles okay!

Appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût, très bien placé afin de visiter Seville et toute sa magie,dans une rue piétonne au calme , la terrasse et le solarium sont un vrai plus. Nous y avons passé une semaine mémorable, reposante grâce au lieu, et à proximité de tout. Nous recommandons absolument !

The hosts have kept this place extremely well. It was spotless when I arrived and the location is unbeatable - very quiet and near a trees lined with oranges but a short walk to the setas of Seville and the heart of all the action. This is a good place for those who want easy access to everything

Fantastic apartment! Absolutely beautiful and had everything we wanted for a weeks stay. There were so many restaurants round about we didn’t really use the kitchen for cooking but I think it had everything you would need. The apartment is nice and central but also very quiet and we slept really well. I think the place looks even better than the photos. We were very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We spent a week in the apartment working by day and exploring Sevilla by night - it was perfectly located for tons of restaurants, shopping, museums, and river runs, and had plenty of space for working (and very good wifi!) It was a pleasure to stay there.
