Apartamento como descrito no anúncio. Localização excelente. Pequeno problema com limpeza do banheiro, no entanto o anfitrião resolveu prontamente. Recomendo a estadia.

Veoapartment was one of the few places (Airbnb or otherwise) I could find in Seville that was able to accommodate two couples with separate bedrooms and two bathrooms and included parking. With four people in residence, the space could feel a bit tight, but it offered lots of closet and drawer space. And the location could not be beat, just two blocks from an entrance into the Barrio Santa Cruz, but away from the crowds to be found there. We were lucky to find it! Not least important, our contacts at Veoapartment were flexible, responsive to our questions, and invariably friendly.

The central location is excellent for seeing the sights. There are plenty of restaurants around. The amenities of the apartment were new and clean

The place is “ok”, much smaller than what it looks like in pictures but not bad. Too small for the price though. Our experience was not ideal, the place was dirty, we found hair in the shower floor, hair in the pillows and bed, plus some stained sheets. The dishes were dirty, stained and greasy… Although the owner was responsive and resolved, we had to wait until next day for a decent cleanup of the place, with a very reluctant house keeper… which meant we had to sleep on those dirty sheets…. There was a pool on the terrace and we were told not to use it, just to find out the last day it was open and available, but the guy that showed us the place was mistaken… overall not a great experience… especially considering the high price we paid. Value for money not good. Positive remarks: they are responsive, respectful, the place has a parking included, and some restaurants nearby. Also within walking distance of city center and some buses.

1- La información de la piscina es CORRECTA. No tenemos permiso para usarla fuera de temporada. La temporada de piscina terminó el 30 de septiembre. Tu estancia en Octubre no incluye el uso de la piscina y mi deber es transmitir la información que nos dan desde la Comunidad de Vecinos. Si otros vecinos han usado la piscina fuera de la temporada, no justifica que tu puedas hacerlo.
2- Dices que el apartamento es más pequeño que las fotos. Las fotos son realistas y actuales. No están sobredimensionadas con grandes angulares. Es un apartamento de 72m2 con 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, salón y cocina. Es cierto que no es un apartamento grande, pero la información es clara de nuestra parte.
3- Siento si la limpieza no era óptima. Como sabes, la empresa de limpieza fue al día siguiente para hacer un repaso y corregir los fallos que nos comentaste. No es una situación ideal y solo puedo pedir disculpas por ello.

Apartment was very quiet and easily accessible. Approximately 8 minute walk to downtown with great restaurant( Italian) one block away. Washing machine with rooftop clothes line a plus. Roof top pool also nice during hot days. First floor with lift makes appartment totally accessible. Would totally recommend

Perfect location for a few days Sevilla. The city’s highlights are an easy walk from the apartment. The apartment is in an attractive community building and in a good neighborhood. It is spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Parking is a real bonus. Highly recommended! Would definitely book again.

Well maintained apartment and also very conveniently located in a quiet street. The apartment itself is well equipped and clean. It’s a good base to explore Seville. Almost everything is within walking distance! Restaurants in the street and around the corner. Supermarket approx. a 6 min walk. All in all a pleasant stay. If I have to comment something , then there could be a garbage bin in each room and a few more sets of towels if you stay longer than a week, on the other hand there is a washing machine.

Séville est notre coup de cœur de l’Espagne ???? absolument tout est magnifique. L’appartement est à 500m d’absolument tout !!!! On pouvait pas être mieux situé. C’était aussi très propre, stationnement parfait, arrivée en voiture facile….. vraiment parfait !

This apartment was perfect for two couples and pretty close to all the places we wanted to see. It was well equipped and quiet and the hosts were really friendly and helpful. Having a parking spot was a huge bonus!

muy buena ubicación, ya que se puede llegar a todas partes rápidamente y sin embargo barrio tranquilo. la cocina parecía tan buena como nueva. las habitaciones son relativamente pequeñas pero funcionales. para los estándares españoles una plaza de aparcamiento muy grande en el aparcamiento subterráneo. en general y a pesar de pequeños inconvenientes, este piso es recomendable.

We had a lovely time and warmly recommend this place.. The apartment was well catered, clean, within 10min walk of the Alhambra and yet very quiet. Swimming pool closed in April still. Late check-in option was so helpful: we were greeted warmly, helped to find the location of the parking and with our bags.

Awesome place. Just need to be cleaned better. Also need top sheets mattress covers tea towels dish cloths and more towels. When you’re there for three or more days you need more towels and toilet paper.

Apartment was ideally located for local restaurants,bars and shops. Around a 20 minute walk to the river. The underground parking was a bonus. Getting in and out of the parking space was challenging but not unachievable! Everything we needed was at the apartment and we would definitely stay again. Customer service was great!

Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Das meiste, was wir sehen wollten, war fußläufig erreichbar. Im Appartment war es trotz der relativ zentralen Lage absolut ruhig. Die Tatsache, einen Tiefgaragen-Stellpatz im Untergeschoß zu haben, war sehr angenehm. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und der persönliche Empfang verliefen absolut problemlos.

Best neighborhood to stay in Sevilla for tourism and work. Close enough to walks to to historic center (5-10’) and far enough to have a great rest. Parking spot is really wide and on site. Host has been really helpful and he made really easy check in and stay. Looking forward to come back.

Fantastic centrally located apartment. Walking distance to Plaza de España, Real Alcazar, the cathedral, old town etc. Comfortable, quite, clean, great water pressure. We were able to check in early as well.

Coup de cœur pour Séville ! Le logement était très bien situé nous pouvions absolument tout faire à pied ou en vélo! Le logement était impeccable et la piscine très agréable ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour !

This is a nice small mordern two bedroom in an excellent location, about 5-7 min walk to old city and just around the corner from one of the best pizzas in Sevilla, Italian restaurant Alimentari, which is always convenient. Good parking and a nice pool and area to dry clothes. There are basic cleaning and kitchen supplies, like salt, oil, sugar. There was no dishwasher liquid or powder supplied which was frustrating as in the summer heat one needs to wash a lot. Finally, the apartment does not have black out curtains which was a big sleep issue for us. The windows of bedroom face inside of the building that has motion triggered lights. Either the lights are malfunctioning or something triggers them through the nigh and then the light comes straight into bedroom disturbing sleep. This should be dealt with one way or the other.

We are a family of 4 (kids 11 and 14) and just visited Seville for 4 days. Apartment is exactly as described. It is centrally located and very close to Plaza De España and the cathedral yet it is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Manuel was very responsive and the check-in process was quick and efficient. Had a great stay in this apartment. I was over on Buisness, and this place was amazing. Everything was clean and tidy. Nice smart tv. approx 55 inch. Parking was great also, saved me looking for parking everyday. I hope to use it again. Many thanks for the use of this apartment. James.

Un appartement très bien situé à proximité du centre historique. Des restaurants proches sont de très bonne qualité. L'appartement est luxueux tout y est sauf une passoire pour les pâtes :) Les lits de très bonnes qualités, et le reste est dans le style de l'appartement, du haut standing. Le garage en sous-sol est comme dirait Joao, un :"TRESOR", mais ne pas venir avec gros Range Rover ou une Testarossa...L'ascenseur un plus pour les non sportifs et pour accéder au garage securisé.

We stayed three weeks in this small apartment. It was spotless when we arrived and is possibly the quietest Airbnb we've ever stayed in. Despite being an apartment complex, we rarely heard or saw any tenants. The location is great and the beds are comfortable. The windows are narrow and look into other apartments in the building so if you want natural light you give up privacy. The hosts are attentive and available if needed. The kitchen could be better equiped for a long term stay but adequate for a weekend in Sevilla. And, of course, the parking place is a huge plus and our reason for renting this apartment. A word of advice: it's much easier if you pull into that spot rather than back in. Take my word for it

Appartement dans un immeuble sécurisé et au calme. Vous serez a 10-15 à pied des lieux d’intérêts principaux, c’est vraiment super ! La place de parking privée est un réel plus également si vous avez un véhicule. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille.

Everything is new, it is in a quiet location and the place is very well equipped.
15mins walk maximum to any attraction in Seville, underground parking & plenty of bars and restaurants very close by.
Mariano & Damian made the check in very easy & couldn’t recommend this apartment more for anyone looking to stay in central Seville!
