Bright one bedroom apartment for up to 4 with private terrace. It is centrally located next to Plaza de la Encarnación and just a short walk from the main sights and monuments.
The living room is furnished with a double sofa-bed, flat-screen TV, extendable table and chairs. A large glass door opens out onto the terrace - providing plenty of light and air. Terrace with outdoor furniture and views over Seville's rooftops.
The bedroom has two single beds placed together, a wardrobe to store your belongings and a window facing the terrace. There is air-conditioning (hot/cold) in both the bedroom and living room.
The bathroom, just by the apartment entrance door, is complete with washbasin, w.c. and shower. Next is the kitchenette, which is well equipped with appliances and utensils for self-catering.
"Laraña Terrace 4" is strategically located in Seville's city centre, just by Plaza de la Encarnación - the location of the new Metropol Parasol. This is a large canopy-like structure with a panoramic viewing platform at the very top with spectacular city views.
El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.
The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.
Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

Centrally located with options for lots of great tapas and dining out. The view was absolutely amazing we could see both the sunrise and sunset every night. I would say the only suggestion I would have is for the money, I would expect a nicer bed and some towels are not so old, and a cleaner terrace as that was a focal point. there were cigarette butts from a previous renter. we were in Spain for 3 weeks and this was the most we spent on an apartment during our travels. the attention to detail was a bit lacking.

Exactly what we expected from the web-site details. A perfect base for two. There was a little road noise but 6 floors up it was minimal and if the air con is on at night hardly audible. Nice 10 minute walk through pedestianised roads to main attractions. Wi-fi not working when we arrived but soon resolved.

The apartment was fabulous. Cool white painted walls, tiled floor, plenty of storage, air conditioning and modern bathroom. It also had plenty of storage with hangers, iron and hairdryer. As well as bed linen and towels, extra items were provided such as tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, loo roll and soap so that we hardly had to buy any essentials. The best thing was the rooftop terrace which had wonderful views over the city. The apartment is also centrally placed so that we could walk anywhere.

Larana Terrace worked great for us. The apartment was well managed. Daniel met us at the door and explained the apartment. It was well stocked and clean. The terrace was great and had lovely views. We loved the neighborhood. It was close to a lot of great restaurants (La Azotea, Eslava, and La Pepona were all really good. La Brunilda was our favorite and not too far from the apartment.) The apartment was also close to a city rental bike hub. The city rental bikes were easy to use, although it was an easy walk to most of the main sites. A few people had commented on the small bathroom at the apartment, we did not think it was an issue.

The apartment is as advertised and very clean. The main thing is the view from the terrace, I doubt you'd find a better one that you could rent. The owners spoke good English and were very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this to anyone.
