Top-floor two bedroom apartment for up to 6 with private terrace. It is centrally located next to Plaza de la Encarnación and just a short walk from the main sights and monuments.
The living area is furnished with a "L" shaped sofa (which can be used as a double bed), an extendable dining table and chairs. Adjacent is the modern kitchen, well equipped for self-catering. Glass sliding doors open out onto the terrace - providing plenty of light and air. Terrace with outdoor furniture, canopy and views over Seville's rooftops.
A passageway leads to the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe to store your belongings and a small window. The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and a window facing the terrace. The bathroom is just by the 2 bedrooms and has a washbasin, WC, bidet and bathtub.
Other features: wi-fi internet access, air-conditioning (hot/cold) in all rooms and flat-screen TV.
"Laraña Terrace 3" is strategically located in Seville's city centre, just by Plaza de la Encarnación - the location of the new Metropol Parasol. This is a large canopy-like structure with a panoramic viewing platform at the very top with spectacular city views.

El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.
The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.
Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

Liked the apartment a lot, nice kitchen and comfortable beds. Great location between Plaza Hercules and the Cathedral and close to lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Didn't like the high step up and out to the balcony on both bedrooms. In the bathroom the shower head and holder need replacing. Overall it suited the 3 of us but an extra person would have made it seem crowded especially with only 1 bathroom.

Great 2 bedroom apartment with air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room- a must have in Seville in June heat !! The apartment is very comfortable and the views from the terrace were really lovely.Carlos met us at the apartment to check us in and he was very friendly and helpful - his office is on the first floor in the building so he was easily contactable. Due to the configuration of apartment 4 next door to ours , we found that there was a lot of noise from their bathroom and washing machine as they were on the other side of the walls in both our bedrooms !! Not much fun at 6.30am for 3 mornings in a row !! We think that the apartment owners would need to make tenants in apt 4 aware of this as it is very irritating.Overall we would recommend this apartment as it is very central - about 10 minutes walk from all the major sites.

Das Apartment war sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Aussicht über die Dächer von Sevilla mit der Kathedrale ist toll. Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht die Besichtigung der Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss. Feierlichkeiten auf dem benachbarten Platz an den Wochenendnächten waren hörbar, aber nicht sehr störend.

Appartement fonctionnel, chambre Parent un peu petite sans aération de l'extérieur. La position dans Seville permet de rayonner tres facilement. La terrasse est très agréable avec une vue superbe. Il y a peu d'insonorisation de l'appartement vs les appartements voisins ou le couloir, et nous participons aux rentrées tard, ou aux douches matinales des voisins.

Pleasant apartment with all you need for a break in Seville. The open plan arrangement allows a feeling of space, the balcony with awning enhances that feeling. Daniel was very helpful and friendly on arrival showing us the sites of Seville that can be seen from the apartment. Seville is easy to get around on foot - with many good bars and restaurants available within 5 minutes.

Considering we were there for Samana Santa, the location was perfect. Right in the heart of the city, with one of the first processions starting just outside our front door. The apartment was clean, bright and comfortable. The balcony was great for viewing the crowds from above when we had the chance. This was the first time we used apartments and not hotels and it was a great experience.
