Apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and balcony. Suitable for 4-5 guests. It is centrally located on pedestrian calle Sierpes, just a 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral.
The apartment is of high quality and finish. Spacious rooms are fitted with central air-conditioning (cold/warm), marble flooring and double glazed windows.
The bright living room is furnished with a sofa-bed, coffee table, dining table and chairs. TV, DVD player, Hi-fi and free wifi internet connection.
A small balcony faces calle Sierpes - the famous and traditional pedestrian shopping street in the heart of the historic centre. Busy with shoppers at day time, but rather quiet at night. The balcony has partial views of the Cathedral.
Adjacent to the living area is the modern kitchen, which is equipped with utensils and the main appliances for self-catering, including an oven, washing-machine and dishwasher.
A corridor leads to the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which are located in the back of the apartment. Bedroom 1 with two joined bed bases, which are covered with a king size matress topper 180 x 200 cm. Bedroom 2 with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes. Important: The bedroom windows are oriented to a quiet courtyard, not to calle Sierpes.
The bathroom no. 1 is equipped with washbasin, toilet and bath tub. Bathroom no. 2 with washbasin, toilet and shower.
The apartment is on the third floor of a residential building, with 2 elevators.
Note: One floor above, there is a roof-top terrace, which is mainly used for drying the wash. Guests may use the roof-top to enjoy the views of the Cathedral.

El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.
The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.
Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

Great location near many main sights. Just be aware that a taxi can not drop you off in front of the apartment, due to it being located on a pedestrian street. Taxis will drop you off about 700 ft from the apartment, at which point you will have to walk and carry your luggage

io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati veramente bene. la casa corrisponde alle foto ed ha una posizione strategica, trovandosi in pieno centro, a due passi dalla cattedrale. l’host ci ha dato anche diverse indicazioni sulla città, sui posti in cui mangiare e sulle varie attività che la città offre. consigliato!

Our family spent two weeks at this location. Apartment was spacious, clean and very well located. The kitchen was useful, clean and well equipped with quality items which was great for cooking. We very much enjoyed our stay at Manuel's apartment in Sevilla! The location was absolutely perfect for us, right in the heart of city and shopping district. Lots of attractions within walking distance. The apartment itself was very clean and well-appointed. Great view onto the street below (Sierpes). We happened to be there on Sunday when a marching band processed through the street, which was quite a sight (and sound) to behold! The owner was very responsive and communicative. Upon our arrival in Sevilla, he traveled to meet us at the entry gate to the building to escort us to the home and provide a tour/orientation. Overall excellent place that I highly recommend.

Excellent apartment in the middle of the action in Santa Cruz. Lively from the living room and then completely silent at night due to the bedrooms being situated in the back of the apartment. The location cannot be beat - walkable to everything you want to see in Seville. For an extended stay, the place had everything we needed - outfitted kitchen, washing machine, drying area, loads of plugs for electronics, great water pressure, super comfortable bed(s) and fantastic lighting. If there is one thing that could be improved, I would say the bedding could use a refresh. We plan to return next year!

Fantastic apartment in a brilliant location in the middle of the old town. Manuel met us at the apartment and explained everything. Very clean and well equipped, would definitely return here in our next visit to Seville.

The location of this apartment cant be beat. It’s a safe, bustling neighborhood and you can easily walk to all of the attractions in the city. Perfectly located at the heart of Sevilla, the apartment is beautiful with a lot of light, living room plus kitchen super spacious, making you feel at home. The 2 rooms are contiguos and not as big as the other living spaces, with closets and two individual comfortable beds that are put together. The 2 bathrooms are not integrated with the rooms but in front of each one; they are small but sufficient. The water can get too hot and the pipeline from one of them might burn you if you are not careful. It does not have self check in, a person will open doors and let you to the apartment Ours was very friendly and provided lots of recommendations. Good washing machine and no dryer, like usually in Europe. Weather in Sevilla allows to hang clothes in the terrace to get dry in 2 hours. Not a lot of toiletries. The Carrefour express nearby that can solve for any need in that space. Only thing we did not like: we informed check out for 11 am but at 9 am the cleaning crew was knocking in.

Great location for seeing Seville! There is a doorman/security on site for most of the day, so access feels secure. Lots of room to spread out, and we enjoyed our evening serenades/music by the local buskers.

The place is centrally located and walking distance to top sights and activities. If we have known earlier, we could've stay another day and view the Palm Sunday/Holy Week parade on the balcony. One of the biggest festivals in Seville. Maybe next time :-)

The apartment was in the heart of the city, only 5 minutes to the cathedral and other attractions. It was close to restaurants, to the river and the bridge to Triana and just about anywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was modern and well appointed. The two bathrooms were small, but remodeled and very functional. We had two comfortable bedrooms that were quiet, as they were on an interior courtyard away from the street. The livingroom was on a pedestrian shopping street that was very festive in the evening, but quieted down by 10pm. We were serenaded every evening by singers, musicians and others. Being on the 4th floor, it was very private. I would certainly recommend this apartment for however long one wanted to stay.

Super appart avec un salon très grand et une cuisine très bien agencé. Plein de caceroles et poêles qui permettent faire dde toute sorte de recettes . Nous avoneu un petit problème dans la machine à laver (un dimanche) qui a été résolue très rapidement par Señor Manolo. les cambres à coucher sont généreuse en espace et avec des placards énormes. La terrasse visitable nous à permis de pouvoir admirer la Giralda ainsi que l'éclipse de lun du 27. Merci à toute l'équipe pour l'accueil et leur gentillesse

We loved being able to step out the door and walk anywhere worth going in Seville! All the modern conveniences were there - washer, dishwasher, central a/c, 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with tub), Smart TV (Netflix!). Shutters kept rooms dark for sleeping in. Elevator made coming and going easy. All was comfortable and clean. Check-in and check out were easy. Two thumbs up!

Muy amplio y céntrico, a un paso de todos los puntos interesantes de esta maravillosa ciudad. Se ajusta a lo que muestran las fotos. Confortable y bien equipado. La atención por el personal a la llegada y durante la estancia excelentes. El único inconveniente que le encontramos, es que el salón que es la mejor habitación del apartamento para disfrutar, da a la calle principal y es muy ruidoso (los dormitorios por el contrario son silenciosos), lo que sería fácilmente solucionable con un ventanal antirruido. Veoapartment: Las ventanas del salón van a ser cambiadas por otras antiruido para mejorar la insonorización. Muchas gracias por su valoración.
