Duplex apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and private terrace. It is located in the historic centre of Seville, close to Alameda de Hércules, and just a short walk from the main sights and monuments. Suitable for up to 7 guests.
Level 1: Living area with a sofa-bed, central table and TV. A window faces the patio of the building. There is an extendable dining table and chairs. Just off the dining area is the well equipped kitchen - with washing machine and dishwasher.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed (1.50 x 2.00m) and a wardrobe to store your belongings. Bedroom 2 is a small room with a single bed (0.90 x 2.00m) and a wardrobe. The first bathroom features a bathtub, and is next to bedrooms 1 and 2.
Level 2: Bedroom 3 with twin beds (0.90 x 2.00m), wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. With bathtub, shower plate, w.c. and washbasin. Bedroom 3 gives access onto the private terrace, with garden furniture and an outdoor shower.
Other amenities: free WIFI internet access and air-conditioning (hot/cold).
The apartment is on the 1st and second floors of a residential building, with an elevator.

Macarena is a district full of local activity and colour, located in the northern part of the historic centre of Seville. Partially enclosed by a section of Seville's ancient city wall, Macarena overflows with character stemming from its working-class history.
There is the wonderful fresh food market on Feria Street, as well as several bakeries, grocery stores, tapas bars and restaurants all nearby. The vibrant Alameda de Hercules is a recently renovated tree-lined square, popular with families during the day and with those who enjoy night-life after dark. The Alameda has many cafes, modern terrace bars and clubs which stay open late into the night.
Heading north you'll find the Macarena gate, within a long stretch of the original city defensive walls, and the Basilica of the Macarena, home of one of Seville's most venerated religious images of the Virgin Mary.
