Apartment with 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and 2 private terraces. It is located in the historic centre of Seville, close to Alameda de Hércules, and just a short walk from the main sights and monuments. Suitable for up to three guests.
This holiday apartment is arranged over different levels. With 40m² indoors + 17m² of outdoor space.
The lower floor features a living area with a sofa-bed, central table and a window facing the central patio of the building. Dining table and 4 chairs. Just off the living area is the well equipped kitchen - with washing machine.
The first bathroom is also on the lower floor. With a walk-in shower, w.c. and washbasin.
From the living room, spiral stairs lead to the upper floor.
Here we find the bedroom with twin beds (90x200 cm) placed together, and a wardrobe to store your belongings. The bedroom gives access onto the first terrace.
Next to the bedroom, there is the second bathroom available. With a bathtub, WC, bidet and washbasin.
A level above is the second private terrace, which has wonderful views of the historic center, churches and belltowers.
Other amenities include TV, free WIFI internet access and air-conditioning (hot/cold).
The apartment is on the 1st floor of a residential building, with elevator.

Macarena is a district full of local activity and colour, located in the northern part of the historic centre of Seville. Partially enclosed by a section of Seville's ancient city wall, Macarena overflows with character stemming from its working-class history.
There is the wonderful fresh food market on Feria Street, as well as several bakeries, grocery stores, tapas bars and restaurants all nearby. The vibrant Alameda de Hercules is a recently renovated tree-lined square, popular with families during the day and with those who enjoy night-life after dark. The Alameda has many cafes, modern terrace bars and clubs which stay open late into the night.
Heading north you'll find the Macarena gate, within a long stretch of the original city defensive walls, and the Basilica of the Macarena, home of one of Seville's most venerated religious images of the Virgin Mary.

Die Ausstattung des Appartments ist gut. Die steile Treppe sollte man vorher bedenken-könnte für ältere Menschen etwas schwierig sein. Von der oberenTerrasse hat man einen guten Ausblick über die Dächer des Viertel,was wir sehr schön fanden. Besonders der Boulevard Hercules unweit der Wohnung gefiel uns sehr.
