Two-bedroom apartment for up to four guests. It is centrally located on calle San Vicente, just a short walk from the main monuments and sights. The Cathedral is a 15-20min walk away.
The living-room is furnished with a sofa, dining table and four chairs. It has access to a small patio. The kitchen, partially separated from the living area, is well equipped with all main utensils and appliances. It includes washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, small oven, coffee maker and toaster.
Bedroom 1 with double bed has access to a second private patio. Bedroom 2 with two twin beds. Full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Other features include: smart TV, high speed fibre optic internet connection and air-conditioning with cooling and heating.
The apartment is few steps above the ground floor and belongs to a residential building. It is located on San Lorenzo quarter, one of the most authentic and popular areas of the historic centre. There are shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, squares, churches - all within minutes of walking distance.

We recommend the Saba Plaza Concordia public car park, located 600m from the apartment.

San Vicente is a residential neighbourhood notable for its many squares and churches, located in the northwest of the historic centre. Minutes from the major sights and attractions, it makes an ideal base to explore an authentic part of the city and enjoy some of Seville's most renowned local tapas bars.
Historic churches worth visiting are San Vicente - a fine example of gothic-mudejár architecture built during the 15th century – and the Basilica del Gran Poder, home to one of the most revered and famous images of Christ in the city. The procession of the "Cristo del Gran Poder" is a quintessential part of Holy Week in Seville.
San Vicente is bordered on the west by the Guadalquivir River and the riverside is popular for walking, cycling and running. "Plaza de Armas" (also named Estación de Córdoba), formerly Seville's main railway station, is now a modern-day shopping centre yet still retains its 1901 neo-mudejar exterior and the steel architecture of its industrial past.

Ante todo quiero decir que, el alojamiento está muy bien, limpio y ordenado, es como en las fotos. Repetiría por la calidad/precio y situación del apartamento. Yo soy muy tiquismiquis con los espacios en los que me encuentro (los tejidos, a que huelen...) Entonces voy a enfocarme en cosas que a algunas personas les puede venir bien saber: - Excepto una ventana, todo es interior (patios). - Es como ir a la casa de tu abuela en el pueblo, y huele a típico piso antiguo. El olor del portal es normal de esas construcciones y zona, no tiene que ver con el piso, pero es fuerte. - El sofá tiene una funda, es antiguo, tejido original. -Está todo limpio y las sábanas son suaves. -Algunas almohadas son de estas que el relleno se abultona, notas las pelotas del relleno. -Los colchones son MUY comodos. -La cocina estupenda y equipadísima. -Zona tranquila.

appartamento perfetto sotto ogni punto di vista. Damian come tutto lo staff, davvero disponibile, gentile e cordiale. Ci è stato concesso il late check-out che ci è servito per un'ultima passeggiata/saluto e mangiata iberica. Suggerisco fortemente questa soluzione per chi vuole conoscere Siviglia stando un pochino distante dal centro storico che risulta essere comunque comodo a soli 15/20 minuti di camminata.

Der Gastgeber war super freundlich und auch ein flexibler Check-in war ohne Probleme möglich. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht und ist zentral gelegen.

Muy bien ubicado. Limpio y ordenado. Un poco ruidoso, sobre todo la habitación que da a la calle, pero al final es un bajo (y está puesto que lo es) así que era de esperar algo de ruido. Cerca del bar Ricardo con las mejores croquetas de Sevilla
