Views from the apartment include some of Seville's most famous landmarks: Triana Bridge, La Maestranza bull-ring, Torre del Oro and the famous Cathedral tower - La Giralda.
The elegant interiors are decorated in a classic style combined with modern elements: white marble flooring, blue painted walls and wallpapered rooms. The high ceilings provide a great sense of light and space.
The living room is brightly lit by two large windows with wonderful river views. Furnishings include 2 sofas, flat-screen TV and dining table with chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, dishwasher and washing machine included.
Master bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe. Double-glazed windows keep the exterior noises out while enjoying the views. The second bedroom faces the inner patio of the house. It is furnished with 2 single beds and a folding bunk bed with 2 extra single beds. En-suite bathroom with bathtub.
There is a second bathroom available also complete with bathtub.
Betis Triana is on the second floor of a recently refurbished building, with an elevator. The apartment offers high quality interiors and wonderful views: the Guadalquivir River seeming like an extension of the living room.

Der Stadtteil Triana liegt auf der linken Flusseite und gehört nicht direkt zur Altstadt Sevillas, da er sich ausserhalb der Stadtmauern befindet. Allerdings wird das heute nicht so genau genommen. Denn alle emblematischen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt, wie Torre del Oro und Stierkampfarena liegen sehr nahe.
Die einstmals einzige Verbindung zwischen Triana und Sevilla war die Puente Isabel II, auch Trianabrücke genannt. Diese Brücke wurde in ihrer heutigen Form im Jahr 1845 von französischen Ingenieuren unter Einfluss von Gustav Eiffel erstellt.
Im einstigen Viertel der Fischer und Hafenarbeiter, kann man echte andalusische Kultur hautnah erleben. Die berühmten Werkstätten und Töpfereien Sevillas haben hier ihren Sitz, und Triana ist eine der Wiegen des Flamenco.
Entlang dem wundervollen Flussufer verläuft die Betis Straße, von der aus man bei Tag und bei Nacht einen fabelhaften Blick auf die Altstadt hat und die für ihr Nachtleben berühmt ist: Hier sind einige der besten Restaurants, Bars und Diskotheken zu finden.
Direkt an der Triana Brücke befinden sich die 150 Jahre alten Markthallen von Triana - erbaut auf den Ruinen des Sankt Georg Burg, einsitiger Sitz der heiligen Inquisition.

The location and the view are perfect. The apartment is comfortable and spacious for two people, with fittings in a distinctive old style. A few of the little things you would usually expect in somewhere more expensive were missing. There were no tea towels or cloths for cleaning, no shampoo or shower gel and no tea or coffee. But the apartment is worth it anyway for the view.

Two couples traveling. We loved staying here. Right across the from the river gives the place amazing views. Can watch the boats go by. 10 minute walk to Seville- right across the bridge. 3 minute walk to Triana Market. One room had twin beds- not ideal for two couples but everything else outweighed this.

Es verdad que entramos en el apartamento antes de la hora pero el día de salida enviaron a la señora de la limpieza a las 11 para echarnos y eso la verdad nos molestó bastante, y por ser prudentes la dejamos entrar pero la situación fue un poco desagradable. Entendemos que tienen sus plazos y que es necesario que esté listo para el siguiente huésped, pero tanto la hora de entrada como la de salida se acordó con la propiedad, así que no veo la necesidad de una situación tan violenta.

The property is ideally located with great river views and easy walking distance to the historic area. The apartment is secure, well appointed and clean. Plus, there are many restaurants, grocery and shopping very close by. Our host was very accommodating by letting us store our luggage until the property was cleaning. There are restaurants below that stay open late so it was a bit noisy late into the evenings. We would absolutely recommend and would use this property again.

This is a lovely, clean, quaint apartment. The living room area is airy, spacious with high ceilings and two juliet balconies overlooking the river. It was so peaceful to watch the numerous canoes, paddle boarders and boats passing by. Air-con is really easy to use. The beds are very comfortable. The front bedroom also has a juliet balcony with an automatic blackout blind. Shower pressure is surprisingly good, and so is the hairdryer (two in the apartment, only one used). Kitchen is small but well stocked with plates, dishes, cutlery, glasses and cups etc. The owners were quick to respond to messages and very accommodating with a change in our number. They also accommodated an earlier check-in and met us at the apartment to let us in and give local recommendations. One corner of the building is a paddle board hire shop, and next door is a nice bar. The street is very lively with many restaurants with outside tables so expect noise until the small hours. Triana itself is perfect :).

I’ll be honest. I’ve been to this apartment before when a friend was renting it. I was determined to return. It’s slightly dated but the views, oh my, the views. It overlooks the beautiful river & the Seville skyline. I much prefer this side of the city, Triana. Much more local, low key, real. My room, the double, is at the front and the view when you wake up is spectacular. There is also a twin room with drop down bunk beds. A fabulously spacious living room again with wonderful views. We loved it. My only complaint. The apartment is not cheap. When we arrived there is nothing there. So you need to buy coffee pods for the coffee machine. No milk, juice, water. It would cost so little to have a welcome pack to just get you started before you get a shop done. Like almost every other place I rent - they are happy to leave cleaning products to encourage me to clean up before I leave but nothing in the fridge or press when we arrive. I find that such a disappointment.

The appartment is well located and it has a great view. It's a very active area so you can expect some noise during the nights but it didn't prevented us from resting.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It was perfect and beautiful! We had everything we needed, and felt so at home. We are very grateful to Veo Apartments for this truly wonderful experience! The location is fabulous, right on the Guadalquiver with views across the river of the Giralda of the Cathedral of Seville, La Torre del Oro, and much, much more! We loved the Triana district! So many exciting things and places right at our fingertips!! Also, when I emailed Veo beforehand, Joao and Manuel were very prompt to respond and answer our questions! We are grateful for that as well. Manuel met us at the apartment at the appointed time, and spent time with us showing us everything we needed to know about the apartment for our stay! Charming flat in a great location. The large windows in the living room and bedroom have an amazing view of the river and Seville. Calle Betis is busy, but not too busy, we enjoyed watching the activity on the street and the river. Master bedroom is nice, again, love the view. Plenty of storage. 2nd bedroom is appropriate for children, my 18 yo daughter preferred the couch. Kitchen is nice and well supplied. We were without elevator and wifi for most of our stay. Nobody at fault, but inconvenient, those amenities would have been nice. There is a bad smell in the courtyard of the building. We did not notice the odor in the unit, but when you first walk into the building, the odor is very noticeable. We enjoyed our stay, we would stay there again. Hosts were responsive and kind.

Beautiful older Spanish style flat in Triana which is incredibly charming neighborhood! Views of the river and Sevilla are amazing! AC was great during the very hot month we were there! Walked everywhere!!Would stay again! Management team, specifically Manuel, was responsive and kind. Personal greeting was lovely! Gracias! Flat could use a deep clean and some fresh linens that coordinate with the old world aesthetic that the flat has. It is clear it was once very loved but has had a bit of wear and tear. Still highly recommend this flat for all the romantics out there that want to gaze out at the river and bridges and Sevilla and play house in a magical location!! P.S. Take earplugs as the master bedroom faces Calle Betis which is alive all night long with the sounds of laughter and song!

Right in the middle of the Triana area and east walk to the centre Flat is traditional with stunning views of the river and right in the heart of Seville Excellent aircon and very comfortable sleep for 5 Loved it and would highly recommend They kindly delayed cleaning until tmr so that we could leave our bags in the flat as our flight home was 22:00 That helped a lot Jim and Charlotte

We love Sevilla and have stayed in several apartments, but the Bétis building is our favorite location. The neighbourhood is interesting, there's an excellent market two minutes away, and the river view from the apartment is unbeatable. It's also close to the only truly good bakery we have ever found in Sevilla (at 5 Pureza).

Amazing view! If you love to sit in a romantic window and gaze at the river and people watch, this is your place. Gorgeous at night time. A little noisy at night, but besides that a wonderful place to stay. If you like Flamenco, there is even a neighborhood Tablao right below and next to the apartment. The market of Triana is also a fabulous place to get some super fresh ingredients. Loved this apartment.

The parking garage and the fresh market close by is a plus. All the major sight seeing areas are within walking distance. The night life on Friday and Saturday nights down on the street can be rather noisy though and it goes on until 4:00am.

We have stayed as 4 adults in the first week of April and Sevilla was unusually cool and there was heavy rain for some days. But we enjoyed a lot staying in this apartment because we have really the best view of Sevilla and all the marvelous smell of azahares (orange flower) were in our apartment. There are also radiators in all the rooms. We have been visiting Sevilla almost each year since 2005 and this year the city was extraordinary crowded so we were pleased to stay hear; Triana is a great place for having excellent mariscos and other delicious tapas. We love to stay again in the same apartment.

We had a great stay in the Betis 3 appartment. The communication before and during our stay was impeccable. We received a very warm welcome and a perfect explanation by Lola. The appartment is exactly like the pictures show. Very cosy, clean and big. All ustencils for cooking were present. Lola provided us with extra coffee cups since that was the only thing missing. Our entire family really enjoyed our stay in Seville. The location couldn't have been better! (be prepared for some noise at night, but it adds to the charm of the place) Ps: Lola, as I said: you're the best! :)

Éramos un grupo de 7 amigas y a todas nos encantó, las camas muy cómodas, el salón muy amplio y todo bastante limpio y bien cuidado, la ubicación y las vistas perfectas. Además el trato con Lola fue muy bueno y el precio bastante asequible. Sin duda repetiríamos en otra ocasión!

The appartment is situated perfect, close to everything. Fine equipped. Although 2 wineglasses for 3 people is not very much, as there is a dishwasher. The dishwasher was provided with pills to wash, but not any salt or softener - as it needed. Small things, but nevertheless it would be nice, if it was there.

El apartamento es precioso, de diseño. Estaba todo muy limpio y con muebles de muy buena calidad. Las camas muy cómodas incluso el sofá-cama. Vistas preciosas. Muy bien equipado de todo, no echamos en falta nada. Totalmente recomendable 100%. Estuvimos un grupo de 14 personas y alquilamos 2 apartamentos.

Apartamento muy bien equipado, incluso para estancias largas (nosotros estuvimos un mes), muy muy amplio y con unas vistas inmejorables. La plaza de garaje adicional es un lujo en esa zona y queda muy cerca del apartamento. Es verdad que los fines de semana por la noche se oye un poco el ruido de la calle pero puede soportarse y en la habitación del fondo no se oye nada. El servicio fue tambien muy bueno. La lavadora parecía estar estropeada y vinieron en seguida a explicarnos cómo funcionaba. En resumen: el apartamento es totalmente recomendable.
