Open-space loft apartment combining modern style and comfort with elegant decor and design features. It is located in the historic centre, about a 20 minute walk from Seville's main sights, in the Macarena neighbourhood.
The apartment is separated into different zones with the kitchen immediately to the left of the entrance. With a kitchen island unit and bar stools. Appliances include an oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
The central part of the apartment is the living area. With a sofa, central table, armchair and flat-screen TV.
Beyond, reached by three steps, is the sleeping area with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The bedroom is partially separated from the rest of the apartment by an ingenious design wardrobe to store your belongings. There is second and larger wardrobe available.
Other features: aire conditioning (hot/cold), free WI-FI internet connection, radio and telephone (see conditions). There is an additional toilet available.
The apartment is characterised by contemporary and wooden furnishings and artwork - creating a stylish and comfortable space.

Das Macarena-Viertel ist ein authentischer Stadtteil voller Lebendigkeit, der im Norden der historischen Altstadt von Sevilla liegt. Ein Teil des Stadtviertels liegt innerhalb der alten Stadtmauer und gehrt damit zu den traditionellen Wohnanlagen der Stadt. Hier ist der Anteil der alteingesessenen Sevillanos im Verhältnis zu den Touristen sehr hoch.
In der Feria Straße können Sie in den Markthallen aus einem reichen Angebot an frischen regionalen Waren wählen, außerdem finden Sie hier auch viele Bäckereien, kleine Lebensmittelläden, Tapas Bars und Restaurants. In westlicher Richtung gelangen Sie zur Alameda de Hércules, einem vor kurzem neu gestalteten Platz, umgeben von Tapas Bars, Restaurants, Cafes und mit einem abwechslungsreichen Nachtleben.
In nördlicher Richtung liegt das Macarena-Tor, mit den einzigen noch gut erhaltenen Resten der mittelalterlichen Befestigungsmauer Sevillas. Hier finden Sie auch die Macarena-Basilika, in der die berühmteste Bruderschaft der Semana Santa Sevillas ihren Sitz hat.

Amazing spot, very quiet, spotlessly clean, having 2 bathrooms is a big bonus. Could maybe use a bigger bed, but the couch is huge. Fantastic cable package, dishwasher, washing machine...you really can't ask for more at this price.

Spacious modern apartment. A great place to relax. Lots of wardrobe/storage space & plenty of clothes hangers! The kitchen contained everything we needed to cater for ourselves. The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood in a non-touristy area. Many local tapas bars & cafes within a few minutes walk. Supermarket, butchers, pharmacy all a few minutes walk away. Walking from the apartment to the centre was an easy & interesting 20 minute stroll. My wife & I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Appartement très sympa par son décor sa situation ,l'emplacement calme il est de plus très bien équipé. A proximité de pleins d'endroits de visite ou de vie a la Macarena. Vous pourrez bien vous reposer de la vie trépidante de ce quartier la nuit aux alentours de la Alameda de Hercules. Bravo pour le gout que vous avez mis dans la décoration et dans la conception de ce joli appartement. Je reviendrais avec plaisir le louer si l'occasion m'est donné de revenir sur Séville car j'ai aussi adoré la Macarena.

Apart from delivering all the basic conditions specified in the ad., I appreciate the thoughtfulness and nice detail attention Antonio was able to offer ( such as proper wine glasses, Q tips, hand lotion etc.) , which shows that he genuine cares how he may upgrade to pamper his guests .

das Apartment BORDADOR habe ich nun schon zum zweiten Mal gebucht, da es zentral gelegen ist, aber trotzdem ruhig und abseits der "Touristenfallen". Das Apartment bietet alles, was man braucht und sich wünscht - Design, Platz, großzügiges Badezimmer mit großem Fenster, super bequemes Bett und Klimaanlage, Küche mit großem Kühlschrank und allen Geräten - sogar zwei Toiletten. Komfort und Sauberkeit werden hier groß geschrieben. Alles ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. So macht Sevilla Spaß! Antonio ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter, freundlicher Vermieter.

Great apartment Great location Exactly as described. Really enjoyed our stay - it was always nice knowing we had this apartment to return to after a hard day of walking around Seville. It's not that far to walk into the city centre - relatively one straight road. I prefer to that staying in the centre, there are less tourists, and you get to meet people from Seville, and get exposed to the culture there. Regarding the apartment - it had everything - good utensils. Suggestions some Kitchen towels to dry you hand / wipe your hands as you cook Maybe have some detergent for the washing machine. There were dishwasher tablets which was great.

A stylish, comfortable apartment, the added luxury of 2 bathrooms, a short walk to many bars and tourist attractions. Nice and quiet area, tucked away from the busy streets. My wife and I will definitely be back next year. If I had to nit pick: the bed could be a bit wider for 2 people and there could be more pots/pans compatible with the induction stove top (none of the Aluminum non stick pans worked)

el apartamento esta genial, es muy comodo y confortable. lo unico que se le puede achacar es que no tiene calefaccion, aunque es lo tipico en las viviendas del sur, y el radiador electrico te soluciona el problema.
