Modernes Apartment mit einer großen privaten Terrasse. 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer, für bis zu 4 Personen. In der Altstadt von Seville, nahe zur bekannten Plaza Alfalfa und nur 10 Gehminuten von der Kathedrale entfernt.
Von der Eingangstür des Apartments gelangt man in einen halboffenen Empfangsbereich, mit großen Glasscheiben zum Innenhof des Hauses. Dort befindet sich eine Sitzgelegenheit mit Couchtisch.
Über eine zweite Eingangstür gelangt man ins eigentliche Wohnzimmer, welches mit Sofa, Sessel Couchtisch, Fernseher und rundem Eßtisch ausgestattet ist. Hochwertige Ausstattung mit zentraler Klimaanlage (warm/kalt), Holzparkett und kostenlosem WLAN-Internet.
Neben dem Wohnzimmer, durch eine Glasschiebetür abgetrennt, die Küche, welche mit Kochutensilien und Elektrogeräten komplett ausgestattet ist, inklusive Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine.
Über einen Korridor gelangt man zum Badezimmer Nr. 1, mit Badewanne. Nebenan das Schlafzimmer Nr. 1, mit einem Doppelbett (1,50x1,90m) und großem Wandschrank. Das Schlafzimmer Nr. 2 hat ein Doppelbett (1,35x1,90m), einen Kleiderschrank und ein privates Bad mit Dusche.
Vom Wohnzimmer führt eine Treppe hoch zur Dachterrasse, mit herrlichem Ausblick über die Dächer Sevillas, inklusive der Kathedrale.
Die private Terrasse ist mit einer Sitzgruppe, Tisch und Sonnenliegen ausgestattet. Ein großer Sonnenschirm bietet, bei Bedarf, Schutz vor dem ganztägigen Sonnenschein.
Das Apartment befindet sich in einem im Jahr 2008 neugebauten Wohnhaus, mit Aufzug.

El Centro ist das geographische Zentrum der Altstadt von Sevilla. Es erstreckt sich in einer Nord-Süd-Achse von der Plaza del Duque de la Victoria, über die bekannten Einkauftsstrassen calle Sierpes und Velazques/Tetuán, bis zur Kathedrale. Das markanteste Gebäude dieses Stadtviertel ist das formvollendete Rathaus, eines der sehenswertesten Beispiele für platereske Architektur in Sevilla, eingebettet zwischen der Plaza San Francisco und der Plaza Nueva.

Die Lage der Wohnung und ihre Ausstattung hat uns gut gefallen, weil wir das was wir sehen wollten gut zu Fuß erreichen konnten und zum Zubereiten einer Mahlzeit alles vorhanden war. Bei der Auswahl des Apartments zu Hause hat uns die Terrasse begeistert und sie ist auch wirklich schön, wenn das Wetter mitspielt. Wir hatten allerdings nicht damit gerechnet, dass die Wohnung so konzipiert war, dass es keinen Ausblick nach draußen gibt und man; um den Himmel zu sehen die Treppe zur Terrasse hochsteigen musste. Es gibt einige gute Restaurants ganz in der Nähe und der Besuch der Flamenco Show ist empfehlenswert.

L’appartement est très bien situé dans Séville. Il est confortable et le toit terrasse vraiment top ! Seul bémol : il est sombre. Nous avons également apprécié les échanges avec Veoapartment. Tout s’est fait très facilement.

Perfect apartment for a week or more in Seville, the location near Alfalfa and the cathedral area. The terrace is particularly great as it is very private and a superb place to relax after a hot day walking around the city. I'd recommend this place wholeheartedly and will stay again if visiting Seville.

Great apartment, great location. Markus was there to welcome us when we arrived and to reassure us that he or another of the team would be available if we had any queries or problems. The apartment is ideally located, with lots of restaurants and shops just minutes away and all the 'must-see places' within easy walking distance. Its air conditioning was efficient and very welcome when coming back from the 35C temperature outside. The sun loungers and sofas on the terrace were very comfortable and we appreciated the provision of unbreakable picnic plates and bowls and cups to take up there. We didn't cook during our stay but there were plenty of pots and pans had we wanted to. Communication was easy and queries were answered promptly. We'll certainly stay there again if we visit Seville in the future.

The location of the apartment was a perfect base to see all that Seville has to offer. We were very grateful for the aircon after a hot day of sightseeing. Comfortable beds and we liked having 2 bathrooms. It was really nice to have 2 terraces, which we enjoyed at different times of day and night. We found the kitchen to be well equipped. We would recommend this property.

This apartment is in the perfect location to explore Seville. It is so close to the main central area and surrounded by cute bars and cafes. The roof terrace is fabulous! My friend and I had a great stay and would highly recommend!

Very much appreciated the in- person introduction at the apartment upon arrival. We were given excellent recommendations regarding restaurants which are all nearby. In a fabulous location and very comfortable. Due to the rain we were not able to enjoy the terrace but it would be amazing.

Our family of three very much enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Communication with Ismael and Manuel was prompt and easy, with very helpful suggestions for good restaurants and neighborhoods to visit. The apartment had everything we needed, a nice separate second bedroom and bath for our teenager, and we loved the upstairs patio and view especially! Quiet neighborhood within very easy walking distance to everything. We would definitely stay here again!

My Husband and I rented for three weeks. We absolutely loved the location…quite, walkable to everything, fabulous restaurants with five minutes walks, three minute walk to the Cathedral, shopping, etc.. Every morning we had breakfast on the very private expansive rooftop. I enjoyed reading and drawing in the glass cover outdoor patio. Kitchen was small, but had everything one needs. Washer was in the kitchen. Loved this place. Will definitely stay again was visiting Sevilla.

Mittendrin und doch ruhig und sicher. Wir haben unseren kurzen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen. Bars und Restaurants gibt es unzählige in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet, kleiner und dunkler als erwartet, aber dafür entschädigt die schöne Dachterrasse, wo man perfekt den Kaffee am Morgen oder das Glas Wein am Abend genießen. kann. Manuel vom Servicebüro war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, so dass das Buchen und der Check-In bestens geklappt haben.

This lovely cool and comfortable apartment is perfectly located for discovering all of Seville on foot. The descriptions of rooms and facilities, and the photos, are representative (with the exceptions of the previously mentioned photos of the terrace areas, where the furniture is different – the new items are very comfortable, just no eating table on the upper terrace whilst we were there). One window in each bedroom opens to the internal terrace - totally secure but open-air to the walkway where the elevator is and other apartments are accessed. The roof terrace is a wonderful space in the cool of the morning and atmospheric at night, with all the church towers and bells (gently striking the hours). The agency provided very personal service throughout the process of booking, arrival and checking in and during our stay. The area is full of character, places to eat and shop. So ideal for comfort, peace and convenience and we would love to stay here again.

A spectacular space with a fantastic, private rooftop terrace. It is very secure and quiet, except for the church bells, those church bells... The unit is well appointed and clean. Plenty of bath and bed linens. Great water pressure as well. We would definitely stay at this location again.

This flat is very centrally located close to bars, restaurants and a lot of sites. It is well equipped for a very comfortable short stay. The rooftop terrace is stunning and a great place to relax. I enjoyed my morning coffee there each day listening to the church bells. Two double bedrooms and two bathrooms mean it's comfortable for everyone and has lots of space. Kitchen is a bit small but fully equipped and suitable for a holiday stay. There is a lift in the building which makes it easy to get cases up and down. The building is secure and has a lovely central garden. There is a carrefour supermarket nearby but I would opt for one a bit further out to find a better selection of items. But the flat is walking distance to everywhere in the centre of the city. I would recommend this comfortable flat to anyone travelling to Seville. It is the perfect base.

Great location. Fabulous private terrace. Quiet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was great with Nespresso machine plus capsules and other basic foodstuffs. Lucas checked us in promptly and easily. Very central location with good building and apartment security. Totally recommended.

Excellent location close to all amenities in Old Seville. Apartment lovely with rooftop terrace a highlight. First world problem, but could do with a few wine and champagne glasses! But seriously, would be hard pressed to find a better location in the heart of Santa Cruz.

The apartment was clean and well supplied. The strawberries and oranges and bottle of sherry was a lovely welcoming gift! Lola provided a wonderful orientation. The only thing I would suggest is the following fir the shower in the second bedroom: the floor of the shower is very very slippery when wet, therefore either a grab bar be installed or a non slip rubber mat be provided. As a senior I was very concerned about falling and breaking a bone or two! The apartment was an excellent choice for us, plenty of hot water, close to all stores, grocery, and cultural areas, excellent security, an elevator, and the air conditioning was wonderful! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at Corral Rey Terrace 5 so much! The apartment is lovely - very clean, comfortable, well-decorated, centrally located, and with a terrific rooftop terrace. The location was perfect. It was a quiet street but very close to everything we wanted to see. We walked everywhere; even the walk to the river was an easy one. And we found many great restaurants within steps from the apartment. Lola was wonderful! She was so nice and helpful to us in getting us settled and oriented. I only wish I had had more time there.

This apartment has everything you need for a wonderful stay.It is well situated for all the major tourist sites and you have a great view of the Giralda from the terrace. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment is very quiet and secure.The terrace is a perfect space to enjoy the sunshine,relax, eat and drink - in fact its what makes the flat special.We were warmly welcomed and the team were responsive to any queries. Highly recommend this flat and Veo apartments. I we will certainly be booking with them again.

Perfect location, modern apartment with an excellent roof terrace. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Enough room for four people. Everything was as it should be, the help with booking parking was appreciated, we were met when we should have been and the explanation and tour of the apartment was good.
