Sevillan town-house of exceptional quality and size. With 300sqm comprising 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living-dining room, sitting area with 2 sofa, 2 kitchens and private terrace with shower. Located in the historic centre of Seville, near the Museo de Bellas Artes, and just 5 minutes' walk from the main shopping streets Sierpes and Tetuán.
Completely restored in 2017, the house was refurbished to a superior standard while remaining respectful of the original architecture: vaulted ceilings, wrought ironwork, painted ceramic tile, exposed brick interior walls and cement tiles flooring. The interiors are designed with special attention to detail, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
The entrance of the house is through an old hardware store, which has been conserved and transformed into an ideal place to have breakfast or to eat some tapas. At the back of the old hardware store, we come to a pleasant living-dining area, where you can breathe tranquility, freshness and quietness. The kitchen is fully equipped with all main utensils and high-quality appliances, oven and dishwasher included. The washing machine is in the second kitchen, next to the terrace.
The house is equipped with satellite TV with international channels, free WIFI internet connection and air conditioning (hot / cold) in each room.
5 Bedrooms: Three of the bedrooms have two single beds (90 x 200 cm), and the other two have two double beds (135 x 190 cm).
3 Bathrooms: There are three full bathrooms with shower, distributed between the 3 floors of the house (without elevator).
Private terrace: The house offers a terrace of 65sqm with garden furniture and shower. It is well furnished and decorated with potted plants, an outdoor table, chairs, and a chill-out area with sofas. Next to the terrace, there is a second kitchen - very useful for preparing a meal or breakfast outside.

El Centro ist das geographische Zentrum der Altstadt von Sevilla. The location of this apartment is probably its only good thing. The apartment had not been cleaned before we arrived (and given the condition of the place, I think it has been a long time since a cleaning was done in this apartment). The sheets and towels were changed, a quick cleaning of the bathroom but that's it. It was so dirty that I had to clean it myself when I arrived, plus they don't even leave kitchen towels, I had to buy some to clean the counter surfaces, chairs, dirty door handles, etc. I swept the floor, there was so much sand and dirt, I think the streets of Seville are cleaner. I had to wash the blankets covering the armchairs, it was disgusting. There were even dead cockroaches on the floor... be advised.

Location - perfect Decor- fabulous View - great Character/ charm - wonderful This is a great place for a group of people that are in good shape, meaning the stairs Wonderful house, with a great location, bathrooms on every floor , roof top patio with a shower and a kitchen But just be aware that you will be climbing a lot , a lot of stairs. Strong legs a must , wouldn’t recommend to people with young kids or elderly. And it wasn’t noisy at all for us , just a few cars driving by late at night . We really enjoyed the house Washing machine takes some patience as t would work only once in awhile , had to hand wash a few times , but that was minor . You can always take dirty clothes to Corte Ingles to get cleaned

Tuvimos una estancia estupenda en esta hermosa casa en medio de Sevilla. El lugar era tan bonito como las fotos. Las escaleras fueron un poco difíciles para algunos de nosotros, ¡así que los miembros más jóvenes estaban en el último piso! La ubicación es genial para explorar Sevilla y definitivamente volveríamos. Excelente comunicación a todos los niveles y nos sentimos muy bien tratados. Muchas gracias, Four Cousins!

Good option for a family group as the house is big enough for everyone to have its own space and intimacy. Location is good to visit Sevilla, we did not use the cars for the whole trip. Many stairs which is easy if you do not have young kids or elderly people in your group.

Maison individuelle sur 3 étages, les photos sont conformes, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Les literies des 5 chambres sont confortables, 3 salles de bain, au 3eme étage se trouve une grande terrasse avec une cuisine d'été, juste dommage qu elle ne dispose pas de vaisselle car les 3 étages sont difficiles, beaucoup de marches, car les étages sont très grand. Si, je peux vous donner un conseil, c'est de prévoir des doubles rideaux dans toutes les chambres et salle de bain pour l'intimité de vos locataires. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Séville à pieds, l'ensemble des sites incontournables entre 10 et 30 mns. Des restaurants dans le quartier. Maison dans le centre historique, avec de la circulation tôt le matin et des travaux en cours à côté, prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles. Merci pour ce beau séjour.

Een erg fijne Airbnb middenin Sevilla. Alles is op loopafstand, waardoor we geen taxi of tram hebben hoeven pakken. De kamers zijn ruim en het dakterras is heerlijk. De communicatie verliep ontzettend soepel en onze late aankomsttijd was geen probleem. We mochten onze bagage op de laatste dag bij hun kantoor stallen, gezien onze vlucht pas ‘s avonds laat vertrok. Zou hier zeker nog een keer verblijven als ik met een groep van 8 personen naar Sevilla zou gaan. Bedankt voor het fijne verblijf!

We stayed at the Alphonso XII house (7 female 50+ friends who dance flamenco together) for 5 days to enjoy Sevilla, tapas, flamenco and great weather. Although the house was authentic and quaint, the rooms were comfortable and had air conditioning (a must in that part of Spain). The bathrooms were well equipped and had a modern shower. The Calle Alphonso XII is very busy but the location is great because it is close to the city center. We didn't spend much time at the house because we were out and about all day but we did enjoy breakfast on the roof terrace on the last day of our stay. Fortunately for us, the renovations works next door only started at 8 in the morning so it didn't bother us too much. The only thing I would emphasize in the add is that due to the amount of stairs, the house is not very suited for guests with mobility issues. We had a great time and hope to come back next year !

We (a group of 6 friends) had a great trip to Seville. The house is in a great location and had everything we needed. It was really helpful that we could arrive earlier on the Thursday. The air conditioning in each room was a real bonus, and we also enjoyed having breakfast on the roof. The house has a lot of character!

The host was very accommodating as we arrived extremely late after many delays and ensured that we had a smooth checkin. He explained everything in detail and gave lots of recommendations for food places nearby and things to do we had a lovely stay at the property and would definitely recommend it.

Quirky & full of personality & history. Lots of space for 2 families of 4 to co-habit comfortably for a city break. Accommodation over 3 floors with high ceilings & open triple height central hallway. Cool to return to after the scorching heat, wonderful roof terrace to enjoy after sun down. Super friendly & responsive hosts. We would highly recommend this providing all had good mobility as stairs are quite steep. A very enjoyable stay!

The Four Cousin’s home is a nice home in a prime location. Everything from great restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc… are walkable within minutes away. The house is very spacious, clean and it’s perfect for a young family or group. Manuel was friendly, responsive and gave great recommendations. Although, he did give me a warning regarding construction work next door starting at 8am. I did not expect the volume level of the construction that began every day before 7 am. Although Manuel was generous and gave me a discount, he was unable to prevent the crew from starting early. One more thing to note is that it has A LOT of stairs. We had our senior parents traveling with us and it was a little rough on them going up and down. All in all it was a good stay. Being able to sleep in would have made this a perfect place for us.

We had such a great time at The Four Cousins place. The air bnb was absolutely beautiful. A huge tall house with incredible, tasteful interiors. The house had so much personality and the balcony was great! The team were also super responsive whenever we had any issues or queries. The location is great only a 10 minute walk from all the areas you’ll want to visit on your stay. I could recommend enough for big groups. Thank you!

This house was amazing for a group trip with 7 friends. The details in the kitchen with the map of Seville and walking distance to all the local attractions is a nice touch! The host which greeted us provided a great explanation of the facilities and local recommendations. The location is perfect and walking distance to the Cathedral, Royal Alcazar etc. I would really recommend the property.

This house was perfect for our group of 8. Lots of bedrooms, and bathrooms and every bedroom has air conditioning. There are lots of stairs but that's what makes this place so special. Beautifully decorated with a Spanish flair, great location and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Definitely would recommend this.

Casa muy bonita y colorida en una ubicación estupenda en Sevilla. Hermosas, amplias y acogedoras habitaciones y excelente baños. Debes tener buena movilidad, hay bastantes escaleras en la casa. La terraza de la azotea es agradable para sentarse. Por la noche, durante el día hace demasiado calor porque no hay sombra. Es necesario cambiar los muebles de la azotea, pero no muy cómoda. El anfitrión fue súper amable y muy flexible, nos permitieron registrarnos un poco antes.

Very interesting and positively quirky property with many stairs as in 4 floors. A roof terrace was wonderful and the extra kitchen area next to it very useful. It was great for 4 couples and we really used all the amenities, e.g. cooking at home too as the local supermarkets provided great products for good price. The location was perfect as you could walk everywhere though the one way road was quite busy so a bit of traffic noise. The hosts were very responsive for all the queries. I would certainly recommend choosing this property!

So well thought-out! Outlets next to beds, the map in the kitchen was so helpful! Details painted on wall helped us plan every excursion. Wifi and TV worked perfectly. Hot showers, comfortable beds. Hosts were amazingly responsive and helpful. Located near Corte Ingles (supermarket), great bars for coffee and dinner within steps and 3 churches for Mass close by. This is a four-story home, so being able to climb stairs is a must. When you check in make sure there are towels for the whole family. Highly recommended! Rooftop deck is wonderful for sunset. Loved it!

The Four Cousins es un alojamiento increíble! Es un apartamento como se ve en las fotos, espectacular, es bonito, esta cuidado, muy fácil de encontrar y muy cómodo. Todas las características que describe se cumplen. Tiene una comunicación muy fácil y los coches llegan fácilmente hasta la puerta. No dudamos en volver y recomendarlo! Ha sido todo un placer.

Le logement a beaucoup de charme, avec une belle déco. Le plan de la ville est peint sur le mur avec les indications de temps. Amusant, joli et pratique. Il est bien adapté pour un séjour à plusieurs familles. Une salle de bain présente à chaque étage, de nombreux couchages disponibles et de qualité, un bon équipement en cuisine. La terrasse est agréable. Le logement est très bien situé ! De ce fait, il est un peu bruyant, mais ca reste très raisonnable.

Great host, very speedy communication and provided child steps as requested. Location is superb, we could walk to most attractions in less than half an hour. We received a friendly welcome and no issues. The roof terrace was a highlight for sunset drinks.

Right in the heart of the action, but quiet and private with good facilities for a big family gathering. A beautiful house with plenty of space and a lovely roof terrace for sunny lunchtimes. Comfortable beds and great facilities, responsive and helpful hosts.

We had a brilliant long weekend visit to Seville. The home is huge, beautifully decorated and well-equipped, and the roof terrace was just lovely. The host was very helpful and welcoming and gave us some great local recommendations too. Would definitely stay here again.

Appartement atypique sur 3 niveaux où nous avons séjourné à 5 couples. Avons apprécié d’avoir chacun notre chambre et un espace de vie à la décoration plaisante. La literie est bonne mais les chambres donnant sur rue sont assez bruyantes. La terrasse en rooftop est très appréciable pour profiter du soleil avec une petite cuisine supplémentaire sur le même niveau. L’emplacement est vraiment génial pour visiter les incontournables de Séville à pied ou bus. Nous recommandons à l’unanimité ????

Muy buen alquiler atípico Hemos pasado una estancia agradable que es muy grande con un hermoso roof top que permite comer allí. Decoración tipo mercadillo y disposición que se asemeja a un ryad. Se encuentra a 20 - 30 minutos de todos los lugares que visitar en Sevilla. Recomendaría este alojamiento pero para personas sin problemas de movilidad

Beautiful spacious house. Very central. No complaints at all. Our flight was delayed and there was no problem with the host. One thong to consider if you ate lacking mobility is the stairs. There are a lot of steps. Highly recommended.

Esta casa es hermosa y definitivamente buscaremos hospedarnos de nuevo si volvemos a Sevilla. ¡Es exactamente como se describe y el wifi funcionó bien! Tiene muchas escaleras que son un poco empinadas; pero si estás de acuerdo con eso, definitivamente sigue adelante y reserva este alojamiento.
