Piso muy bonito, impecable y cómodo para estar en grupo, a dos pasos de la catedral y el casco antiguo de Sevilla. Los chicos son super amables y dispuestos a aconsejar y solucionar inconvenientes si los hay. Tuvimos una hermosa experiencia de Sevilla! gracias y hasta la próxima!

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa. Camas muito confortáveis e apartamento com espaço ótimo, dois banheiros completos e elevador. A localização, sem sombra de dúvidas, é a melhor da cidade. As atrações e os restaurantes são muito próximos ao apartamento, todos acessíveis a uma curta caminhada, sempre muito agradável. Ismael foi muito solícito, deu muitas dicas, respondeu prontamente e nos auxiliou em tudo. Certamente, voltando a Sevilha, este será nosso lugar.

Punto di forza di questo appartamento è la posizione. Centralissimo e collocata su una strada parallela a quella della cattedrale. È al 3° piano di un bel palazzo. L'appartamento grandissimo,bellissimo e arredato con gusto. C'è tutto l'occorrente perfino " the,zucchero,caffè, shampoo, bagno-doccia" Le camere sono 3 sono tutte molto luminose e ben arredate. L'appartamento ha il climatizzatore centralizzato con una temperatura costante di 25°. Vicino "per non dire sotto casa" è pieno di locali per mangiare, divertimenti,shopping. Nonostante la vita notturna L'appartamento è buona insonorizzazione. Il prezzo vale tutta la comodità che ci ha offerto.

The apartment was in a very safe area and just a couple minute walk from the Seville Cathedral and heart of the town. We were met at the apartment to receive the keys and show us around the apartment. This was extremely easy and helpful and we got some fantastic restaurant recommendations. Of note is that there is a cafe/bar just beneath/across the street near the entrance to the apartment. It is a bit loud at night until the bar closes.

This apartment couldnt be in a better location, just steps away from the cathedral and cafes. We enjoyed our time staying here and were very comfortable.

Pasamos cinco días en este apartamento en pleno casco antiguo de Sevilla. El piso ideal para un grupo pequeño de hasta 6 personas ya que es espacioso y cómodo. El hecho que la finca tiene ascensor fue un plus para nosotros y la procimidad a casi todo también.

This place is absolutely brilliant value for money, we have been to Seville a few times before in a mix of AirBnB and Hotel's and this by far was our favourite and we would 100% stay again. the apartment is beautiful, bright, clean and airy with all the amenities you could ever need. The bathrooms are also very modern which is not always the case in European cities. The location is incredibly central, you are moments walk from everything - the only trade off is the noise at night - but that is just part of being central!

Apartment location is great. Literally a 5 minute walk to the cathedral main entrance. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Traveled with baby and always felt safe in the location. They were able to provide a baby crib and it was set up upon arrival. Host met us at check in and provided us with an apartment tour and recommendations in the area. The AC was leaking in the bathroom and he was prompt to respond and send someone to fix it the following day. Apartment is spacious for a family of 5. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zental und eignet sich super für einen Städtetrip in Sevilla. Der Gastgeber hat uns Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw. weiterempfohlen. Wir werden diese Wohnung wieder buchen wenn wir nochmals nach Sevilla kommen.

L'appartement est très bien situé et très agréable. A notre arrivée de l'aéroport (avant 16H) Manuel a réagi très vite, pour que nous n'ayons pas à attendre dans la rue, il a fait envoyer quelqu'un pour nous ouvrir en 5 min. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

This apartment is great. Perfect, as listed. The host was a super host, took care of all our questions and what a marvelous apartment. This apartment is the perfect t location for both; those looking for the great nightlife and those looking to explore and having a safe place to rest this is the perfect t place. We did many tours that return almost at midnight we walk to and from the apartment at super early and very late hours: always felt safe. Yes, the bars and restaurants located all around the location don’t affect the apartment which is on the third floor. We recommend this apartment to singles and families. We were five adults and this was perfect. Don’t look anywhere else, this is the location you need.

Great location, it is very central. As a result you need to be realistic, there is noise from the establishments downstairs. However, windows are double glazed. Great coffee shop next door. There is a deep fried food venue nearby so you can smell oil in the light well. Lovely views from the windows, heating worked well. Excellent communication from the owners.

Super séjour dans le logement propre et lumineux. Pour améliorer, un lave vaisselle serait idéal . Il y a le minimum pour cuisiner mais pour un court séjour, c’est parfait. Logement dans l’hyper centre donc un peu bruyant le week-end….

Overall, the place was ok for what we paid but would not stay again. The location of this apartment was good - near the Cathedral (right around the corner) and Alcazar (~5 minute walk). However the neighborhood is very loud especially on weekends. It was very difficult to get to and stay asleep with the constant noise (people, garbage trucks, etc.). The place could use updates - the kitchen and bathrooms especially and the whole apartment needs new paint. The apartment also did not have any or very few basic goods like coffee pods, washing machine detergent, paper towels etc. When we asked the host, he directed us to a local market to buy things for ourselves as they do not stock between guests. Finally, for check-in - we told the host what time we were arriving the day before and gave a 30 minute warning of arrival on the day of, per the host’s request. Despite this, it took ~20 minutes for the host to show up and let us in and he was surprised that we arrived when we did.

Net appartement met een mooie centrale ligging. Omdat het appartement voor en na ons niet direct gereserveerd was konden we eerder inchecken en later uitchecken. Airco aanwezig . Badkamers en keuken waren schoon. Wel zijn deze wat verouderd.

A great place to stay! Ideal location, from where lots of restaurants within walking distance, as well as the highlights of the city. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts are very kind and respond quickly to any questions. Perfect location, walkable to a lot of historical sites, restaurants, and shops. It’s in the middle of everything, so if you’re a light sleeper, some ear plugs would be wise to bring. Would highly recommend this apartment!

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment in Seville. The location is perfect, right in the center of the city and surrounded by beautiful attractions and great bars and restaurants. We were so busy exploring the city and enjoying the food that we didn't spend much time at the apartment at all. But the beds were comfy, the aircon worked well, and we had everything we needed.

Manuel was a great host , really friendly and informative, he allowed us a later check out as no further clients that day. We were 5 girls so the two bathrooms important, never ran out of hot water, aircon worked perfectly, apartment clean & modern, beautiful and central stay - we had a memorable birthday trip, thanks Manuel for all and your recommendations, love Sevilla, the people are wonderful and the tapas are to die for. This property was located in the perfect spot where we could just walk to the main attractions in Seville or just be in the center of the city life. The kitchen was very basically equipped for our long stay and. we had to improvise when preparing a few home cooked meals, but that's on us as with as many places to eat around who needs to cook?
