The living area has a sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table and TV. Dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen, with a separate entrance, is fully equipped with utensils and appliances for self-catering - oven and washing machine included.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (150x200cm); bedroom 2 has a double bed (150x200cm); bedroom 3 has twin beds (0,90x200cm). All rooms have a wardrobe for storing your belongings.
The two bathrooms have a walk-in shower or a bathtub with a shower head.
Other features: high speed fiber optic internet connection, central air-conditioning with cooling and heating and marble flooring. Third floor, with elevator.
Washing / drying: The apartment has a washing machine and rack to dry your clothes inside. You can also use the laundry service at Calle Fernández y González 20, located just 1min walk away.
Parking: We recommend the public parking Mercado del Arenal, located 550 metres from the apartment.

El Centro ist das geographische Zentrum der Altstadt von Sevilla. Es erstreckt sich in einer Nord-Süd-Achse von der Plaza del Duque de la Victoria, über die bekannten Einkauftsstrassen calle Sierpes und Velazques/Tetuán, bis zur Kathedrale. Das markanteste Gebäude dieses Stadtviertel ist das formvollendete Rathaus, eines der sehenswertesten Beispiele für platereske Architektur in Sevilla, eingebettet zwischen der Plaza San Francisco und der Plaza Nueva.

In westlicher Richtung endet El Centro am Museo de Bellas Artes, dem schönsten Kunstmuseum der Stadt und das zweitwichtigste in Spanien nach dem Museo del Prado in Madrid.

We had a great stay in the apartment, thank you! Everything was as described and was perfect for us, 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathroom and lots of space with high ceilings. The location was perfect too and with great communication from the host and they accommodated our early arrival.

Es precioso, bien cuidado, céntrico, pero huele a fritura del bar de abajo todo el día. En la calle no huele, pero el apartamento es como si tuviera la freidora ahí metida.

Muy buen gusto la decoración y los techos altos hace que los empapelados que tienen queden bárbaros (somos arquitectos y disfrutamos de estas cosas), el piso es un piso, no tiene vecinos. Algo en contra es que no tiene placares (el que tiene está cerrado con llave).
