Description: Open living-space with a galley kitchen and a separate bathroom with shower. Refurbished building has high ceilings and windows. The apartment is bright with large french windows.
Living room: Sofa, TV, table, wardrobe and fully equipped galley kitchen.
Double bed: Sleeping area with a double bed of 140x200 cm.
Bathroom: Full bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower.
Terrace: The terrace is shared in-between 3 apartments. There is a shared washing machine in a storage room on the terrace, as well as drying space.
Internet: Free wireless internet. You will receive the access code on your arrival.
Location
The apartment is located on Cruz de la Tinaja street. It is on the 1st floor, without elevator. The interiors are completelly refurbished. The house front, however, has not yet been done, and does not correspond to quality of the interiors. Therefore, the Tinaja is less expensive than other apartments of comparable interiors.
Supermarkets
There is a regular sized "DÍA" supermarket on calle Feria, at approx 3 min walking from the apartment. Also a smaller "COVIRAN" supermarket, on calle Feria 72, which opens 7 days per week. Very recommended the municipal food market, also on calle Feria, which opens in the morning only, Mon-Sat.
Parking
Street parking is allowed in the area, but very difficult to find a space. Easier on calle Torneo, which goes along the river. The next car park at Plaza de la Concordia, next to the El Corte Inglés department store.

Macarena is a district full of local activity and colour, located in the northern part of the historic centre of Seville. Partially enclosed by a section of Seville's ancient city wall, Macarena overflows with character stemming from its working-class history.
There is the wonderful fresh food market on Feria Street, as well as several bakeries, grocery stores, tapas bars and restaurants all nearby. The vibrant Alameda de Hercules is a recently renovated tree-lined square, popular with families during the day and with those who enjoy night-life after dark. The Alameda has many cafes, modern terrace bars and clubs which stay open late into the night.
Heading north you'll find the Macarena gate, within a long stretch of the original city defensive walls, and the Basilica of the Macarena, home of one of Seville's most venerated religious images of the Virgin Mary.

You are required to pay 20% of the total apartment rental to complete your booking.
1. Bank transfer.
2. Payment card (Visa / Mastercard). This option has a 2% surcharge. We will send account details and payment link approx. 7 days prior to arrival.
3. Cash upon arrival.
The electricity consumption is billed extra, according to the original supplier invoice, or, if not available, according to the counters (0.35 EUR /kWh).
For this purpose, a deposit of 100 EUR is required for each reserved month. The deposit has to be paid in addition to the rent amount, and will be refunded on your second last day, discounted the electricity consumption.
Other utilities, as water and gas, are included in the rental price.

16:00 - 24:00h. Early check-in is possible but subject to availability.

Baby cot: Free! You can have a high chair and baby bath tub, as well, if required. Please request on your booking form.
Airport transfer: 40 EUR (1-4 pax). 5 EUR extra for late transfers from 10PM to 8AM. Reservation required.

Parking Saba Plaza Concordia. Distance from apartment: 700m
The 20% reservation deposit is completely non-refundable.

Ne soyez pas surpris par l'entrée, l'intérieur est beaucoup mieux. En revanche c'est vrai qu'une fois arrivé devant j'ai eu une grande appréhension. On aurait dit un squat.... mais après une fois la porte passée un joli appartement nous a permis d'y passer deux mois sympathique à prix très correct. Appartement super bien situé très lumineux, terrasse avec vue sur la cathédrale et las setas, machine à laver à disposition et propriétaire agréables. Bravo

Angenehm hell, durchaus geräumig und schön ruhig (bis auf gelegentliche Renovierungsarbeiten in benachbarten Häusern). Sehr gut geeignet für einen längeren Aufenthalt, zumal das Viertel sehr schön ist und infrastrukturell alles bietet, was das Herz begehrt. Ich hatte es mit diesem Apartment in den 6 Wochen Lockdown wg. Corona sehr gut getroffen!

Si l'appartement semble d'emblée petit, il est parfaitement agencé et confortable : le lit est bon, la cuisine bien équipée, dans peu de mots, on y trouve tout dont a besoin (la machine à laver, à l'étage, est un plus). L'emplacement est très central, à deux pas de la Place de l'Alameda, mais les bonnes fenêtres isolent bien du bruit. À recommander absolument pour un séjour prolongé à Sevilla, vu l'excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Es la segunda vez que me alojo en estos apartamentos. Son muy acojedores y tienen todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Sevilla. Están en un lugar bien situado, junto a la Alameda de Hércules que esta llena de bares y restaurantes y a diez minutos caminando de la Campana que es el centro de la ciudad. Estupenda relación calidad precio.
