Sevillan town-house with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, patio and terrace. Suitable for up to 10 guests. The use of the terrace is prohibited from 00:00 to 9:00AM, in order to not disturb the neighbours rest at night. NO reservations will be accepted for groups of young people, stag or hen parties.

Refurbished to a superior standard while respectful of the original architecture, the house combines modern elements with traditional features of Sevillian craftsmanship such as exposed brick walls, wood beamed ceilings and ceramic tile work.

150m² are distributed over three floors. On the ground floor, the entrance gives on to a central patio with a skylight, decorated with tiles made by the historic Mensaque company to half height. There is a a seating area, pleasant for summer days.

On the first floor is the living room with 2 large windows facing Quintana street. It is elegantly furnished with a large sofa, 3 armchairs, central table and TV. Dining table and chairs. High speed fiber optic internet connection is included.

The modern kitchen has independent access and is well equipped with utensils and main appliances for self-catering, including: fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a kitchen table and a set of chairs.

The 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are arranged over the three floors of the house and comprise: 2 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bedrooms with twin beds and 1 bedroom with a single bed. There is a sofa-bed for 1 additional person, completing the house capacity for up to 10.

The first bathroom features a large bathtub, and is opposite bedroom 1, on the first floor. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and is on the second floor with bedroom 2 and bedroom 3. The third bathroom has a walk-in shower and is on the ground floor across the patio with bedroom 4 and bedroom 5.

The house has an exceptionally sunny terrace with rooftop views on the second floor. It is decorated with plants, and furnished with a large dining table, chairs, canopy and an outdoor shower. The terrace is south facing and therefore has plenty of sun throughout the day - an ideal spot to relax and enjoy a drink or a meal. There is a small cupboard kitchen with a fridge next to the terrace.

Observations: Each room of the house is provided with heating and air-conditioning (except one of the bedrooms on the ground floor).

Location: Quintana street, close to Alameda de Hércules, and 15 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Macarena quarter.

Macarena is a district full of local activity and colour, located in the northern part of the historic centre of Seville. Partially enclosed by a section of Seville's ancient city wall, Macarena overflows with character stemming from its working-class history.

There is the wonderful fresh food market on Feria Street, as well as several bakeries, grocery stores, tapas bars and restaurants all nearby. The vibrant Alameda de Hercules is a recently renovated tree-lined square, popular with families during the day and with those who enjoy night-life after dark. The Alameda has many cafes, modern terrace bars and clubs which stay open late into the night.

Heading north you'll find the Macarena gate, within a long stretch of the original city defensive walls, and the Basilica of the Macarena, home of one of Seville's most venerated religious images of the Virgin Mary.

You are required to pay 20% of the total apartment rental to complete your booking.

Balance payment, 3 options:

1. Bank transfer.
2. Payment card (Visa / Mastercard). This option has a 2% surcharge. We will send account details and payment link approx. 7 days prior to arrival.
3. Cash upon arrival.

Check-in time:
16:00 to 02:00h. Late check-in from 21:00h: 20 EUR (to be paid in cash, upon arrival).

Airport transfer: 40 EUR (1-4 pax); 65 EUR (5-7 pax). 5 EUR extra for late transfers from 10PM to 8AM. Reservation required.

It is strictly forbidden to celebrate parties, play music, speak loudly or carry out any activity that may interrupt the rest of the other neighbors. When signing the present document the guest accepts the conditions, exonerating the legal owner of the apartment of all responsibility.

The location is fantastic. Ruben’s apartment is beautiful. We have a very nice time there. Just one comment, towels are too small For 2 m tall guys, also not floor towels or mats for shoes e. Other than that, it is a great place to stay. Beautiful and clean.

Beeindruckende Unterkunft. Tolle Lage.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wunderschöne Zimmer, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Auf der Terasse haben wir den Abend ausklingen lassen.

This place was absolutely AMAZING!! We were visiting Sevilla as a family vacation and it was perfect for a large group. Everyone was able to venture off on their own and safely walk around the area. The location was great and easy to get to everywhere. I especially loved the decor of the home , looks just like the pictures. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking supplies (pots/pans) needed!! Local grocery stores are everywhere. I would highly recommend recommend!!

Ruben’s place is 15-20 min walk to the tourist locations. We enjoyed staying where the locals hang out. Great food, hangout places, and atmosphere. The house is 3 stories, rooms are a good size, and bathrooms on each floor work out great. Great house for a group of 10.

Location and property excellent. Veo apartment staff extremely helpful and all went to plan. Think the terrace furniture could do with update getting slightly scruffy but still usable. Thoroughly recommend.
