Two bedroom apartment located in the historic centre, about a 25 minute walk from the Cathedral, in Macarena - one of the most traditional and liveliest neighbourhoods in Seville.
The entrance is immediately to the living room, with a sofa and TV. Adjacent to the living area, is the open-plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils for cooking and main appliances, including: fridge-freezer, washing-machine, dishwasher, vitroceramic stove, oven and microwave.
A short corridor leads to the two bedrooms and bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a single bed and a wardrobe. Both rooms, as well as the rest of the apartment, face the inner side of the house - therefore it is very quiet inside.

There is central air-conditioning (with cooling and heating) and fast fibre optic internet connection.
The apartment is located at calle Pacheco y Núñez de Prado, close to Alameda de Hércules. There are markets, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, squares, churches - all within minutes of walking distance.
First floor, with elevator. The patio of the house has a parking area for bicycles.

Macarena is a district full of local activity and colour, located in the northern part of the historic centre of Seville. Partially enclosed by a section of Seville's ancient city wall, Macarena overflows with character stemming from its working-class history.
There is the wonderful fresh food market on Feria Street, as well as several bakeries, grocery stores, tapas bars and restaurants all nearby. The vibrant Alameda de Hercules is a recently renovated tree-lined square, popular with families during the day and with those who enjoy night-life after dark. The Alameda has many cafes, modern terrace bars and clubs which stay open late into the night.
Heading north you'll find the Macarena gate, within a long stretch of the original city defensive walls, and the Basilica of the Macarena, home of one of Seville's most venerated religious images of the Virgin Mary.

El departamento está bien. Los hosts son muy proactivos y claros en la comunicación y te contactan con días de anticipación lo cual se agradece. El baño necesita una pasada de pintura y algunos retoques pero en líneas generales el departamento está bien y es cómodo. Tiene aire acondicionado, lavarropas y ascensor lo cual es muy conveniente cuando estás con muchas valijas como fue mi caso. El área es muy viva por las noches por lo que siempre hay un espacio para conocer, comer algo rico etc.

El apartamento en si esta bien, tampoco es ninguna maravilla en relacion calidad precio ya que no sale barato, pero vimos una falta de limpieza en el apartamento, aparte de la presencia de cucarachas bastante grandes y otros insectos que es ilegal que esten alli, llamamos al propietario y la unica respuesta fué que no sabian nada, cuando mas tarde ya encontramos un bote de mata cucarachas en el piso, es lamentable pagar mas de 400 euros por 4 dias y despertarte en medio de la noche con cucarachas en la cama, el propietario para intentar calmar la situacion mencionó como que nos iban a compensar de alguna forma y luego nunca mas nos dijeron nada, en resumen no volveré a este apartamento

The apartment is well planned and the available space is good utilized . The kitchen has all the essentials and TV is smart with Netflix to chill. On the other hand , the cleanliness has to be improved a bit . The neighbourhood- Alameda de Hercules provides you a proper local life with cheap tapas bars to good supermarkets.

I spent almost a month in Sevilla for work, and this apartment was exactly what I needed: fantastic position very close to Alameda, but in a quite street, protect from the noise of the bar and restaurants in the surroundings and well connected with several buses. Very close to markets, and a lot of great tapas bar, and only 15 minutes from the center. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bed was very confortable. The bathroom is a bit small, but overall the apartment has anything you need for a short or long stay. The staff was super reactive to each one of my requests and very friendly and flexible. I recommend this place!

Great apartment, amazing locatie if you want to go out for a drink. There always something happening and to do in the neighborhood. The host was amazing and very helpful, gave us very nice tips. This experience made us want to come back to Seville :)
