Increíble Airbnb para vivir, muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, a solo 15-20 minutos a pie de todos los lugares destacados. El anfitrión fue muy receptivo y nos ayudó con el registro de entrada.

We had such a great time in Seville, from check-in with lots of helpful tips to a great few days exploring the city. The Airbnb was very central, lots of cool local bars & not far from all the tourist sites. Would recommend for your trip to this wonderful city!

Ein super liebevoln eingerichtetes Apartment mit allen Utensilien die man benötigt. Das Bett war super bequem und alles sehr sauber. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Die Lage war auch super, sehr nahe bei las Setas de Sevilla und doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Preis war schon etwas höher, aber ist dieses Apartment wert!

L'appartement est super bien placé, tout se fait à pied ! De plus tout était super propre, avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour Les tenants de l'appartement sont super réactifs et très arrangeants en regard de l'heure d'arrivée et de départ ! On a pu checkin dès notre arrivée à Seville et laisser nos bagages notre dernier jour pour pouvoir profiter au maximum Avec mon conjoint nous recommandons à 100% ! Et on note l'adresse pour de futurs week-end dans cette magnifique fille Andalouse ????

This was the third year in a row where I've spent a full month at this apartment- and as always it's perfect! It really feels like home. I love the location. It's in the very center of the historic center so it's a 7-15 minute was to basically ever where in the city. But it's also far enough away from the cathedral that you feel like you're in a really local area. The apartment itself is wonderfully laid out. Even though it's technically a studio it feels spacious and just enough space for me to have 3 different areas (sleeping, relaxing, working). The bed is SO comfortable. I sleep like a baby when i'm there. Because you're on the ground level you can hear passerbys occasionally (weekend nights mostly) but with the shutters closed and my sound machine on it's not disruptive. Wifi is strong. Thank you for another beautiful month- see you next year!

Apartamento amplio y céntrico, cercano a las Setas de Sevilla. Tuvimos una acogida muy atenta y amable, con anfitriones atentos y flexibles (nos ofrecieron su oficina como consigna sabiendo que nuestro tren salía por la tarde, e incluso atrasar el check-out). El apartamento en sí es grande, cómodo y está bien equipado. Además de los problemas inherentes a los bajos, hemos tenido algún que otro problema con la cerradura y con la ducha (se salía agua por la puerta). En general muy buena opción para hospedarse en Sevilla.

Our stay was excellent, cannot fault it! Check in process was seamless and everything was communicated well. They kindly allowed us to check in early and check out later too, as we had an evening flight. The apartment was clean, exactly as described and the location was perfect as everything was walking distance. Thank you for an amazing stay, definitely recommended!

Excellent appartement ! Très joli, spacieux et très propre. Il est également bien équipé ! Machine à café, vaisselles pour cuisiner. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Séville. Il est également très bien situé à environ 15 min de la cathédrale. Pas mal de restaurants à côté ! Je le recommande !

Cet appartement est tout simplement incroyable, que ce soit niveau confort, décoration, localisation. Rien ne manque, y compris dans la cuisine où vous trouverez tout le matériel nécessaire. Le lit est également très confortable, j'ai rarement aussi bien dormi. Quant à la localisation, elle est parfaite car vous êtes à 3 minutes des Setas et pouvez faire tout le centre à pied. Je viens chaque année à Séville pour des cours de Flamenco et je reprendrai cet appartement la prochaine fois!

Had a nice stay - fab location, within a short walk of everywhere that I wanted to go. Apartment was nicely decorated and very spacious despite being a studio. Super comfy bed and kitchen being stocked with tea and coffee was appreciated.

Couldn’t have wished for a more central location, few minutes walk from Setas de Sevilla and surrounded by bars and restaurants, busting with life. The apartment is equipped with everything we needed for a 10-days stay, including kitchen and bathroom.

We loved our stay in Seville! The apartment was bigger than expected, walkable to anywhere in the city but set back enough that it felt residential rather than having lots of people on the road. The place was clean and very well presented, check-in was easy and we were able to check in early which was greatly appreciated. The only issue we had was finding a couple of cockroaches near the front door. As mentioned the apartment itself was very clean so we think it’s more likely due to the ground floor location and not a lot that can be done seeing as we ensured doors/windows were closed. It wasn’t a problem for us and we loved our stay here. Thank you!

Very nice stylish studio space in a buzzy area with lots to do and eat. Only downside was that there was quite a bit of noise at nighttime. Otherwise, very enjoyable.

El apartamento superó nuetras expectativas, relación calidad precio, ubicación a dos pasos del centro, muy confortable y acogedora. Muy bien equipada. Apartment was well equipped, nice and very clean. Communication with hosts was very smooth and pleasant. We could leave the luggage in their nearby office on the day of the departure. Light sleepers may have issues with the elevated ground floor location. You cannot really open all the blinds unless you don't mind passers-by to see to your living room.

Merci pour le séjour, nous avons d'autant plus apprécié Séville car nous logions dans cet appartement. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous, dans une rue calme (nous craignions le rez de chaussée mais aucun problème la nuit pour dormir), et des supers restaurants et bars à proximité pour prendre un verre, dîner, ou petit déjeuner. Nous avons visité Séville à pieds depuis le logement sans problème. Appartement propre, décoré avec goût. Seule petite remarque : la douche fuit et il y a vite une petite flaque d'eau qui s'installe. Merci encore !

This apartment was perfect for our trip - walkable distance to everything we wanted to see! Didn’t have to get an Uber or get a tram to any of our plans. The apartment was a great base - cosy, comfortable and felt very safe. Our hosts were helpful enough to get us an early check in by chance and gave us incredible recommendations and advice about airport travel. A homely and spacious stay with great amenities - wish we had booked to be in Seville longer! If staying be sure to visit the Jazz bar Gallo Rojo - a minutes walk away! Thanks!

Beautiful studio apartment in the Regina neighbourhood of Sevilla, a perfect spot for exploring. The host was super helpful with lots of recommendations and met us for check in. Overall loved the city & this apartment!

We had such a great stay here. The apartment is really comfortable for 2 people, very clean and in a lively neighbourhood with amazing vintage shops and loads of great bars, cafes and restaurants on your doorstep. Only thing to say is that because you’re in the ground floor, it can be a bit noisy but we had ear plugs so it was fine and slept very well as the bed was very comfy. The living space is compact but comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. Ismael was super helpful on check in and gave us some great tips for going out in Macarena. Will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Seville.

This was my second time spending the month of January in this apartment and it’s the perfect place for me! Fully equipped with everything needed and has strong wifi. The location is perfect- right in the heart of Seville but away from the main tourist area. The bed is also super comfy! Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Bon accueil. Je n'avais juste pas compris que la flexibilité de l'accueil, au vu de notre retard avec la compagnie aérienne, était payante. Petit problème avec l'eau chaude de la douche, qui est en toute petite quantité (petit cumulus). Le second qui prend sa douche a de l'eau tiède, voir froide. En hiver, pas cool.. Si non, très bien pour le reste.

I had the most incredible stay here. It felt like home the moment I was greeted by Manuel and stepping inside. Such a wonderful feel to the apartment. Spotless clean with every imaginable appliance (even tea infusers!). Apartment is super comfortable & I loved it. Manuel so friendly too giving tips on where to go - ferria Thursday flea market a must! The neighbourhood is absolutely incredible. Authentic, charming, and the location AMAZING! You’re so walkable for the city and yet you have this wonderful peaceful home to return to after exploring the city. Exploring the Feria area is charming - I found a new spot each day in the city. Seville is an incredible city, I’m so glad I stayed here & would 100% return - absolute wonderful

The apartment is beautifully presented and perfect for a few days stay in Seville. The location is fantastic as it is in walking distance of all the local attractions, restaurants and bars, without being in a busy or noisy area. Manuel was really flexible, helpful and welcoming in terms of checking in and providing all the necessary information. We would definitely stay here again and we have already recommended this apartment to our friends!
